About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

She is not happy with what she is receiving for the price she has to pay. Is there something you can do about this as an unsatisfied customer?

It’s not an internet phone & never has been, and the whole point of switching to EE was to maintain a landline…
