    @EE I switched from 3 to EE sim only. EE made a complete mess of the deal. EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. They caused me a lot of trouble. I called them and was told they need 3 days to fix the blunder; pathetic

    @EE just had the absolute displeasure of speaking to EE Mobile CS. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

    Thanks again @Experian_UK for being a shitty company. You are messing with my life. After 18 minutes on hold, your employee just hung up. I have no bad credit, but can’t get a £20/mo phone contract with @EE, because you’re not willing to identify me (or help you do it).

    @EE @dmills87 It would be brilliant if you can support quick transfer, so when you get a new iphone and set it up, your ESim transfers straight across. I have heard that Vodafone offer it, so hopefully you can soon?

    Hello @EE 👋 Just wondered, as a current customer on a soon to be expired Swappable Benefits plan with you, if I were to put my SIM card into a 5G enabled phone, would I gain access to 5G signal or would I still only have 4G access? (Hope this makes sense)

    @EE Broadband the CS and product service for us has gone from 5star to zero 😐 Been with EE mobile for 4 years, recommended my Mrs and recently switched to Ee BB. What a shame. Disappointed. It’s done & dusted. Adios, EE BB. WC, @BT Broadband

    Went to @O2 #TCR to swap my monthly contract onto a prepaid card. I was told it has to be done over the phone and they can’t issue a new SIM in store. Went to @EE and asked if I could transfer my number to them. The seem enthusiastic

    So after 3 of @EE #broadband "quality" assurance team break their appointments with no apologies with one lying about trying to phone late, the fourth says reason for poor service is my @Sonos equipment. So I have to live without sounds for 24hrs. #ee #badcustomerservice

    @EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

    @ExperianExperts @Experian_UK @EE It is not EE’s decision, if you’re unable to provide me with a credit report claiming you can’t “identify who I am”, while NEVER asking for additional details or evidence. I’ve been trying for 8 months now to get this sorted.

    @EE Doesn't bother me! Just strikes me as odd that a. You send a text to a number not on your network asking for feedback that they can't reply to, & b. effectively block feedback from anyone who decided not to migrate. Seems your missing an opportunity!

    @EE…. so had to call u from other mobile yest- on the 0800 number as your 0207 number isn’t working. Was on hold 4 half an hour till my call was answered. Plan apparently unsuspended. Phone still not working ….

    My Google Pixel 6 charge point has become worn so it doesn't always accept a charge. Annoying since it is a very new phone to me and I need a reliable one. I'm not buying a GP7 at those prices! Dunno if @EE can help me. #googlepixel6 #google
