@EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

@EE So.... @EE say they’re working on the prob. (Pretty much what they told me 10 yrs ago) I told them that it was BS. Not heard a peep from them — over 24hrs later! Appalling phone service matched w/ appalling customer service. Well, I suppose they’re consistent... @ThanetCouncil

iPhone 16 pro max has the worst reception. Hardly any signal anywhere. iPhone 8 was way better. Same @EE service provider, same package. Never more than three bars - if any at all. WiFi is hit and miss too. Feel scammed

@EE hello, I have received an email I would like to discuss with the complaints team. I made a complaint some time ago and thought it was resolved. I no longer have an EE account. I do not wish to call; I want to email. I have PTSD from calling so much in March I cannot any more.
