    Hello @EE 👋 Just wondered, as a current customer on a soon to be expired Swappable Benefits plan with you, if I were to put my SIM card into a 5G enabled phone, would I gain access to 5G signal or would I still only have 4G access? (Hope this makes sense)

    @ExperianExperts @Experian_UK @EE It is not EE’s decision, if you’re unable to provide me with a credit report claiming you can’t “identify who I am”, while NEVER asking for additional details or evidence. I’ve been trying for 8 months now to get this sorted.

    @JudyMansfield @EE No network is better than another unfortunately Judy ... I'm with EE and rarely get a good signal here in London in my own home. They also keep upping their prices, so make sure they give you a good deal.

    Thanks again @Experian_UK for being a shitty company. You are messing with my life. After 18 minutes on hold, your employee just hung up. I have no bad credit, but can’t get a £20/mo phone contract with @EE, because you’re not willing to identify me (or help you do it).

    Went to @O2 #TCR to swap my monthly contract onto a prepaid card. I was told it has to be done over the phone and they can’t issue a new SIM in store. Went to @EE and asked if I could transfer my number to them. The seem enthusiastic

    @EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

    Hey @EE my dad has had the same number for years but as of this morning it just says “you’ve dialed an incorrect number...” any ideas? I can call and text everyone else and his partner says she can call him no problems...HELP 👀

    @ee having been with you for 17 years very disappointed that even of pre launch order day my pre order is delayed by 1 month. I ordered with 1:30min of the lines opening and was also delayed by your systems being down. I give up not bothering to pre might just cancel. #waste

    @ee as usual, every year, without fails demonstrates why they are the worst network in the U.K. look at their mentions - Everyone complaining as usual. EE fails to deliver the iPhone on launch days @MarcAllera and the lot of them should be ashamed !

    Absolutely appalled with @EE's customer service. Helped purchase a SIM-only deal and had nothing but issues and poor aftersales care since. Nobody seems willing to help. Absolutely shocking considering the fact I've been a customer for 15+ years! 😠
