    @vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

    @EE I have EE fixed landline in a house I moved out in 28 Sept 2018. I want to terminate the service, can I keep my phone number to use whenever I get a new accommodation.

    Hi @EE I bought some Apple AirPods on an add to plan with my contract last summer. And to be honest I’m fed up with them, nothing but connectivity issues. What are my rights to returning them, as they are not fit for purpose!!

    @EE Yes she is and has been for the whole time, nearly 3 months now. No seem to hurry openreach. Had an openreach engineer come and tell her it's still the same problem I was 2 months ago when they came last. Why? why is it taking this long. Will be going to ADR.

    @EE anybody checking your DMs today? Had a delivery "attempt" fail yesterday and now no clue where my new phone is 😭. Wouldn't mind if there was an actual attempt, the DPD guy drove in next door, dropped a package there for them and then disappeared and I got a failed delivery!

    @SyHBeBetter @EE I’ve been experiencing the same problem since October, I’ve made 8 complaints and it’s still not fixed and I have to keep chasing. Did you get this resolved in the end or did you switch provider ?
