Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

Basically, the agent’s rude attitude was raised as a problem and he became aggressive, raised his hand ready to assault and asked us to leave the shop!

Been contacting customer service for 4 months and they never call back or even sort out any issues. EE is hardly 5G No1 it’s a poor unrealible service.

I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying. They're obliged to offer existing customers the same deal, so my bill always goes down.

After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning. Since then your service has been nothing short of disgusting. Ive phoned again this morning and have been "promised" a call today.....
