    @ee have the worst customer service staff man. Just spoke to them about a refund and was given facts that didn't add up by a "manager" Antony from Ireland. Damn, will be calling back to complain tomorrow. Would never, ever go back.

    @EE don't show no loyalty or appreciation to its customers, been with you guys for how many years now no issues with DD yet you can't honour a price for a Galaxy Watch, shocking. When I upgrade I'll be drastically reducing my price plan, cheers smh

    Took a 15 minute call with @EE to get an upgrade but nearly an hour to get a replacement for the broken phone they sent meπŸ™„

    .@EE completely dismayed by your service. Having switched from @SkyUK I was assured it would be a seamless swap over with no need to wait in for engineers. I now have no internet and no hope to see an engineer before the 4th... 1/3

    @EE Yes but you have increased it TWICE for me then insult us by saying you are introducing free Apple Music etc for NEW customers. I was with @VodafoneUK for many years and wanted to try you out but the network is a mare to be honest. Constantly something.

    @EE been with you just over a year and had two price hikes. At what point can I leave your network as I didn’t sign up to such a big hike in just over a year. I guess we are paying for your 5G

    .@EE given that I a) often work from home b) need broadband in order to camera monitor a very sick pet when I am not there, this is completely unacceptable. Essentially, I've given up a perfectly adequate service and am now left to wait 4 days without any access at all. 2/3

    @EE Paid you for 18 months and never got a day of service from you. Had a lot of my time wasted though. Useless replacement SIM cards. You then announced I was having my bill increased. Stopped paying, was chased for β€œΒ£240 debt” for 5 years. Welcome to capitalism, welcome to EE.

    @EE why is every other network provider able to provide the iPhone 13 pro on next day delivery yet yourself who are supposedly the biggest network and best network can’t? Been told 7 days wait then 14 now told it’s Upto 14 days! Yet people I know have already received them???

    So got @EE phone , Β£10 top up voucher which I am having problems trying to redeem ..called 150 won't connect tried text Vo as stated again won't work so how am I to redeem voucher please ?

    @EE My Son upgrades to iPhone 13 £47.50 pm. I upgrade same package £57 pm. Sent complaint. #EE call totally not interested & referred me to the ombudsman. Been with EE for years. Not looking after your long term customers 😑
