@EE although I have had the Welcome texts from 150 on my iPad so I can definitely get texts from you, it’s just the MyEE registration code that’s not come through, although your colleague did help me top up by debit card over the phone which seems to have worked OK. 2/2

@EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

@EE Hi just an update, I spoke with one of your Newcastle based colleagues around 11am this morning and she said she would send me a code in an email so I could access the MyEE service in order to top up data on my iPad, I’ve still not received this code either via text or email 1/2

@simonhardwick @EE I wish companies had a support line for people that have a clue what theyr're doing. I spent 2+ hours last week on the phone to several script readers trying to get an amzon fire stick to boot. They said its beyond repair but it clearly just needs the firmware flashing.

@EE The pack was already set to renew the day it ended old pack expired sat 13 at 00.00 new pack should have started at sun 14 at 00.01 but the dont. Its a very broken system if i have to force a renew a day early because the packs dont kick in automatically back to back
