    @EE what is going on with this broadband?! Since Saturday I’ve been expecting a call back by someone to cancel and no one has called back. I’ve been calling all day to speak to someone to be told by an automated message to call later then hangs up! 😤😤😤

    @EE Hi just an update, I spoke with one of your Newcastle based colleagues around 11am this morning and she said she would send me a code in an email so I could access the MyEE service in order to top up data on my iPad, I’ve still not received this code either via text or email 1/2

    @EE To be quite honest it's never been that great (<5mbps). Usually I can stream music while in the park. Yesterday it was just horrendous. Feels like Clapham/Brixton/Stockwell never gets the lightning fast speeds of central London (160mbps in Covent Garden), don't see it wfh though.

    @EE Please help out. I know I’ve asked this before but we not in the 90’s anymore. On my iPhone I’m unable to merge calls, eg I call someone, put them on hold and call another then merge. When is this basic feature that all phones have going to be enabled on ur network?

    @EE although I have had the Welcome texts from 150 on my iPad so I can definitely get texts from you, it’s just the MyEE registration code that’s not come through, although your colleague did help me top up by debit card over the phone which seems to have worked OK. 2/2

    Disgusted @EE I have been a customer since 2008 & decided to get broadband. Have been left without internet for 2weeks Told I had an appointment 8-1 today & no one turned up so leaving & changing my mobile contract! Useless customer service! #ee #avoidee #terriblecustomerservice

    Getting nowhere with @EE no luck with calling 150 or the app. went in a store who only wanted to upgrade one of our accounts and not help us. At this rate they will lose all three of our accounts. Last chance on Tuesday.

    @EE Hi Chris, nothing happens. I love tried with numerous calls. The conference call function just does not work. You welcome to try it your side on your phone and you’ll see. EE doesn’t support this feature it seems.

    @YardleyShooting @EE Sadly- The service world is broken mike, nobody gives a Fck anymore, let alone the demoralised minimum wage folks in the @EE call centres. Customer service is just not important to them. I gave up, stopped paying EE and they had to engage then 😡 Now with giff gaff Good luck 🤞

    @EE I have had ongoing issues with my broadband since joining recently and have tried sending numerous emails/called and been ignored. I have had engineers out and a new router but it is still not working. I need to cancel but I have been ignored and need this sorting ASAP.

    @EE Fraudsters namely EE telling you your phone will work abroad ,two numbers on one contract one doesn’t even get service ,one gets service but no data unusable no internet despite add on Contract ends we are leaving , should never of come in the first place , but cheap buy twice.

    @EE good morning. I signed up to a new SIM only contract yesterday. As I’m existing EE customer am I right in thinking I’ll continue to use the same SIM card? Can you confirm when my new contract will be activated and will be able to see details in my EE account. Thank you.

    @YardleyShooting @EE A decent company will call you back if no operators are available. The worst is when they play crappy music so you can't just put the phone on loudspeaker & get on with your life without ruining the ambiance. I'm with @EE & due a new contract. Might have to look elsewhere.
