Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.
