I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, EnglandThe last time I called @EE to try and sort out being overcharged for my mobile bill, I spent 1hr and 10mins on the phone to 5 different people in 4 different teams in 2 different countries and they eventually cut me off, without sorting the problem and never called back.

I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying.
