    Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

    @EE I switched to EE sim only, but EE made a complete mess out of a simple transaction. EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my permission, without my consent. EE causes me a lot of trouble

    @EE Morning team. Moved residence and my indoor signal is 1 bar and out doors 2. Usage is virtually impossible most of the time. Wifi calling helps but how can I find out if there’s any plans for a increase in area coverage?

    @ryan54752513 @EE @GooglePlay I had the exact same issue and managed to get on a live chat with a Google rep. After some disagreeing he forwarding all my fraudulent purchases to his hierarchy and it was sorted in 3 days. Yet to receive a physical refund but all the purchases says refunded.

    Ok so looking at the best and worst deals for mobile phones lets be honest the 10-15% network tax for iPhones is ridiculous. @EE are by far the worst with bundles costing up-to £1294 for an iphone 12. @SkyUK charge no extra at all but i have had issues with them taking my DD paym
