@EE Back in east London (E16, Canning Town). 1. After Airplane on/off 0.66 Mbps down 2. After restart 6.88 Mbps down (slower than normal 3’s speeds!) 3. I’m running iOS 13.1 on the device. FYI - I had no issues when at work at SE1.

@EE Thank you. Your team member was great. My mum was on the train home and couldn't call herself, and my stepdad's phone kept losing signal, so I had to on her behalf. I was afraid this was going to be a problem but he was very sympathetic and sorted it out.

@EE are you aware that reception in Bromley is awful. Constant call drops and and intermittent data service. It’s normally pretty bad, but today it’s unusable.

@Ofcom you may want to check @EE new unlimited data plans and their misselling of them. They claim you can gift 100GB but they don’t tell you until after that if you use data, that reduces your giftable allowance. Clear misselling here and even the @ee customer services agree!

@EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

C’mon @EE this is getting silly. Phone shows 4G but London, York, Edinburgh frequently now there is just no signal. Tried phone and Ipad, same on both. Its almost like you’re trying to force people onto 5G. The last few weeks its been next to useless

@bt_uk @EE Our broadband is awful. At least 4 nights a week it drops, and today it’s dropped already 4 times. Not great when kids need it for home learning.

@EE I've been looking through the ee app and clicking on upgrade as I'm due a free upgrade in 3 days time but I'm looking at paying £50+ just for the handset but £65-75+ per month, but If I look at new customer looking closer to £50pm, even ID mobile and virgin are cheaper than ee
