@EE Reach the 12th month in April I think. Plan on going into a store to re-negotiate another year but as @virginmedia use your network and if they offer the same services then really comes down to paying less for receiving the same :) no hard feelings 😘

@EE I've spoken to about 12 people from EE so far! Asked for a PAC code got a PUK code. Had to go back only to be told i can't have a PAC code for 24 hours and they will ring my EE phone (That never works as EE is always down) to give it to me. lol You can't make this stuff up.

@EE signal is not fit for purpose where I live. Nobody can hear me during calls and if I call voicemail calls just fail and I can’t hear messages. Are you doing anything about improving signal or any way I can get out of contract due to lack of service being paid for?

Anyone else with a #SamsungA51 have issues with the camera, mine keeps crashing or lagging when I want to take a picture which is super frustrating. @EE @SamsungMobile Wish I went for the Samsung S20 now.
