@EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

@EE why doe EE never call a customer when promised it’s not that it’s going to cost them anything anyway I find it so hard to believe, I have e mailed EE ll day yesterday with no reply Iam happy for EE to reverse charge me so frustrating, EE stress me out

@EE why does it take a customer to go onto twitter to finally call a customer, why can’t they just call the customer when he has been promised that some would call you no loyalty to customer anymore

@NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

@EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract That’s EE for you never keep there word.

I have had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from @EE . Disgusting treatment of long standing customers. Can not wait to end this overpriced contract. NOT RECOMMENDED

@EE That’s a shame, I had Virgin and Sky at the same time before though so I thought I’d check. I think it’s just a rolling contract although it’s the worst, so maybe I’ll cancel soon.

@EE my both mobile phone have no signal no incoming call or outgoing call and wifi calling is disconnected too im in Northern Ireland you cant even ring 150 to speak with ee. My ee broadband is very very slow today too

@EE Forget the phones being down, I would love for my BB to not constantly drop in and out, had nothing but issues since rejoining you last Nov. Splashed out £200 on a router to try help my gaming obsessed son but due to the rubbish modem/Internet it has made little difference.
