Been with @EE for years and never had any problem. My new provider is half the price with a phone that works. More data and same calls and texts. No choice.

They say as this is reaching minimum acceptable speed of 2mb nothing they can do!! £20 a month and can’t even use his smart TV. Disgusting.

My last one was £63.03, (&2.92 was picture messaging) but where did £60.11 for the actual phone bill come from, month before was £62.97, can you help why?
