  • garethwyn70 Gareth Wyn (@garethwyn70) reported from Lambeth, England

    Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

  • chrisgolds Christopher Golds (@chrisgolds) reported from Lambeth, England

    Jesus Christ @EE are crap

  • nknight199405 Nikita Ann Lovell (@nknight199405) reported

    @EE thanks for closing my complaint, not sending me my final response or ombudsman rights. You send deceiving text messages to your customers and when the customer is not happy with your service you just let them leave you. Wow your customer service is shocking.

  • isaac_t_6 Isaac Thompson (@isaac_t_6) reported

    @clydefc123 @EE They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “syncunlocks on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    @EE For an extra £100 a year per customer?? Sounds like you’ll have plenty left over for the Christmas party too!!! Daylight robbery

  • cly74 Claire (@cly74) reported

    @EE Hi there - I’m trying to gift data via the app and via the website but there is an error each time - can you help?

  • spontaneous_ant Tony (@spontaneous_ant) reported

    @EE @Tim17583334 Total “bull crap” to say the least! It’s pure EE greed and there is no justification for an increase of 15% whatsoever. A contract should stay at the cost agreed during the contract 24 month period.

  • ItsJamesPowers James 🇬🇧 (@ItsJamesPowers) reported

    @BritainNorthern @Ofcom @EE I simply want a solution in stead of a thousand excuses.
