Poppy Jeffery (@BBCPoppy) reported from Maidstone, England@nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Even other channels are the same but sky sports is by far the worst. Not good enough is it when it’s every 30 seconds or so
