  • benwood
Ben Wood (@benwood) reported from Paddington, England

@drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

  • Matt_Barber4500
Matthew Barber (@Matt_Barber4500) reported from Wandsworth, England

@EE Hi! Just to let you know that I’ve got full signal, & 4G, but internet isn’t working at all.

  • wanderlaurst
lauren (@wanderlaurst) reported from Wandsworth, England

@ee is there an issue with your mobile app? I can’t dial internationally and I also can’t view my extra charges to see if they’re the issue #ee #eemobile

  • KarenPurvis123
Karen Purvis (@KarenPurvis123) reported from Paddington, England

@EE You have totally wasted my time and cost me more money. I have been a loyal customer and I am a very unsatisfied customer today!

  • eugeniearrow
eugenie arrowsmith (@eugeniearrow) reported from Hammersmith, England

@EE just so appalled at the poor communication. Why is it okay to walk in and upgrade a phone but not to walk in a pick up a SIM. #eehypocrites #poorcustomerservice #eeuseless #eeinconsiderate #eephonefury #eerubbish

  • Hewete
Hewete Haileselassie (@Hewete) reported from Paddington, England

@EE I've just been cut off from my second customer service call of the day (after 21 and 14 mins respectively) I'm requesting an e-sim. New dual sim phone arrived today but apparently I need an e-sim. Please help as even with data calling I don't get good coverage at home. Thanks

  • dknights
Richard Knights (@dknights) reported from Wandsworth, England

@EE Well yes. But the EE website has said there is a problem in our area since yesterday so it's not the router

  • doberguy53
Matthew 🇬🇧 (@doberguy53) reported from Paddington, England

@ee EE 5G is useless. I wish I could turn it off and use their 4G network. It's slow and intermittent anywhere in the country.

  • JKBartsHeart
Jonathan Kelly (@JKBartsHeart) reported from Kensington, England

@calluna23 @EE @Ofcom Didn’t even click it, never know what it’s designed to do

  • TheBig_Bakes
The Big Bakes (@TheBig_Bakes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

  • sandraspeccy
sandra oneill (@sandraspeccy) reported from Hammersmith, England

@mouthwaite @EE I had the same problem a few years ago!!! Have now changed to @ThreeUK and the service is brilliant. Service should be foremost always

  • jfkent93
James (@jfkent93) reported from Wandsworth, England

Really disappointed in @EE . The same issue for two customers....two very different responses from EE and @TheO2. Regretting moving now....

  • nikihutchinson
Niki Hutchinson (@nikihutchinson) reported from Wandsworth, England

Anyone in SW London on @EE having ongoing network connection issues? Constantly cutting out and no 5G?

  • JamieBoyd10
Jamie Boyd (@JamieBoyd10) reported from Wandsworth, England

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK you’ve now sent two routers. They aren’t working. @EE we are really excited to sack off @VodafoneUK for you for quicker speeds, better service and better benefits. You don’t have much to live up to but as long as we have internet every day I think we will be happy

  • lcallis
Lucy Callis (@lcallis) reported from Wandsworth, England

@EE hi, I have broken my iPad- it was sat on accidentally at a funny angle. Screen is totally smashed and back is bent and has a small crack. I don't have insurance but it is still under warranty I think..... are you able to fix it?? Or am I screwed??

  • keritweet
Keri Hudson (@keritweet) reported from Paddington, England

Sharing is caring: switching from @EE to @ThreeUK is the worst decision I’ve made so far this year - the signal is shocking 😬. Sorry EE, I’ll see you in 9 months xx

EE Issues Reports

  • IanCutress
    𝐷𝑟. 𝐼𝑎𝑛 𝐶𝑢𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠 (@IanCutress) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE What did you do in the years you were in government to fix it? Plenty of time to do something, and yet. Stop virtue signalling and find some introspection.

  • g30r93g
    George Nick Gorzynski (@g30r93g) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE coverage means nothing if signal strength is so abysmal the network becomes unusable

  • CouncillorLuke
    Councillor Luke Bennett (@CouncillorLuke) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Correct. I had a better reception from my first (Cellnet) mobile in 1995 (in Devon)! Gone are the days of being able to rely on a decent signal! Despite that, ugly / tall mobile phone masts are everywhere (with zero effort to camouflage them or place them 'sensitively').

  • TomTugendhat
    Tom Tugendhat (@TomTugendhat) reported

I’m in Dulwich. One of the more expensive areas of London, supposedly a global city, and I’m getting worse mobile phone reception that I did in Kabul a decade ago. I pay for two contracts: @O2 and @EE and neither is reliable so I can’t work. Mobile phones are useless in vast areas of Britain and have got worse. You can never work on a train, unlike in France. But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings. This government is prioritising virtue signalling vanity projects when we need infrastructure urgently.

  • Nigeblueboi
    Nigel. Red. 🚴. Tories/Reform = Dreck (@Nigeblueboi) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE No wonder you're out with the washing posting crap like this. Your mobiles don't work or you can't operate them more like, so any resources allotted to cycling infra and pedestrian safety can gtf.

  • JanusPaulusG
    John Paul Gonzalez (@JanusPaulusG) reported

@EE EETv is the worst subscription I’ve ever taken out can’t wait to go back to Sky the customer service is basically telling me I’m wrong there’s no problems or it’s WiFi controlled so we can’t guarantee your tv programs all the time the tv guides are wrong most times awful

  • mttjon
    Matt Jones (@mttjon) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Marylebone hardly has any signal either I got way better signal in the countryside in Indonesia than in parts of major UK cities

  • Fletchmeister81
    Darrell fletcher (@Fletchmeister81) reported

If you live in Rhyl and are thinking of moving to @EE because of there coverage map saying you get 5g+ dont its not even working yet apparently 99% of Rhyl should get it, you only get 4g and its crap

  • No_to_wokery
Provoke the Woke 🙈🙊🙉 (@No_to_wokery) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You had 13 years to fix this mess. What do did the Tories do in government again ?

  • mege09
    Margaret Newbery (@mege09) reported

@EE We are still getting texts saying there is a problem at the moment every day - which is not good enough and very frustrating as we can’t do much on our phones !!
