    @EE I've been waiting 6days to get my old PAYG number transferred to a new SIM only monthly contract with you. The advisors I've spoken to have lied to me stating it will be done within 24 hrs. If this issue isn't sorted today I'm cancelling the contract. Really disappointed.

    Shocking few days of service from @EE this past week. But fantastic customer service earlier on hooked up another wifi connection on the broadband which has speeded everythingback up. Normal life can now resume.

    @EE 😂 ffs, I’ve done the same journey for 11 years using your network & using the same trains as Southeastern are cheap and don’t replace them. It’s your reception that’s gone to 💩 over the past few weeks so please don’t insult my intelligence with this rubbish!

    @EE Can you please sort out your network infrastructure in the Gower. I get that it’s far from the most populated part of the uk, but it gets busy during the summertime, I have 2 or 3 bars of 5G but connections speeds are never better than 1 or 2 mbps down so it’s unusable!

    I cannot wait until next March when my contract ends with @EE Undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever, ever received from a “mobile provider”…completely, totally and utterly useless🤬
