@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

@EE That’s a shame, I had Virgin and Sky at the same time before though so I thought I’d check. I think it’s just a rolling contract although it’s the worst, so maybe I’ll cancel soon.

@EE EE have completely messed up my bill again I just can’t believe it’s dressing me out , £129 for 1 month when I have unlimited minutes unlimited txts and unlimited Data I rang customer service she’s confused aswel so I don’t know what to do

@EE Still takes the piss though... if service providers can put a price up why can’t I just stop working overtime and put my price plan down! There’s no way you can justify this to you’re customers. Superdrug offer £20 everything unlimited... I’ll be off to them as soon as I can!! 🤘🏻

@EE Hi , why is it impossible to make an insurance claim when a phone is damaged? Been into branch and they told me to call customer services and it has been the most frustrating call I have ever had in my life. Impossible to claim if your phone won’t charge. 😩

Seriously, the Oppo Find 5 sucks compared to my old Huawei P30 pro, and @EE customer service and store suck too. Buy second hand and go SIM only with an independent network folks.

You’ve really let me down this week @O2 My signal in Blackpool has been terrible. Completely nothing at times. And other times virtually unusable. It’s the last straw. Been with you for nearly 20 years. This will be my last contract. @ee has 5G in places here.

@EE I have little, if any criticism of your staff, who all seem to have tried vet hard, but their hands are clearly tied by ineffective systems and processes. All they need is the ability to delegate upwards when a problem is beyond their ability to deal with.

@EE I hope you can help me. When I try to use mobile data nothing happens,but when I try to ring out I get,"not registered on network". I did try to block one of my numbers due to I lost the sim card,but the lady stopped the wrong number. I did get the service back tho. Pls help
