Disgusted @EE I have been a customer since 2008 & decided to get broadband. Have been left without internet for 2weeks Told I had an appointment 8-1 today & no one turned up so leaving & changing my mobile contract! Useless customer service! #ee #avoidee #terriblecustomerservice

@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

@EE #customer don’t fall for “good morning and all that rubbish “we care I don’t think so trust me I got ripped off and they (EE)don’t even acknowledge fact that I was ripped off months after months. Stay away and go for Vodaphone or even lyca. P😎

@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

Hello @EE what's happened to the 4g in Twickenham? I waited all morning for my GP to call me on the phone and when she finally did. Twice the connection was so bad she couldn't hear me answer so hung up! My data has been slow all morning🤬

@EE Interesting my carer calls the EU all the time. This is his first bill he's been charged extra for it. Hence his first call to customer services, he's been on the same contract since before T-Mobile became EE. So something somewhere must have changed.

Slow hand clap for @EE who miss-sold a data plan to a vunrable widow today who just wanted a preloaded data SIM for her son to play fortnight on his birthday. They then flat refused a refund and suggested that she just use her phone as a hotspot if he wanted internet. Sharks.

@EE I plan on not getting a PS5 as I never got an email saying they were restocked despite registering interest more than once in December, checking market preferences were set correctly and checking spam folder daily.

@EE is there a problem with the network and wifi connections at the moment. All of our EE devices won’t connect to the wifi, there is nothing wrong with the wifi just the connection to our phones
