Sholeve Davies 🇸🇱 (@issavibe95) reported from Croydon, England@EE's broadband: TERRIBLE DON'T GET IT, JUST BECAUSE IT'S CHEAP DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD GET IT. I'm actually sick of them and my dad, refused to leave them because they're cheap and stuck us with shitty broadband again for 2 years 🙃🥴🙃 #FixMyBroadbandEE

✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, EnglandIt just took me ages to finally get a line at my local doctors @VodafoneUK only for the damn call to fail. Along with constant 4G problems and odd texts not sending or being received, is there anything good about your rubbish network? I shan’t be sorry to go to @EE in November
-
Adrian Bradley (@adebradley) reported from Croydon, EnglandHonestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless
-
Huw (@huwkan) reported from Poplar, England@EE broadband has been terrible all week and today was awful. Any idea what the issue is in London, E2
-
Cheryl Huggins MUA /Skincare Specialist (@cherylhuggins) reported from Bromley, EnglandSo upset that @EE have failed to provide an adequate service for 5 months I’m a small business and carer please get my phone sorted URGENT I AM LOSING CLIENTS

✌🏻Gary aka Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, EnglandI can’t wait to leave @VodafoneUK in November. I’m sick of the regular issues I’m experiencing. If it’s not 4G data issue which is most of the time, it’s now sending text messages. @EE would never have such regular issues, neither should any network
-
✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, EnglandFor crying out loud @VodafoneUK , why can’t your 4G be reliable 24 hours a day, yet again I’m having issues uploading an hour’s recording to Mixcloud. And yes I’ve rebooted my phone. I’m SICK of this. Now the upload has restarted. Can’t wait to go to @EE in November
-
Evadne W. (@evadne) reported from City of London, England@EE I couldn’t bother sending a redundant DM so left the issue with hotel management to sort out.
-
Laura Hay (@Laura11389) reported from Bromley, England@EE we have had a broadband outage for 2 days now… can we have an ETA of when it will be fixed? Your diagnostics bot is saying it should have been fixed an hour ago (after previously missed etas). SE20
-
Craig McRae (@craig_mcrae) reported from Lambeth, England@EE To be quite honest it's never been that great (<5mbps). Usually I can stream music while in the park. Yesterday it was just horrendous. Feels like Clapham/Brixton/Stockwell never gets the lightning fast speeds of central London (160mbps in Covent Garden), don't see it wfh though.
-
PapaQ69 (@AddicksGlenn69) reported from Bromley, England@EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.
-
Ana Escudeiro (@escudeiro_ana) reported from Lambeth, England@EE don't know what are you doing. I am registered with EE for several years, and now i can't make phone calls, it tells me network not registered. And don't tell me to call 150. Because i can't. Time to change network
-
🇺🇦 Tommy Gilchrist 🏳️🌈 (@tommygilchrist) reported from Lambeth, EnglandIt is *impossible* to speak to an @EE Team Leader or Manager; I’ve been trying for days to resolve an issue, had callbacks promised that never materialise. Sick to the back teeth. On hold now to get my PAC code to return to @VodafoneUK.
-
Rizwan Ahmed (@RizKundi) reported from Blackheath, England@EE I am at Silvertown London E16 and your internet service is terrible since this weekend
-
✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, EnglandI can’t wait for November so I can move to @EE , sick of @VodafoneUK ‘s incompetent 4G data service. Non stop issues with streaming radio both download & upload. I don’t understand how difficult it can be to supply a decent 4G service

-
Aldo (@AP196779) reported@WeAreOpenreach They have been trying to raise this issue with you for 5 weeks now. I’m just going round in circles. @EE are saying it’s a problem at your end and you’re saying it’s something that @EE has to do

-
Michael Curley (@Mcurley40Curley) reported@KinkygroovyHez @EE @O2 are a nightmare as well nine weeks to cancel a sim only contact!!
-
Robin John (@robjohn75) reported@EE @LeilaniDowding Ah, such an interesting marketing ploy, we now have to buy a backup battery for (orchestrated) power cuts. Who profits from this forced technological transition.🤔 Problem, reaction, solution yet again, follow the money.
-
Arty Em (@a37yM) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE I've had this very argument with our providers for the last 2 years. Whenever I renew a contract they read me info about the landline being internet-based, & ask if I have a mobile should I need emergency services if the landline is unavailable. This is NOT progress.
-
businessdragonseye (@mentorthedragon) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE That ship has sailed. The old analogue phone network is being switched off in January. Either you have a mobile as backup or you buy a battery backup. (Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS). BT/EE or whatever their name is this week will supply them for vulnerable people.
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It’s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.
-
cliff cook (@cliffc100) reported@EE @TheDealEnvoy Its just a fake spoofing number stepchainge are a ligitimate organisation that help people in debit nothing to do with ee
-
Richie Berryman (@BerrymanRi94102) reported@EE @EE @Giftcloud got my physical card as the digital card doesn't work at all with a £5 fee. To make people aware and you aware this is chip and pin card only!
