  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

  Something weird is going on. @EE says there is nothing wrong with WiFi and Router, but every day at least 5 times a day we have no WiFi at home. My dad is on Virgin Broadband and he has the same issues. Anyone on here having WiFi blackouts?

  @EE Zero response to this - luckily I'm not in contract on the two accounts I have with EE, or my broadband so next week I'll be cancelling this service and getting a new provider
