shezza_bezza (@vodaka_orange) reported from Paddington, EnglandSince @EE put my bill up (WITHOUT NOTIFICATION!!!) my internet has been VERY slow. Taken 20 minutes to get @primevideouk to load. Then nothing but buffering. @BBCiPlayer is STILL loading. Such bullshit!
-
Neil Higley (@NeilHigley) reported from Royal Kensington and Chelsea, England@O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?
-
James (@jfkent93) reported from Wandsworth, EnglandReally disappointed in @EE . The same issue for two customers....two very different responses from EE and @TheO2. Regretting moving now....

Dave Hampton 🌍🌳 (@carboncoach) reported from Kensington, EnglandDear @EE It’s only a few months since I switched to you, but seems I’m gobbling data faster than ever when I was with @O2 Is your metric working? Maybe you’ll say your network is faster? if so I’ll gladly switch back: to my lower data allowance with O2: that I never used up!
-
eugenie arrowsmith (@eugeniearrow) reported from Hammersmith, England@EE just so appalled at the poor communication. Why is it okay to walk in and upgrade a phone but not to walk in a pick up a SIM. #eehypocrites #poorcustomerservice #eeuseless #eeinconsiderate #eephonefury #eerubbish
-
Christopher A. Hamer (@chrisahamer) reported from Paddington, England@EE Ok, I’ll humour you and give it a go, though I am fairly positive that it’s a network infrastructure issue on your part - I.e not enough bandwidth but am happy to be proven wrong
-

Emma-Jane 🇬🇧 (@Cadisbikes) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE This has been forced on my father. So the power goes out, he lives in the middle of nowhere, no mobile phone signal unless he treks out into a field and up to the highest point,.perfect for a man in his 80s. Easy target for thieves, cut power, no 999 can be rang.

-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE It's not an EE phone. It's a Xiaomi Redmi 9 bought from Amazon. Why tell me to ring 150 if that number only works for EE phones? And as I said, it doesn't work, I tried around 20 times.
-
Wozza (@Wozza777) reported@stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE You use the mobile network
-
Chris Rosser (@chris_rosser) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE All Internet in UK is moving away from copper to the premises - and all the replacements require power to function - if you get a UPS you can plug your router and other devices (such as a phone interface) into it to keep them running during a power outage.
