Why are companies like @EE rolling out 5G when they can’t even get the capital city to have signal strong enough to make a call for more than 5 mins without having failures. It happens too often in London at so many locations it’s insane. Money wasted on ‘better’ than improving!

@EE Thank you Peter W on this occasion EE have failed on ever count and I’m angry and saddened that after being a loyal customer with EE I’m treated in the way I’m being treated by EE and it’s staff. Just think it time to cut my ties with EE when my contract up

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@northolt3103 @EE Signed up with BT because I need to run my own firewall and router, got sent a EE router, phoned BT, got told I was with EE and they cannot help me unless I have a Business account. Tried to pass my equipment through it, it didn't work. Cancelled my subscription that same day.

@northolt3103 @EE Same. I left EE in Dec after 15 years with them. Contract is now £84 a month less and signal certainly no worse.

@northolt3103 @EE Terrible company. Despite having a roaming cap they tried to retrospectively overcharge me on data usage citing RPI increases. Nearly went to court as they put bad debt on my name after I rejected the charge they added over my cap. Will never do business with them again.
