@EE My partner has received a letter stating that he owes yourselves £199.92 because of lack of payment. Our local store advised him to cancel his DD as his contract had ended. He has spoken to someone on the phone who was of no help. Please advise as this is ALOT of money 😡

@EE Yeah he has that why I know he won't be getting his money back, it was an add-on not actually a full contract, which should never have been carried on, but the man on the phone said it is his own fault and won't refund him, which is disgusting for a mistake you made as a company

@EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

@EE Hello EE. I am desperate to move from @VodafoneUK as after 4 weeks they still can’t connect my Apple Watch series 4 to a data plan! Can you help. I have been a client of theirs for over 10 years. @Apple your product is being compromised by your contract with @VodafoneUK.

@EE are you aware that reception in Bromley is awful. Constant call drops and and intermittent data service. It’s normally pretty bad, but today it’s unusable.

@EE 2/2 is acceptable and your customer service over the phone is very rude, we will be making a formal complaint about the whole thing, and I will continue to slate you over social media

I’m very disappointed in the service we have received by @EE for the last 2 weeks, regarding one of the stores, and customer service on the phone..... I don’t understand why EE has gone down hill they are the best network or should I say not the best network anymore 😡

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@CliveChenery @EE They tried to upsell me to BB whilst in the conversation about my phone ! Couldn't believe all they were thinking of was extra sale, not how to help their customer with a query they had!

Why are companies like @EE rolling out 5G when they can’t even get the capital city to have signal strong enough to make a call for more than 5 mins without having failures. It happens too often in London at so many locations it’s insane. Money wasted on ‘better’ than improving!

Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

@EE Well I can't see the phone or specs etc by doing that and I would be on the phone or texting for ages by the time I've made my mind up!! I wont be getting another contract with EE advertising the phone from £39 then the contract you actually want/need is £80+!! Awful.

I'll tell you what, you'd have to think about getting @EE broadband installed. 4 openreach appointments (one cancelled) to put a cable from drive to house. Told to call up for 2 more extender discs, turns out its 1 per call, with tech help, at £10 a go, so you pay £240 to use

@Ofcom @EE Also, what is @Ofcom position regarding applicant rejection entirely for alleged credit reasons, it where the firm continues to reject once a proposal for resolution of alleged credit issues removes it as an issue altogether?
