    @EE It will never be sorted. Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. She has no such signal issues. Thanks anyway.

    I have been with Orange and EE for 21 years, spent what must be 25k and have just been sold down the river. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

    @VodafoneUK contract up today with 3 phones. Spoke to 3 customer services advisors last week all were meant to call me back. None did, looks like I’ll be joining @EE or Sky. 17 years of custom lost.

    @EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

    @MarcAllera @Qualcomm_EU @EE That’s all great Marc but if it takes your team weeks to fix a broken mast then it’s all a bit of waste of time, isn’t it? Half of St Albans has been without decent service since before Easter and your team can’t tell us when it’s going to be fixed

    Spent nearly two hours in my local #horsham @EE store upgrading my phone. Fantastic service, faults non of their own. Shame on @SwanWalkShop for absolutely no heating, I was freezing but can’t imagine how the staff working there cope day in day out. #toocoldtowork

    @EE what has happened to our phone signal on the Isle of Skye ? I know there’s a problem with the mast but you need to get it sorted asap. People rely on being able to use their phones in remote and rural areas !! It’s ok to say “we will credit you “ but we need signal now !

    @fullstacktester @EE Their interface is absolutely terrible. Also, there was a bug in it awhile back where it didn't update..I believe they fixed that one though.

    @WeAreOpenreach My point is just because my line speed is still within agreed line speeds that does not of itself mean there is no issue? Also no one seems to have a clue what Downstream Handback Threshold is, who sets it, how it relates to Ofcom code of Practice. @EE @MarcAllera
