  • Will_Lintern Will Lintern (@Will_Lintern) reported from Eltham, England

@EE Yes - I believe the issue is that @bt_uk can't get a technician out change the line over. Which is understandable, people let you down, especially outside of your organisation. I'm just dissappointed with 1) The time it took to tell me that the agreed date was no longer happening

  • AllenXL Allen Horrod (@AllenXL) reported from Horley, England

Very disappointed @EE. I upgraded to iPhone X last year & my friend got a very good deal from EE. I called EE & got a very bad deal & was told my friend didn’t get his super deal from EE (which he did) by the man from EE. I am not happy !

  • PantevPlamen Plamen Pantev (@PantevPlamen) reported from Merton, England

That feeling when you switch to @EE and you realise you can’t call back home (internationally) because of company protection policy that says: If you new customer you are not trusted as you might make big bill and not pay it ... what a joke !One reason to never be the best!Shame

  • RichCroft87 RichieRich ✌🏻💚 (@RichCroft87) reported from Croydon, England

@EE My data’s ok, as are my texts. Someone just tried to call me 10 times! It’s been a problem with my signal but nothing to this extent

  • HavocTechie Havoc techie - Voiding warranties since 1990 (@HavocTechie) reported from Bexleyheath, England

@Mythic_Beasts @EE Funny enough both ISP involved with the issue are big players in the game for leaselines. Both attend UKnof

  • Will_Lintern Will Lintern (@Will_Lintern) reported from Eltham, England

.@EE put this in your file for bad customer service. After 11+ years of loyalty as both a mobile and broadband customer tomorrow I move house. Despite doing everything asked of me and being told over the phone that my broadband will be ready on my move day I am told 4 days before

  • Will_Lintern Will Lintern (@Will_Lintern) reported from Eltham, England

.@EE Thanks so much for being super efficient turning off my Wi-Fi before I had actually moved out of my home. Such a shame you couldn't be more efficient with setting up the same service in my new place! 👏👏👏

  • Batchala Abby-Kate Batchelor (@Batchala) reported from Lambeth, England

Wow you guys. Been overcharged for about five months with no one able to tell me why. Telling me it’s gonna cost me over £300 to cancel a contract that was midsold to me as a cheaper price. You weren’t able to help when my original phone was lost 1/2 @ee

  • PantevPlamen Plamen Pantev (@PantevPlamen) reported from Wandsworth, England

@EE The worst experience ever in my life in the UK with network provider ! Having sick member of family back home in Bulgaria and not able to call because I am seen as new customer that hasn’t proved his ability to pay two bills yet! What a disgrace! Wrong marketing! No to EE!

  • Batchala Abby-Kate Batchelor (@Batchala) reported from Lambeth, England

And now with a phone I bought elsewhere which is becoming unusable, you are unable to help or even cut down my price plan. DO NOT USE @EE . That’s the moral of the story. They will lie and cheat and put you in impossible positions. Also shout my details across the shop 2/2

  • mo55541011 Lewis Morgan (@mo55541011) reported from Croydon, England

@EE my phoned not working again 2nd time this week

  • HavocTechie Havoc techie - Voiding warranties since 1990 (@HavocTechie) reported from Bexleyheath, England

Thanks @ee for using only #IPv6 great for you to force this on users when not every #ISP provides support for it so now my 3CX app wont work as its hosted on a IPv4 server as the ISP dont supply IPv6

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Weremoco Moco (@Weremoco) reported

@Deaky93 @EE Oh, heck no. Contracts are not a cheap way of buying a phone. I’d reccomend the apple upgrade programme rather than a network contract for the iPhone. Free applecare and a new phone every year, plus no network lockin on your handset! Or just buy outright.

  • CorruptionSick Carly (@CorruptionSick) reported

@NigelTozer @bt_uk @EE I believe you can cancel now. You have 30 days to cancel from when they notify you of price increase. According to Citizens Advice. Hope this helps.

  • potatointheAmex Neil (@potatointheAmex) reported

@RichardJMurphy Received emails from @sky and @EE informing me of price rises. Think it’s now time not to renew both contracts . Better to shop around or renew as a new customer as you can normally get a better deal as a new customer.

  • Nicnacs81 Nicola (@Nicnacs81) reported

@EE @RandomMoovies I have a solution…. Don’t force a massive price increase on people in the middle of a cost of living increase and blame it on inflation. Can’t wait to see what profits you post later in the year

  • SMHinthewild Steve Homer (@SMHinthewild) reported

@ColinBrazierTV @EE replied to my question of 10% + 4% and said its to invest in a better service. Its blatant exploitation of a contract loop hole and they are laughing at us.

  • dan_richards02 Dan Richards (@dan_richards02) reported

@scottwilliams82 @EE Same sort of problem @virginmedia are doing as well. 28% rise in monthly bills because of ‘costs like energy bills rising’! Email basically saying if you don’t like it, you can leave👎🏽

  • Anne983C Anne Ct (@Anne983C) reported

Wow, feel totally ripped off by @EE upgraded a few days ago to an S23. Order delayed after being confirmed by email. Called tonight to say they couldn't approve the price offered. Wouldn't budge on price at all charged me £30 fee and an extra £6 a month. 10 Yr + loyal customer.

  • AlexandraAnneMU Alexandra Fitzgerald (@AlexandraAnneMU) reported

@MartinSLewis @EE are increasing bills by 14.4% next month and lots of us are trapped with no way out of the contracts. This price increase is over 3.9% above the CPI. Is there anything we can do? My bill will go up by over £15 per month for the exact same service

  • KevinPaulJames Kevin Paul James (@KevinPaulJames) reported

@CaptainDarlingK @ColinBrazierTV @EE are criminals when it comes to pricing and customer service which is abysmal and the shop staff are like bots.

  • RichieUK_TTV Richie (@RichieUK_TTV) reported

Damn it’s £36 to change your phone number on @EE , might as well just get a non EE PAYG sim from a supermarket, top up by £5 to activate it and port it over
