@EE I bought a Smart 5G Hub from your George Street, Richmond store and they suggested I should get 100-200mb on 5G as I live on the same street. I know mobile signal speed can vary, but I'm only getting 15-25mb on 5G during the day when I need it to work from home. Can you help?

@EE I’m with EE and want to upgrade, but wow the price plans have gone crazy expensive, I can get the same phone and same plan on a different network for £30 less per month than what EE want to charge me for upgrading, guess I’m saying bye bye to EE.

When you call @EE you hear a message that they’ve been voted the best for 8 years. WHAT A JOKE! I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.

@EE It will never be sorted. Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. She has no such signal issues. Thanks anyway.

@CaraLisette @EE Speak of the devil, I got the yearly increase from my HA. +£130 from April. Rent is capped at 7% by the government but they seem to have clawed the rest in "service charge". Of course, we have no service.

@EE @Jexo_XIII It’s really bad actually how you guys charge so much compared to everyone else. £40 for 1gb data and an older iPhone isn’t a good deal. It’s £579 brand new and you can get better sim only deals for <£10 a month

@EE your 5g speed is appalling, it reminds me of the early 2000s, your coverage checker says I should get great coverage and speed yet it's appalling, 20 mins so far to download 300mb and it's still going, and heaven forbid I'm paying for this service, #fail #notfitforpurpose

Hey @EE exactly one month into a £10 12 month sim only, my mum has a stroke on Boxing Day and I now need to move back to Ireland to care for her. Call ye up to see if anything can be done and advised no, £110 to cancel. Really is no care at all
