Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Camden Town, England@EE Morning team. Moved residence and my indoor signal is 1 bar and out doors 2. Usage is virtually impossible most of the time. Wifi calling helps but how can I find out if there’s any plans for a increase in area coverage?

Jonathan Morris (@jmcomms) reported from Stratford, England@markgosy @EE At least they have a pretty decent Wi-Fi service on the low level platforms, but it isn't ideal. I think there's soon going to be work on the Northern City Line (Drayton Park to Moorgate), starting perhaps with platforms and then the tunnels. Can't remember all the details.

This is after I’ve spent weeks webchatting and emailing both companies to resolve the issue, I’ve had zero support with this from either parties.

I guess they don't want employees able to make informed decisions. Loyalty, been a customer for years 👍
