However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

I won't hold my breath for a quick resolution if that's the case - it'll take them at least 12 hours to read up what DNS stands for.
