    @vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

    @EE Ok, I’ll humour you and give it a go, though I am fairly positive that it’s a network infrastructure issue on your part - I.e not enough bandwidth but am happy to be proven wrong

    Today my wife had a bad accident and due to @EE not reconnecting her phone as promised, was left in serious pain, vulnerable and unable to contact anyone for help. Even after sending proof of payment 7 hours later the phone is still not reconnected.
