Shocking few days of service from @EE this past week. But fantastic customer service earlier on hooked up another wifi connection on the broadband which has speeded everythingback up. Normal life can now resume.

@EE I've been waiting 6days to get my old PAYG number transferred to a new SIM only monthly contract with you. The advisors I've spoken to have lied to me stating it will be done within 24 hrs. If this issue isn't sorted today I'm cancelling the contract. Really disappointed.

Having a complete shambles with @EE Got a new 24 month sim-only contract. Moved number over but there is NO data. Phoned EE Saturday, was promised someone would call back within 24 hours. Of course they didn't No service, no customer service, regretting the switch #AvoidEE

Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

@EE your service checker is such a heap of bullshit. I'd be surprised if you have more than 70% of the UK covered with service. I know at least 20 places with absolute 0 service for miles yet your map shows great 2G, 3G and 4G coverage. Lies lies lies.
