    @EE How do I permanently turn my voicemail off? I’ve text VM off to 150 numerous times and even spoke to your customer services who said they had also deactivated it, but every time someone rings me and I don’t answer they somehow manage to leave a voicemail! Most annoying.

    @EE @CollieGoLightly That doesn't work @EE I finally was able to start a message at 3.20pm and was told someone would reply- didn't get anything back and then you shut at 8pm. So something isn't working in your system atm!

    @EE I am a longstanding EE customer.I made an order yesterday for a sim upgrade for my phone.Given order confirmed by email.This morning got message to call EE, provide a bit more information to complete the order. Rang number and was kept on hold for 30 minutes then gave up.

    @EE i’ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and I’m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I can’t use any other Sim card on it because it’s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me 🤬😡

    The past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isn’t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

    @EE I’ve been trying to deactivate my answer phone but it won’t let me do it I’m going to Ukraine and will be charged £1.80 a minute if someone leaves message can someone pls help me deactivate it this is not cool! I was on hold for 30 mins no answer .

    Never waste you time and money with @EE, worse broadband non service ever. I renewed my contract and got cut off as a result. In thirty years of marketing teaching I’ve never heard of the idea of punishing loyalists

    I am so gutted I can’t watch @WestHam all thanks to @btsport and @EE when I pay £15 a month for a service and now I can not log in because my BT ID no longer works and get told I have to wait 72 hours for it to be sorted. Absolute Joke. 😡😡😡😡

    @EE I have - eventually - but why are still sending threatening letters to people who don’t even exist? You’ve been told twice before and nobody listens. What kind of customer service is that?

    @EE After being told by five different customer service reps from EE that my new device will arrive 'tomorrow'. Now I receive a text to say it will not arrive until the 10th. Seems that poor customer service can be quickly brushed up by claiming the pandemic is affect delivery. Poor.

    @EE I was advised I could buy take out an esim for my watch . It won't work so I have requested a cancellation and now you refuse to do this . Even tho the staff on the phone did it all and said it's fine no problem . Shocking . I have 5 lines with you I'm moving asap
