Hewete Haileselassie (@Hewete) reported from Paddington, England@EE Help! My SIM is no longer provisioned so I'm completely cut off. This after the wrong phone was delivered to me. And several lengthy calls to customer service with no joy. I've been with Orange and now EE since 2002.

The Big Bakes (@TheBig_Bakes) reported from Wandsworth, England@EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

🚂 MissCatTrap 🏳️⚧️ (@MissCatTrap) reportedCurrently in a battle with @EE as their broadband support are dismissive and useless. It is very obvious what the fault is with my service: the hub is faulty - and constantly badgering on about channels etc is an insult. Anyone had luck before or am I forced to go complaints?
