    @NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK you’ve now sent two routers. They aren’t working. @EE we are really excited to sack off @VodafoneUK for you for quicker speeds, better service and better benefits. You don’t have much to live up to but as long as we have internet every day I think we will be happy

    @EE I’ve tried twice in two days’ running to perform the simple task of dropping off a phone at the Richmond store so that it can be sent off for repair. Your system is down for the second day running - this just isn’t good enough!

    @EE @OpenreachHelp please can someone sort my internet out. it was meant to be sorted on the 15th.. I’ve had 4 different engineers out all saying they’re requesting a cherry picker/hoist. Each time they’ve all come back they are reporting the same problem on your system? 7 days!

    @EE So this is the 4th time since 15th September that the service has been down in my area! Estimated to be down for 16hrs this time! Just not good enough.! Sort it out! Hopefully you’ll take into account all the hours the service has been done and refund me!??

    @VOXI_UK I am just checking with @EE if i can leave them first. I am under contract, but have terrible reception....in my flat, and even outdoors too. I cant seem to get any Internet in my local cafe, but others manage to get it ok

    Signed the wife up to @EE and we've had nothing but issues with billing. Charged twice in one month. No discount applied for the trade in and all you can do is point me to the branch which is traveling to meadowhall from Barnsley. Very frustrating!
