    @virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

    Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didn’t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

    @EE's broadband: TERRIBLE DON'T GET IT, JUST BECAUSE IT'S CHEAP DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD GET IT. I'm actually sick of them and my dad, refused to leave them because they're cheap and stuck us with shitty broadband again for 2 years 🙃🥴🙃 #FixMyBroadbandEE

    @_marktweets @EE Only problem with EE is the company over charge on pay & go I mean 60Gb of data for £30 is very expensive as where smarty is unlimited everything for £15

    @pifflevalve @EE i was on that - i made the mistake of switching to a one year plan to match what was a good deal, and that’s very much what I’m regretting. Sadly i imagine they’re all as bad as each other really

    @markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

    @EE Hopefully one day this company can lower the cost of the pay and go price plans 60GB Of data at £30 is a very bad deal

    @EE Roughly how long is ‘shortly’ when referring to waiting for ‘a member of the team’ to ask about my returns pack for my old phone? (I’m guessing if I never get through I’ll still be charged for not returning the old phone?) (I know it’s over 20 mins...)

    @EE Giffgaff has unlimited everything for £35 and even that is very expensive and crazy for the price in the current day’s we are living networks need to help their customers

    @EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

    @EE your pay and go price plan are overpriced and very expensive I mean 60GB for £30 is a rip off as with the smarty network price plan at £18 for unlimited everything!!!...

    @EE Morning team. Moved residence and my indoor signal is 1 bar and out doors 2. Usage is virtually impossible most of the time. Wifi calling helps but how can I find out if there’s any plans for a increase in area coverage?

    Hello @EE - why is roaming abroad blocked on one of my numbers? You’ve only recently changed it, and I can’t change it via my user account on your website or app! I have checked the device and all settings are right and it’s connected to your network.

    @EE There w/o not help given i called twice regarding it Germany was a good place Couldn’t share it with the world due to internet not goodwill or proper help was given Instead yourcolleague turned off my data roaming and I actually turned it on Next time it’s a different network

    @EE I am in sardinia with the newest Samsung phone and no outstanding updates paying £2 per day to use my data, yet my service, reception is so slow it practically stopped. My husband also on EE older Samsung no issues. So I'm paying an additional £2 per day for less service 🤔

    Pretty fed up of @EE lack of signal over the past week. Barely see 5G anywhere, lucky to get 4G, and in places I’d normally have full phone bars and 5G… Literally nothing! What is going on

    @EE I tried to contact you via your website today but you can't service my call via txt. After a head on car crash I find telephone calls very difficult and need to know why I got 2 insurance confirmation letters for the 1 phone number please.

    Day 8 countdown to leaving #sky #skybroadband diabolical service which is now offline with no service to move to @EE broadband @SkyUK your service is lumpy and your staff are unhelpful - long term customer loss…. Sure you will ignore this - new #broadband customers - beware! 🚫

    @EE your Internet is awful. I can't even have a teams call. I have to turn off my WiFi on my phone to use 4g. Roll on when I can move.
