    @EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

    @EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

    @EE #customer don’t fall for “good morning and all that rubbish “we care I don’t think so trust me I got ripped off and they (EE)don’t even acknowledge fact that I was ripped off months after months. Stay away and go for Vodaphone or even lyca. P😎

    Really disappointed with @EE. Have been customer for almost 10 years. Contract up - was messaged asking to stay on and promised price match. Yet they won’t price match a basic sim only deal. Have no choice but to leave and will cancel other contracts using them.

    How long are we going to have no connection for. This is outrageous. No contact from EE to explain what is going on. Calls get disconnected if you try the contsct center. No communication. @EE this is awful service!

    @EE I lost internet on my mobile and 4gee router as well. It appears to be linked to some sort of wider outage? Do you know when I can expect normal service to resume?
