    @pete_ar_fryn @EE @rootmetrics No, getting 25% off my bill for 3 months then if the problem is still occurring I have to phone up again for an extension. The bloke I spoke to was talking to me like I was taking the money from his pocket. Used to be a good network but losing my patience with them now.

    @ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

    @EE received letter telling me an ipad expired in 2016 due to renew. Despite numerous calls to upgrade phones and WiFi over these years, this device never mentioned.Nice ******* phone offered me a 3-month refund as an offer of good will! I don't think so !! Waiting on callback.

    @carolynharris24 @EE Oh I had one of these "deals" too - they offered a "free" iPad, never mentioned they were charging a monthly fee on it. We never used the iPad once - only realised we'd been charged a year later.
