  Well @AnglianWater and @UKPowerNetworks getting the week off to a flying start, blocked sewer and no electricity wasn’t really how I was hoping #MondayMorning was going to start. Both problems reported online. (Thankfully @EE is still working).

  Appalling service from @ee @samsung @Bluewater. Booked 8:30pm repair to splitting screen on Flip phone and firstly they said it's too late to repair it, so why offer such a time and secondly a small mark on the outside of the phone means that a poorly manufactured, and 1/2

  @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.

  @EE Despite your helpful Tech 1 team telling me my problem with you activating my Apple TV trial without actually giving me any means to actually use it was in hand and elevated to Tech 2 - the call back and resolution in 24 hrs still hasn't happened. Not very good really!
