Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

It's still happening, it's still terrible, and I'm still waiting until the 27th for a fix, after I was lied to about the last "fix" other week.

The switch over is on you @EE not us but we’re having to suffer because of it and had to sign up to a new contract that apparently, we can leave at any time
