    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    .@EE's network in London really is questionable. I've had to rely more on WiFi here than anywhere in Sydney and that's from a country that brought you the NBN

    @EE why does it take a customer to go onto twitter to finally call a customer, why can’t they just call the customer when he has been promised that some would call you no loyalty to customer anymore

    @EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

    @EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract That’s EE for you never keep there word.

    @EE That’s a shame, I had Virgin and Sky at the same time before though so I thought I’d check. I think it’s just a rolling contract although it’s the worst, so maybe I’ll cancel soon.

    @EE why doe EE never call a customer when promised it’s not that it’s going to cost them anything anyway I find it so hard to believe, I have e mailed EE ll day yesterday with no reply Iam happy for EE to reverse charge me so frustrating, EE stress me out

    @Simon_Griz @EE Can't. It automatically selects. Also, it's been through 3G, 4G & 5G, none of which are working. I can only do this now because I'm standing by the entrance gate where they have free WiFi so people can access their etickets. I'm paying £64 a month and can't even get a signal 😡

    @FreeTheGrime @EE That's not the problem, you are getting a signal, it's just that there are to many people in the same cell area all wanting a slice of the available bandwidth so the equipment can't cope.

    @EE I live in York with very poor signal, I visit South Shields with a mast down and have been in Durham today with no signal and you are promoting 5g, what a joke when you can’t provide the basics!!

    Trying to watch the rugby on my phone......low and behold F🤬king @EE signal AGAIN!!!!!! "Britain's best network" unless you're in Rock Ferry and have a @SamsungUK S22 Ultra. Your doing work in the Wirral on the 12th July....I hopes its a signal boost!!

    @EE The light is aquamarine at the moment, the issue I have is that it keeps dropping out mid programme on streaming services. BBC iPlayer seems to be the worst. The TV is linked directly to the router.

    @Annabel__Young @EE Same. Both my wife and I have had a terrible connection since the system went down a couple of weeks ago ! You have bars , the bars disappear! The call is dropped. I’ll be looking elsewhere as Soon as I’m out of contract
