Hi @EE - just wanted to let you know about their truly awful experience I have had with DPD. I will be receiving my phone a week after it was due to arrive. Their customer service team have lied to me on 3 consecutive days about its delivery.

@EE Up the bandwidth to high congestion areas. I'm not up for workarounds just because you are not delivering the service I am paying for...... Seems to me you guys and BT your owners are let off the bandwidth hook too often

@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

@EE How come other retailers have had stock & not @EE ... maybe change your suppliers then because customer are getting annoyed by the lack of availability. You say there's no stock, your chat agents saying stock is available from today so EE must think it's fine to lie to customers!

@EE Yep, I've registered interest already but looks like @EE aren't interested in stocking products customers want. Being lied to by EE staff, seeing other companies dropping stock,... it's happening so regularly that it's gone beyond annoying. Customer service is shot

@EE EE network down for the 2nd day in a row meaning I've misses important medical calls today. I've turned Wi-Fi calling on now (doesn't work when I'm out on my walk though)but wish I knew in advance - disappointed! Hope we'll get discount on our bills for lack of service?
