I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

@EE my Internet has been down since last Tuesday due to clowns cutting the wires will out working in the street to upgrade something and they said it would be fixed by the end of the day that's now a week quick at taking my money but nor fixing a the problem in hand joke

@EE A quick reminder to people that when your contract finishes you continue to pay the same amount via your DDM - and EE will make little effort to help customers save money. If your contract has expired and you have not made a new phone decision then call EE and reduce to SIM only.

@EE what a company you are, for over month try sort out upgrade which you 1st sent wrong phone which was returned then fraud issue on the accout you then bill over £200 for stuff I've not ordered after phones calls to your team to get this sorted out you 2day cut off the phone
