@EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

@EE How do I permanently turn my voicemail off? I’ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I don’t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Most annoying.

I am so gutted I can’t watch @WestHam all thanks to @btsport and @EE when I pay £15 a month for a service and now I can not log in because my BT ID no longer works and get told I have to wait 72 hours for it to be sorted. Absolute Joke. 😡😡😡😡

Hi @EE Could you please tell me where I should send a complaint to. Sold a cheaper deal only to find that it no longer supports my data sharing sims. No help on the phone, told to go to the store, also no fix there. Family been with you for 15 years, service not what it was.

@EE I have had shocking customer service with ‘issues’ after ‘issues’ with your system, taking multiple (pending) payments, talking of reverting a plan because it’s not working your end when it is mine!

@EE, constant drop outs - every day, morning noon night since apr29. there are only 3 or 4 ookla tests out of dozens and dozens returning a speed over 20mbps down (most sub 7) with not one returning an upload speed greater than 0.not very much. Please help

Hey @kevinbacon @EE have failed to port our 3phone numbers. They've had a month to do it and 4 reminders. They'll cancel the sims, but won't repay the money they have taken (stolen) from my account. The customer service is dire, verging on rude (particularly Tanya) #useless

@EE @glastonbury Fix up your company why r u so understaffed? It led to one of ur managers treating me like a ***** damp dog because I breathed 2 seconds longer than the given 7 seconds between the calls. **** company. Take 30 calls a day and then get shat on by higher ups for needing to breathe.

@adpm1969 @EE @glastonbury I've found if you go to setting connections and mobile network and drop the network mode to 2g you get better signal but lose your internet.... Just worked for another friend of mine who doesn't live close.. if your home and using WiFi maybe a compromise.. just not gd outside
