I live in Carshalton in Surrey. However its not getting resolved so I would like out thank you. It's been over a year now no end in sight.

They claim you can gift 100GB but they don’t tell you until after that if you use data, that reduces your giftable allowance. Clear misselling here and even the @ee customer services agree!
