-
Matt Bond (@MattBondVocal) reported from Camberwell, EnglandIn other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.
-
Rubén Taluja (@Robinhio84) reported from Camberwell, EnglandHi @EE, after having been a happy customer for years I need your support on cancelling my contract: I am leaving UK indefinitely from June onwards. How do we go about canceling the contract?
-
PapaQ69 (@AddicksGlenn69) reported from Eltham, England@EE When I try to login it comes up we are unable to get your details logout then login again. I've tried millions of times and still nothing.
-
Lee Robertson FCSI FRSA (@leerobertson64) reported from Camberwell, England@danbowyer @Adobe @EE I think I got more sense out of the bot before an ‘expert’ took over and wasted half my day. Go to the pool chum, make the best out of a bad lot! 😎
-
Adrian Bradley (@adebradley) reported from Croydon, England@pifflevalve @EE i was on that - i made the mistake of switching to a one year plan to match what was a good deal, and that’s very much what I’m regretting. Sadly i imagine they’re all as bad as each other really
-
Callum (@Callum_Walker96) reported from City of London, England@EE how do I cancel my rolling contract
-
Ravi Dheer (@RaviDheer) reported from Camberwell, England@EE what is going on? Can't connect to the App, my 5G is just about getting 3Mbs. The service is supposed to be the best coverage in the country. I live in London and I feel like I have dial up speeds. Sort it out. I'm sick of this, it's constantly happening. No I won't DM you
-
✌🏻Gary aka Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England@AnaVK Haha, that would annoy me doing that. This is why I’ve made sure I’m with a decent network and I’m moving to @EE in November cuz I keep having issues with @VodafoneUK
-
Huw (@huwkan) reported from Poplar, England@EE broadband has been terrible all week and today was awful. Any idea what the issue is in London, E2

-
𝓐𝓷𝓭𝔂 𝓛𝓮𝓼𝓵𝓲𝓮 (@AndrewJLeslie) reported from City of London, England@EE Hallo EE Customer Support. I'm coming up to renewal on my sim-only plan. I use phones that don't support 5G. However, all your plans quote xGB "5G Data". What does this mean for 4G customers?
-
Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England@__Samantha8 @EE I was with BT, I got an email saying I'd requested to cancel my service (which I hadn't), they said there was no way for them to stop it being cancelled and I had to switch to EE and pay more but that I'd get EE TV included, which I've never even connected as I don't want it.
-
✌🏻Gary aka Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, EnglandOnce again I’m having uploading issues with @VodafoneUK 4G data service. I’m sick of this, I’ll be pleased to go with @EE in November who I know are far more reliable than Vodafone ever could be. THREE times so far my upload has restarted using my mobile hotspot
-
Steve N (@stevejax2003) reported from Eltham, England@EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer
-
✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England@EE could you please answer my question. If I move to your network in November, will you restrict me from using my data to stream out radio? As I do online radio shows and would like to broadcast live. @VodafoneUK have restricted me

Martin Jones (@Jones2204Jones) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Cambridge is meant to be our tech capital, but half the city has terrible coverage. And if you if you enter a building anywhere in town, its almost non-existent.
-
Alex Jones (@dr_besty) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE EE had to replace their entire Huawei 5G core at great expense at the behest of your government, it put their network investment back by nearly a decade, I'd maybe sit this one out if I was you
-
Steveo Davies🏴 (@STEVEOLUCKY7) reportedLove how I pay a small fortune to @EE and still have shocking broadband and have to hot-spot my phone..one day off I get and can't have two items on at the same time. Done the checks, had new router and engineer visit still crap. How hard can it be to get what you pay for
-
Jon Burke 🌍 (@jonburkeUK) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Can Tom Tugendhat MP explain why he thinks we shouldn’t build the kind of - excellent value - safe cycling infrastructure that characterises affluent societies like the Netherlands because, err, private companies can’t provide him with a decent phone signal?
-
John A Holman 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 🇵🇱 🇺🇸 🇩🇪 🇫🇷 (@JohnAH190975) reported@EE really you ******* penalised me for not paying my phone bill but you ******* can't even fix the ******* EE App as I said before the ee app is ****** because it doesn't allow me to look at my bills which gives me the option to pay my bills
-
Umm...nope (@Ummnope7) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's not the government's job to help you choose a decent mobile phone service. You're a grown man. You can make your own consumer choices, whether they be sensible or stupid.
-
Dr Steve Fleischer (@britgermanbloke) reported@RichardBentall @drew_carver @EE Agree. I signed a bb contract in January, paid the bill by direct debit so didn't pay too much attention to it. Found out last week it was never put into their system! I've been paying much more than I should have been. 3 trips to shop this week and app still shows wrong price.
-
Johnny Mac (@JohnMac19059272) reported@EE Thank you for sending a newer improved router but why is it so hard sending the old one back. Qr code not working and now got to try the post office tomorrow.
-
Ukobach (@JasonOw55271825) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I’m not saying immigration is the problem However it is relatively easy for a mobile cell to be overwhelmed by users - how many HMO’s have sprung up there - it’s a genuine problem and the networks usually address it with micro or pico cells
-
Billy Randoms (@Randoms141884) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Maybe you should have made sure that we could manage our cellular infrastructure without Huawei when your government stopped them supplying us? Idiot.
