I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

Rail delays wouldn’t be such an issue if there was consist phone signal on the track. I’m with @EE and I have loss of signal for 60% of my journey from #TunbridgeWells into London #southeastern

I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

@EE morning, recently moved house, had the text yesterday to say that the WiFi is up & running however since then all it’s been doing is flashing green, we have very little signal in the house & it’s becoming frustrating!

@EE Re: this months bill. A suggestion. If you’re going to sell a 2nd phone to a loyal customer, don’t advertise it as FREE if a one off charge, for said phone, is payable & maybe advise your sales dpt to not withhold this info to help close the sale & thus earn commission!!
