    @EE Yes - I believe the issue is that @bt_uk can't get a technician out change the line over. Which is understandable, people let you down, especially outside of your organisation. I'm just dissappointed with 1) The time it took to tell me that the agreed date was no longer happening

    @EE is not that @EE anymore, which is I used get full on everytime now call drops, mobile deta speed down. Overall I'm sure they are messed up. Hope they will be back on track again. 🤞

    .@EE put this in your file for bad customer service. After 11+ years of loyalty as both a mobile and broadband customer tomorrow I move house. Despite doing everything asked of me and being told over the phone that my broadband will be ready on my move day I am told 4 days before

    @EE I don’t see any point in talking again & being told it is a fair deal. I will be leaving EE at the earliest opportunity. I was told I didn’t need to buy extra data as I never go over my quota & I ended up buying extra last month.

    prepared to waive any of their charges. Had they answered their phone, replied more swiftly to emails, or even just provided decent broadband, we would not have needed to return to @EE (with whom, it should be noted, we have had no WiFi issues). So I heartily wish I had not /5

    @EE I understand regarding that now might be a peak time for bandwidth etc however when you pay for a service and get a contractually guaranteed level of service, then that is what you expect and deserve, technically you have breached the contract if I was to breach it via nonpayment

    @EE it’s a shame that EE is not the same. Became greedy. They used to unlock you phone for free after 6 months into the contract now you have to pay even at the end of your contract. I have really bad signals on my phone but the refused to early upgrade my phone. I got 3 lines

    @EE I live in SY12 OQA. I live in sight of a tower and up to a week ago got fantastic coverage which I use for work. Now it’s down 5-10 time a day. Now and again 3G. Please can you tell me what is being done and how quickly this will be fixed? It is critical

    Thanks to Mayank+Sapna @EE live chat who calmed me down+sorted me out a new phone after mine broke. When ur mum's rushed to hospital in the middle of a pandemic+ur a freelancer who urgently needs your phone for work+it's also Christmas, great customer service appreciated :)
