  @nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

  @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

  A week after re-joining @EE, I already regret it. Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.
