@EE wifey is talking to you ‘customer services’ and it’s NOT going well! We have TWO accounts with you, she was not reminded to upgrade and has been paying too much for 4 or 5 months. From this end it doesn’t sound like your guys being much help!!

@EE clearly don't want to keep loyal customers. Been with EE/Orange for over 10 years, inc broadband. Deals on upgraded phones can be bettered elsewhere, (over £200 on S21+). Even SIM only deals for new EE customers are better. I was told to cancel & go elsewhere Very poor show

@SwaledaleMutton @EE Mine was through BT also. The customer service and reliability used to be excellent so the extra cost was worth it. Customer service quality dropped massively and other companies caught up in the reliability factor.

@SwaledaleMutton @EE I have never had a drop out in over 6 years and I live in quite a rural area. This is the exact reason I left EE for Vodafone in the first place. That and my bill for home fibre and 3 mobiles went from 180 to 110.
