  @daddybearcub @EE Every year my operator texts me to let me know about their RPI tariff rises. I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying. They're obliged to offer existing customers the same deal, so my bill always goes down.

  I remember when @EE would pursued you to stay as a customer and offer a nice deal, now they aren’t bothered, I guess that’s cos they are the biggest, they can’t transfer you to a manager as they are working from home!!!

  So @ee after calling 150 the answer is no. 18 years of customer loyalty gets you nothing. Couldn't even waive the early upgrade fee. A real shame. Better to wait until the end of the contract and leave? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

  @EE ‘Oh you have to personally cancel it’ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. That’s why I’m so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!
