Sold a cheaper deal only to find that it no longer supports my data sharing sims. No help on the phone, told to go to the store, also no fix there. Family been with you for 15 years, service not what it was.

Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. I've scheduled to call you back at 8:00 on 29/8/2026. Please give me up to an hour to call you. Thanks.” So the promise of an 8am call back is now anywhere between 8 and 9 am - you are all 💩

Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.
