  @EE It will never be sorted. Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. She has no such signal issues. Thanks anyway.

  The past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isn’t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

  @EE Still takes the piss though... if service providers can put a price up why can’t I just stop working overtime and put my price plan down! There’s no way you can justify this to you’re customers. Superdrug offer £20 everything unlimited... I’ll be off to them as soon as I can!! 🤘🏻

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before
