  @EE My partner has received a letter stating that he owes yourselves £199.92 because of lack of payment. Our local store advised him to cancel his DD as his contract had ended. He has spoken to someone on the phone who was of no help. Please advise as this is ALOT of money 😡

  @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.

  @MajorManor @EE We’ve had the same issue in SN1 central Swindon with 4G for years. Their coverage map is cleverly designed not to show how many bars, we’ve had one bar for at least 8 years yet it shows covered. Reality check, we can barely hold a call without using WiFi calling. They don’t care.

  @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.
