@EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

@EE I’m messaging you on behalf of my mum who is paying way too much for her internet. Its slow, always buffing and disconnects at times. She is not happy with what she is receiving for the price she has to pay. Is there something you can do about this as an unsatisfied customer?

@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

@EE would be the one to avoid!! @Ofcom these companies RIPoff people in broad daylight. The contract is designed for both service and cost of the phone yet once out they carry on charging the same. @EE going downhill. I can't stress more as even in pandemic I paid the full bill.

@EE my home broadband router isn’t working and even when it is the speed is absolutely SHOCKING! I’m paying for “fast” broadband and it’s far from it. I’ll be going elsewhere unless this is sorted. Followed ALL troubleshooting and still not working.

So my @EE signal just went and I can’t make or receive call like wtf!!! Don’t expect any money for any bill when you’ve been doing nonsense since this year has started. It might be time to leave these guys and take my £5k number with me.
