Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Whyteleafe and nearby locations:
-
Kevin Nolan (@knolanuk) reported from Lambeth, England@daddybearcub @EE Every year my operator texts me to let me know about their RPI tariff rises. I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying. They're obliged to offer existing customers the same deal, so my bill always goes down.
-
Mike T (@MikeT72336576) reported from Horley, England@KIKITkiran @mouthwaite @EE Why do young people often get referred to as “some kid” when there’s a customer service issue? A little unkind!

Joe Wadsack (@vinesack) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandI have been with Orange and EE for 21 years, spent what must be 25k and have just been sold down the river. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?
-

Cllr Paul Kohler🔶SW19 (@PaulKohlerSW19) reported from Merton, EnglandGiven cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet
-
Adrian Bradley (@adebradley) reported from Croydon, England@pifflevalve @EE i was on that - i made the mistake of switching to a one year plan to match what was a good deal, and that’s very much what I’m regretting. Sadly i imagine they’re all as bad as each other really
-

-
Gareth Higgin (@77fenrir) reported@djp4cm4n @VodafoneUK Left them a few years ago after god awful customer service, no decent signal anywhere , no discounts/ upgrades over my time with them. Now with @EE. Still awful signal at home on a 5G plan but elsewhere perfect
-
Nathan aka JB (@Dynamo24) reported@EE nothing but bad service trying to get better price on broadband. Spent over 40 mins on phone and then wasted 1 hour 40 mins on online chat .. Trustpilot response lousy .. #poorservive #broadband
-
RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@picklefork1965 @bmstewart2004 @EE Yeah, EE isn't a rip-off at all, espcially considering at nearly 4 years, we've had one drop-out on broadband and we rarely go below 900Mbps, when their guarantee is 700Mbps. I'm well aware, just with any company, if you ring up, they'll give you the best possible deal. My whole point is, we shouldn't HAVE to ring up. The deals should be there as standard on the app that they so excessively want, everyone to be on. It's not just EE, every major Broadband/Phone/TV company want you to use their apps. For £100/m we get 1Gig Broadband, Now TV Sports, Entertainment, Netflix and Xbox GamePass. My problem is, the broadband is cheaper for me to let it run the contract down from EE and then apply through my credit card company and get the same broadband speeds at half the price for the same 24 month contract.
-
Allan (@banx82) reported@j199024 @EE It goes down every month. I’m sick of them, I was with sky for 20 years and can’t remember the internet ever going down. I’ve been with @EE for 2 years and it goes down every month. Also it’s nowhere near as fast as they claim
-
AnnBeddow🇪🇺 lno DMs (@BeddowAnn) reported@Hepworthclare @EE I do hope you get some satisfaction soon Clare, the Worlds gone mad with all this technical stuff. Could you perhaps contact the Ombudsman? I hate the system we have to plough through just to get a civil answer to a problem these days. They call it progress I’d call it regress.
-
Matthew Bramhall (@bigkingbadger) reported@EE Thanks for the reply, i have done all this and still have not been able to. Not in a nasty way but Just a bit of feedback, the AI and chat function is bad when the issue doesn’t fall into a category and you cant be transferred and you should let phone agents do preorders.
-
Jim Gardiner (@jimmyg1972) reported@EE @birthdaycakexo I agree.....EEs only answer is check the coverage....the signal in Falkirk has been dreadful for years.....value for money is about 1 out of 10....time to move network shortly...
-
John (@j199024) reported@EE Your broadband service is horrendous. £120 per month for Internet and TV and if the Broadband doesn't work literally shuts everything down for hours at a time, horrendous.
-
Cathy (@CathyVhal) reported@EE @EE if l come here would my problem be solved faster?l am at my wits end. Your technical team and call centre have for the past year failed to link my products to my EEapp. The cherry on the top is l can’t cancel any of my plans because l will be penalised for a YOU problem.
