Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me

About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, England@__Samantha8 @EE I did when it first started. I explained i had not requested to cancel my service. The request had been made at 2am. They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.

I was on a very basic phone contract that they wanted £20.00 per month for when you can get exactly the same deal on the EE network for less that a fiver. Just goes to show how greedy they all are.
