    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    . @EE it’s 14 days since I ordered a sim only plan from you guys. Nearly two weeks later, 10 calls to customer service, 2 visits to a store, still no working sim. Your staff are always polite and helpful, but your systems are utterly inept...1 of 2

    Why are companies like @EE rolling out 5G when they can’t even get the capital city to have signal strong enough to make a call for more than 5 mins without having failures. It happens too often in London at so many locations it’s insane. Money wasted on ‘better’ than improving!

    @EE Hello EE. I am desperate to move from @VodafoneUK as after 4 weeks they still can’t connect my Apple Watch series 4 to a data plan! Can you help. I have been a client of theirs for over 10 years. @Apple your product is being compromised by your contract with @VodafoneUK.

    @EE Thank you Peter W on this occasion EE have failed on ever count and I’m angry and saddened that after being a loyal customer with EE I’m treated in the way I’m being treated by EE and it’s staff. Just think it time to cut my ties with EE when my contract up

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    @EE I placed it through the app. I think I misunderstood, I rang through and turns out I don’t need a new SIM card to pick up 5G, it should just work. I was expecting a new SIM until I re-read my email to find out it’ll just update automatically. Problem solved!

    @EE this a problem with Instagram because I when refresh my feed it says no internet connection on 4g but it works using WiFi. I have deleted the app and reinstalled and I cannot login with 4G but I can with WiFi.

    Warning for anyone thinking of getting a phone from @EE If they decide the offer on their website isn't valid anymore, they'll tell you you can't get it. Even when you literally have email confirmations of you making the order. Absolutely terrible customer service

    @JoeHolmes1994 @i_Jess @EE sometimes EE can intervene and refuse to let Apple service the device, they broke EU law when Apple offered to replace my iPhone X free of charge, EE wouldn't send it to them, even when I offered to cover the postage.

    @EE I am currently having a lot of problems with my internet my router keeps going down when they arnt many devices connected I have tried resetting it and also turning my internet off for a little bit what can I do thank ?
