    @EE #Wellbeing that’s a 😂 I was scammed for > 6 m & during that time not a single statement message I am with V and I get post and other stuff I know I will never get my refund u guys owe me at least >400£ do the r thing admit I was gullible #EEstay away

    @EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

    @EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

    I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

    @EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

    Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

    Long chat with @EE today. My own fault because I just paid bills and never really checked them. Turns out that for two years I've been charged £20+ per month for the 'free' tablet we were given in a promotion. Didn't know about SIM. £500 they've conned me out of. @EE are crooks.

    Switched to @EE broadband...was impressed....then they just didn't turn it on. No contact, no communication, nothing. Terrible service and then after we phone them we get told then don't know when it will actually get activated?!?

    @EE your warranty repair centre seems a bit of a scam, sent in a phone that has been in a case since day 1, apparently now 1 small mark on the spine(9 fold) means it's not covered by manufacture warranty, it's a software issue after the latest update btw.

    @EE Of course I'm unhappy. I didn't realise it was a sale. It was a 'free' gift. I want my money (around £500) back. The tablet has lain gathering dust for 2 yrs. It was a con to tie me to a 2yr contract for something I never asked for or needed. So please escalate. @EE dodgy sales.

    @EE @MartinSLewis Because of this little timeline of events, I left you @EE But I keep getting texts telling me to return my kit and to check an email for a returns label, but no email has ever arrived (yes I've checked junk mail and the email on the account is correct). I even replied with "LABEL" as instructed and still nothing. Your system isn't sending the label so I cannot return the kit until you fix this.
