@EE how do I cancel my contract. Due to an ongoing issue with coverage. I have spoken to your call centre let's not go into that. I live in Carshalton in Surrey. However its not getting resolved so I would like out thank you. It's been over a year now no end in sight.

@EE my earpiece on my mobile isn't working. I can't hear a thing when receiving incoming calls. I've been told I can take it back to store to get fixed and have a loan phone but yet 3 of my local stores don't have any. I can't go without a phone. Help me please....

I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

@EE that feeling when salesman in the store calls you “my friend” and you’re trying to stop a sudden urge to slap him; and then “manager” when you complain about it tells you off and bans from the shop. Cherry on the cake - customer service tells you they cannot register (cont.)

@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

@ee your online repair form is broken, I have lifetime warranty showing on my phone in MyEE. The PDF generated after ordering a repair, says that it's out of warranty and I will need to pay, even though repair process I went through told me it was covered....

@EE Hi there, your network went down in Harrow yesterday, was still out this morning, coverage checker now says no problems. Our Broadband is still out though. Have reset the router etc. Kind of a pain when I'm working from home! Help!

@EE My 4g home router been down today, and I'm told will be down Tuesday and Wednesday as well... due to 'planned maintenance'.. . This is following three days of outage just before Xmas for same thing... so on on average no internet for one day a week for last 6 weeks...

@EE Hi, I ordered an upgrade on Saturday. I was told it would be delivered Sunday, by Sunday when I didn't receive it, I called and was told there was an issue and I would get it Monday. I still have not received my phone.

Had a broadband sales call from @EE just now. I was told only EE and BT can provide FTTP service in my area. This is untrue, and when challenged sales person backtracked. But it seems I can’t make a complaint as I don’t have an account!

@EE Hi - on phone with your customer services team - been on for over an hour now - I've been on hold for about 20 mins after I asked to speak to a manager as I wasn't happy with a response to complaint about a further period of downtime - not impressive I'm afraid
