  • MusicMoofie
✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

@EE if I move to your network in November, would my 4G data be subjects to blocks from certain streaming servers? Only I’m sure @VodafoneUK who I’m currently with have blocked my access to steaming servers with which I do my live radio shows

  • thebrownmayn
Walee (@thebrownmayn) reported from Merton, England

@virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

  • paulondon666
pavlin yankov (@paulondon666) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE Good morning. Why have you suspended my Pay as go service ?

  • MusicMoofie
✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

I can’t wait for November so I can move to @EE , sick of @VodafoneUK ‘s incompetent 4G data service. Non stop issues with streaming radio both download & upload. I don’t understand how difficult it can be to supply a decent 4G service

  • CorkGourmetGuy
Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England

The last time I called @EE to try and sort out being overcharged for my mobile bill, I spent 1hr and 10mins on the phone to 5 different people in 4 different teams in 2 different countries and they eventually cut me off, without sorting the problem and never called back.

@Tent_Peg @EE I’m trying to run a business and the network is dropping in and out constantly! I had better signal in Cornwall than I’m getting in Surrey!

  • MusicMoofie
✌🏻Gary aka Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

I can’t wait to leave @VodafoneUK in November. I’m sick of the regular issues I’m experiencing. If it’s not 4G data issue which is most of the time, it’s now sending text messages. @EE would never have such regular issues, neither should any network

  • owodeone
Olanrewaju Owode ❁ (@owodeone) reported from Croydon, England

@ThreeUK you've been owing me £79 close to a month now. I've called your support team without resolution. Moving to three was a mistake, should have tried @EE

  • issavibe95
Sholeve Davies 🇸🇱 (@issavibe95) reported from Croydon, England

@EE's broadband: TERRIBLE DON'T GET IT, JUST BECAUSE IT'S CHEAP DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD GET IT. I'm actually sick of them and my dad, refused to leave them because they're cheap and stuck us with shitty broadband again for 2 years 🙃🥴🙃 #FixMyBroadbandEE

  • MikeT72336576
Mike T (@MikeT72336576) reported from Horley, England

@KIKITkiran @mouthwaite @EE Why do young people often get referred to as “some kid” when there’s a customer service issue? A little unkind!

  • EwanJStevenson
Ewan Stevenson (@EwanJStevenson) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE Hi, any idea when the network issues in SW4 will be fixed? Thanks

  • Robinhio84
Rubén Taluja (@Robinhio84) reported from Camberwell, England

Hi @EE, after having been a happy customer for years I need your support on cancelling my contract: I am leaving UK indefinitely from June onwards due to a family emergency. How do we go about canceling the contract?

  • AddicksGlenn69
PapaQ69 (@AddicksGlenn69) reported from Bromley, England

@EE First impressions are important! Switch date for broadband from @virginmedia due to friends referral as to how good your service is 21/09/20 Guess what..... broadband Not working! #disappointed Spoke to an adviser on the 22/09/20 for an hour still not working 1/2

  • stevejax2003
Steve N (@stevejax2003) reported from Eltham, England

@EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

  • mandyphin28
Mandyphin28 (@mandyphin28) reported from Camberwell, England

@EE . Your customer service is terrible. I will be gone as soon as possible. Been with #EE for 15 years. Goodbye 👋

  • zombiestyled
    TheGreatCordwainer (@zombiestyled) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Personal use satellite radios on their way. CB radio. Personal use batteries. Could be considetrd a backwards step, but copper line phones were never power free magic.

  • mindthegap2018
    MindTheGap (@mindthegap2018) reported

@EE @mjpeterz22 How can I request some help?

  • charmed_og
    CharmedOGForever🔮🧙🏼‍♀️ (@charmed_og) reported

@loisgriff_ @EE EE are the worst! Absolutely dreadful!

  • mr_ed_peters
    Ed Peters (@mr_ed_peters) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE The old PSTN network is being phased out (copper wires, low voltage old school telephones) as I recall. The phones you're thinking of won't be around much longer. Unless someone tells me otherwise.

  • chris_rosser
    Chris Rosser (@chris_rosser) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE All Internet in UK is moving away from copper to the premises - and all the replacements require power to function - if you get a UPS you can plug your router and other devices (such as a phone interface) into it to keep them running during a power outage.

  • DorothyNotD
    DorothyNot 🕷💜🤍💚 (@DorothyNotD) reported

@EE I’ve been trying to contact you for 2 days, when I finally got a very slow responding chat they agreed to raise a complaint…what is this text about? I SHOULD NOT have to get in touch again to keep my complaint open.

  • ian_wardell
    Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported

@EE @EE Suppose I owed EE loads of money and I said this other person will pay off the debt for me, but they fail to do so? Would you think my debt is their responsibility, or mine? The gift cards are EE's responsibility, not some 3rd party.

  • mk_hostile17
    MK 🇬🇧 (@mk_hostile17) reported

@GillRaeWalker @LeilaniDowding @EE Conventional PSTN is being shut down. Conventional landlines are now delivered over your broadband connection. Your conventional telephone plugs in to the router and voice calls are digital Broadband connection may be fixed wireless access but this has got nothing to do with WiFi

  • apr9999
    Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported

@EE Spent 73 minutes on phone with Sebi (23 mins), Graham (12 mins) & Henry (38 mins) of EE earlier. I have a big issue that Henry promised he would find a solution for & then call me back. That was nearly 5 hours ago! He initially said he'd be back to me in 10 minutes. DISGRACE!

  • mindthegap2018
    MindTheGap (@mindthegap2018) reported

@EE Well that's terrible customer service. I'm reporting a problem, and yet you can't access my account! Is this a bot account dealing with customers?
