  @daddybearcub @EE Every year my operator texts me to let me know about their RPI tariff rises. I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying. They're obliged to offer existing customers the same deal, so my bill always goes down.

  @EE Been trying to get onto the app for hours but keep getting told something is wrong, almost impossible to talk to anyone as there's no option on the helpline. Last time this happened someone at EE had suspended my account as I had a different logon. Took ages to fix. Unhappy

  @EE Sadly my phone is not receiving calls or sending texts and as your system is down I was informed nothing can be done until late tomorrow at best. No way of contacting to explain problem as no email contact - letter only which you will receive. The day I moved to you was a mistake

  @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping
