@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

Hello @EE what's happened to the 4g in Twickenham? I waited all morning for my GP to call me on the phone and when she finally did. Twice the connection was so bad she couldn't hear me answer so hung up! My data has been slow all morning🤬

@EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

@EE I am finding it technically impossible to navigate the website/app for a scheduled upgrade. Whenever I select an option, it tells me 'Sorry, we couldn't find that page'. (PC and mobile). Do I have to lug myself to a store because it's **** the bed? Any solutions appreciated.

@EE not had any network for 3 days!!!!! Can't use any data at all. Ridiculous. I use this phone for work!!!! And yes, I have rebooted, checked 4g and 2g ect and I can see ALOT of people are complaining about having no signal in the last few days. Sort it out for refund us money.
