They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

The house had been rented 2 years before the date of purchase, but they never shut down their service. I cancelled within 14 days but they then charged me for early termination and equipment I never had. Absolute racketeering.

Warszawa 🖤🇺🇦🇪🇺 (@Warszawa2025_) reported@robbopalmer @EE I got a refund off them when I cancelled my contract then received 2 letters threatening bailiffs if I didn't pay the outstanding balance which was the refund they had sent me. Absolutely the worse customer service I've experienced 🙄
