    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    @EE worse customer services - called 3 times throughout the day with no answer - held on for 30 minutes each call ! Sending back my broken EE tv box and cancelling subscription for broadband and box !

    Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

    @Ofcom you may want to check @EE new unlimited data plans and their misselling of them. They claim you can gift 100GB but they don’t tell you until after that if you use data, that reduces your giftable allowance. Clear misselling here and even the @ee customer services agree!

    I’m very disappointed in the service we have received by @EE for the last 2 weeks, regarding one of the stores, and customer service on the phone..... I don’t understand why EE has gone down hill they are the best network or should I say not the best network anymore 😡

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK you’ve now sent two routers. They aren’t working. @EE we are really excited to sack off @VodafoneUK for you for quicker speeds, better service and better benefits. You don’t have much to live up to but as long as we have internet every day I think we will be happy

    Hello @EE /@EE__SupportTM You have closed my complaint VOL013-974971800184 without resolving it. Broadband faults continue, service is poor, and I’ve had no redress. Under @Ofcom rules and the Consumer Rights Act, this is not acceptable. #ConsumerRights

    I attempted to test @OpenAI GPT5 today by asking it if @EE has an online chat for its customers, something I knew in advance EE doesn't provide. It ended up giving me a scum page which was asking for money to provide support for EE services.

    @EE THREE complaints now, and still no resolution. Who is training your staff? They're confrontational, contradict themselves, and call the customer a liar. I'm really very unhappy. Oh, and I'm a customer service training manager of 20+ years, so know what I'm talking about.

    Hello @EE broadband keeps dropping with no fix, no RCA, no ETA, no workaround. Last year you wrongly damaged my credit file. This is unacceptable. @Ofcom please take note. #ConsumerRights #OFCOM & to make it worse no signs of remorse.

    @EE hi. Have u managed to work out if my sim is faulty on my phone? Emergency calls only, and it says when I try to make a call, not registered to network. Can't even make WiFi calls
