  • CyclingLawLDN Rory McCarron (@CyclingLawLDN) reported from London, England

@EE Thanks Andy, maybe you would like to compensate me for the two + years of paying over and above my agreed service plan too...

  • yusif0ali Yusif Ali (@yusif0ali) reported from London, England

@EE what is going on with this broadband?! Since Saturday I’ve been expecting a call back by someone to cancel and no one has called back. I’ve been calling all day to speak to someone to be told by an automated message to call later then hangs up! 😤😤😤

  • StuABedford Stuart A (@StuABedford) reported from Paddington, England

Getting nowhere with @EE no luck with calling 150 or the app. went in a store who only wanted to upgrade one of our accounts and not help us. At this rate they will lose all three of our accounts. Last chance on Tuesday.

  • jamesvertigan James Vertigan (@jamesvertigan) reported from Ealing, England

@EE Hi just an update, I spoke with one of your Newcastle based colleagues around 11am this morning and she said she would send me a code in an email so I could access the MyEE service in order to top up data on my iPad, I’ve still not received this code either via text or email 1/2

  • KevinWNewman Kevin Newman (@KevinWNewman) reported from London, England

@ianvisits Pointless arguing against the machine 🤖! Take your business elsewhere Ian. I’m sure @EE or @O2 will be willing to help out!

  • arigork Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Camden Town, England

@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

  • Chloe_Driver Chloe Driver (@Chloe_Driver) reported from Borehamwood, England

Disgusted @EE I have been a customer since 2008 & decided to get broadband. Have been left without internet for 2weeks Told I had an appointment 8-1 today & no one turned up so leaving & changing my mobile contract! Useless customer service! #ee #avoidee #terriblecustomerservice

  • craig_mcrae Craig McRae (@craig_mcrae) reported from Lambeth, England

@EE To be quite honest it's never been that great (<5mbps). Usually I can stream music while in the park. Yesterday it was just horrendous. Feels like Clapham/Brixton/Stockwell never gets the lightning fast speeds of central London (160mbps in Covent Garden), don't see it wfh though.

  • VictorJ1987 Vìncere. (@VictorJ1987) reported from Brentford, England

Thanks @VodafoneUK for the run of 3 poor months of customer service requiring us to request for cancellation. Typical that your retention team could not even be bothered to make an effort. Go and listen to the phone call. I guess @EE or @O2 here I come. #Vodafone #Dontbother

  • kingdaddy_pants Mark Johnson (@kingdaddy_pants) reported from Watford, England

@EE is there an issue with broadband connection in the Watford area ? Since yesterday my connection is randomly dropping

  • arigork Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Camden Town, England

@EE Please help out. I know I’ve asked this before but we not in the 90’s anymore. On my iPhone I’m unable to merge calls, eg I call someone, put them on hold and call another then merge. When is this basic feature that all phones have going to be enabled on ur network?

  • CyclingLawLDN Rory McCarron (@CyclingLawLDN) reported from London, England

@GGbarno @EE Agh tell me about it! Lost count the amount of times I’ve told them I’ve left, send pac code etc. Useless customer service

@EE hi, I lost all network yesterday and can’t make or receive calls. I have tried the online tips but still@not working?

  • DepravedAcid Depraved Acid (@DepravedAcid) reported from Hounslow, England

@EE And more expensive than Three and less data than Three and EE’s customer services make promises they don’t document and won’t keep.

  • JKBartsHeart Jonathan Kelly (@JKBartsHeart) reported from Kensington, England

@calluna23 @EE @Ofcom Didn’t even click it, never know what it’s designed to do

  • wanderlaurst lauren (@wanderlaurst) reported from Wandsworth, England

  • VixSeaman Lady Vix Seaxman (@VixSeaman) reported from Richmond, England

Hello @EE what's happened to the 4g in Twickenham? I waited all morning for my GP to call me on the phone and when she finally did. Twice the connection was so bad she couldn't hear me answer so hung up! My data has been slow all morning🤬

  • Chloe_Driver Chloe Driver (@Chloe_Driver) reported from Borehamwood, England

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MagicBoyUK John Roberts 🐝🇬🇧🇪🇺🦠🏠😷 (@MagicBoyUK) reported

@mrjamesob @EE Going back on your word is bad form. You just lost a customer when my contract's up.

  • dmrobertson Daniel Robertson (@dmrobertson) reported

    @MartinSLewis Easy solution don’t renew with @EE

  • AndyDownes888 Andy Downes (@AndyDownes888) reported

@EE @denkmit I've been an EE customer for a long time and I rate the network over the others I have been with, but this is just a terrible decision to take. I also pay for two other contracts for my children. Looks like it could be three lost contracts when it comes to renewal time.

  • zhingmaster Blahoo #FPBE (@zhingmaster) reported

@EE with the announcement of you opportunistically bringing back roaming charges, just months after ruling them out, coming just after a terrible 2 hours speaking to your customer service, I can assure I, and a few other I know, will be looking to leave you.

  • KateOflaherty Kate O'Flaherty (@KateOflaherty) reported

@BBCNews Certainly not an incentive to join @EE as a new customer, nor a reason to stay. You'd think competitors would jump on this but I guess it's a reflection of quality not quantity from customers - ie wanting high spenders rather than loads of customers.

  • Rotmm Darren Allez l'OM ⚪ 💙 (@Rotmm) reported

@wavey_gravey @EE Honestly, I'm not entirely sure EE can be entirely blamed here. The reason Roaming works is because the EU forced reciprocal waiving of access to networks. If, however, EE, O2, etc are being charged by network providers in Germany, Poland, etc then those costs need passing on.

  • IamDonMorris Don (@IamDonMorris) reported

@EE @kevinbellwood So in summary: You are using your *slightly* more affluent customers to subsidise the ones who are "in need" and upgrade your network. This isn't what we signed up for.

  • andrewhepburn Andrew Hepburn (@andrewhepburn) reported

@MartinSLewis I’ve been an @ee customer for years but this is exploitative. We need to vote with our feet before other providers follow suit. Goodbye @ee.

  • ReallyRew Rebecca W (@ReallyRew) reported

@EE I’m taking it that the ‘upgrading’ part means that when a current contract comes to an end the charges will apply? Can see I’m not alone in wondering why I’ve stuck with you (I was an 🍊 customer) Introduce this with new contracts, but surely loyalty counts for something?!

  • m3g4 𝘾𝙃𝙍𝙄𝙎 (@m3g4) reported

@ian_mclaughlin @EE Well by that logic, I exist to save money, so why should I fund a service that they previously were happy to offer for free? Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.
