    The past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isn’t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

    @MartinSLewis This is @EE just deciding for me that, after being a customer for 15 years, as soon as my current contract is up I shall be leaving. I’d have had no intention to do so otherwise liking everything else but this is shameful and enough to say goodbye. Terrible move

    @EE are you having signal issues the last few weeks? Have gone from 4 to 1 bar on phone… not good, sometimes internet doesn’t even work despite it saying 4G

    @EE is there a problem with your network in the ha9 area everyone in the household are having signal trouble we’ve all only got 1 bar sometimes pushing to 2 bars

    @EE @CollieGoLightly That doesn't work @EE I finally was able to start a message at 3.20pm and was told someone would reply- didn't get anything back and then you shut at 8pm. So something isn't working in your system atm!

    @EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

    @EE i’ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and I’m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I can’t use any other Sim card on it because it’s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me 🤬😡

    @EE hi, I have broken my iPad- it was sat on accidentally at a funny angle. Screen is totally smashed and back is bent and has a small crack. I don't have insurance but it is still under warranty I think..... are you able to fix it?? Or am I screwed??

    @EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

    @EE is there an issue right now with WiFi Calling? Reception when I receive or make calls is terrible (I’m basically unintelligible). Disabled Wifi Calling…all back to normal. Has been like this for a few days. Just worked it out by process of elimination…

    @EE I’m trying to order an Apple Watch ultra. But everyone I choose the plan. It goes to the added protection options. But I cannot click next. It’s greyed out and It says to buy this you need an existing ee plan. Then when I login it says I can’t upgrade

    @EE taking the mickey. Signed up for an iPhone 14 Pro plan, got a great deal. Then told to ring up after going through on the site. Waited 50 minutes on hold just to tell me I don't have enough credit history (never had a problem with any other company) 1/2...

    @EE Hi, do you really not have a number that I can call you on without a roaming charge outside Europe? I’d like to do my anytime upgrade but the site is broken and £2.05 per minute is rather expensive

    @EE Hi, how do I speak to someone about upgrading the to the new iphone? Tried to upgrade one phone and I’ve had an email saying you need more info tried to upgrade the second phone to be told there was an error after checkout I’m now £200 down with no information about my order
