    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @EE as most places are open except for EE. It’s a bloody joke that your customers can’t speak to someone on the phone when you do a live chat they can’t help you so please explain if that is a way to run a business.

If you want to get their attention, phone up customer services, close his account & ask for a PAC code, then they'll help.What they've been charging your father is disgusting.

Brought in a letter from him authorising my access which I’m told to call customer services but even if I do that won’t give me access without him there in person also???!! Pointless.
