Rang number and was kept on hold for 30 minutes then gave up.

I can see that almost two months later, the nearest 5G mast is still down with no ETA fix. Would be interested in Three or EE if service was resolved.

Then puts me on hold for a ‘few’ minutes, i am waiting for OVER 30 minutes now!! What kind of service is this? I am actually shocked! No respect for people’s time at all.
