    @EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

    @EE By any standard, EE customer services appear to be in meltdown. Four hours to reply to a tweet? Calls not answered, web site not working, shops not open for customers to visit without an appointment (cannot be made as web site is down) As a long time customer, I’m very concerned

    Well @AnglianWater and @UKPowerNetworks getting the week off to a flying start, blocked sewer and no electricity wasn’t really how I was hoping #MondayMorning was going to start. Both problems reported online. (Thankfully @EE is still working).

    @EE I have had shocking customer service with ‘issues’ after ‘issues’ with your system, taking multiple (pending) payments, talking of reverting a plan because it’s not working your end when it is mine!

    @CJSeedge @XboxP3 @EE Well actually No Microsoft didn’t cancel the PS5 that was the devs themselves that tuck the chance to drop it when Microsoft bought them. Clearly they needed to aswell the game been delayed a year and it’s coming out as a none finished game on Xbox missing 60FPS mode
