    @EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

    Anyone ever had an issue with their sim in their upgrade phone from @EE upgraded to an iPhone 12 from XS and they sent a new sim, nearly 24 hours later and it just won’t register at all. Not sure if I’m doing anything wrong. Very frustrating

    I say again. @EE is the worst coverage I’ve ever seen. I can’t play Xbox without it disconnecting me from games, for no reason at all.

    @EE ‘We will send an engineer to come round and fix your internet’. Engineer comes round and says there’s no problem, another engineer comes and checks outside, says it fine. So why do I have no broadband? Don’t ever get EE broadband. Pathetic

    @EE why do i have to call every single month about my signal issues but yet i pay full amount every month on time. Yet your UK No1 leading cellular network providers!! This if frustrating me now 😡😤🤬 I’m at home or work I’m facing connection ISSUES.

    @EE 5G EE is a rip off. No one helps if things aren’t “running as expected” total waste of money. Been contacting customer service for 4 months and they never call back or even sort out any issues. EE is hardly 5G No1 it’s a poor unrealible service.

    @ee #5G #mobile. EE 5G is so bad don’t even waste your money on it. Much worse than 4G. Useless and unusable when you make calls, internet in and around Central London. Totally ****!!

    @EE 5G. Download speeds looking good. So why are upload speeds comparatively slow? I’m getting faster uploads on 4G!

    @EE Sure, WIFI - intermittent mostly we are all on 4g. I’ve done resets, tried different band widths which made it worse!! Phone signal just drops out during a call all the time. Sometimes I can hear the caller they can’t hear me!!

    @ThreeUKSupport @andre81137478 You more or less said the same to me about 5 years ago when i was in Bath. You tried blaming a tree or high buildings, it was none of them. I joined @EE and magically never had a signal problem. You're lucky people have WiFi at home otherwise you'd get a lot lot more complaints

    @EE furthermore on my recent tweet, I went to your cwmbran store and have got the problem sorted however this problem should’ve been resolved when I switched networks when my contract expired and I asked for a PC code and moved networks. The customer service has also been awful

    @EE hi EE, I am an old customer of yours and have recieved charges over the past year for an account that was supposed to be closed. Ive payed off these charges and your colleagues told me that they had cancelled my account. Afew months later I have been receiving more charges

    @EE Hello, please can you help. My DD is debited on or around the 12th as per my bill & the app which says I have paid this month. However the DD still hasn't been taken from my account. Is there an issue with DDs this week?The DD instruction is live on my bank account.Thank you.
