    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

    @__Samantha8 @EE I was with BT, I got an email saying I'd requested to cancel my service (which I hadn't), they said there was no way for them to stop it being cancelled and I had to switch to EE and pay more but that I'd get EE TV included, which I've never even connected as I don't want it.

    I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

    @MarcAllera absolutely exhausted with trying to end my contract with @EE I pay £105 a month which increases by £12 in april! Countless drop calls! Poor coverage yet my work colleagues on Tesco mobile laugh at me! I want to reduce my monthly bill but told I cannot

    The last time I called @EE to try and sort out being overcharged for my mobile bill, I spent 1hr and 10mins on the phone to 5 different people in 4 different teams in 2 different countries and they eventually cut me off, without sorting the problem and never called back.

    @EE very poor signals (reception) coverage since last 10 days around Redbridge Station (IG1) area. Can you please rectify this as it’s causing so much issue and unable to make calls and use internet most of the time. Thank you

    Given cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet

    @EE I bought a Smart 5G Hub from your George Street, Richmond store and they suggested I should get 100-200mb on 5G as I live on the same street. I know mobile signal speed can vary, but I'm only getting 15-25mb on 5G during the day when I need it to work from home. Can you help?

    @EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

    @O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

    @CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me

    @__Samantha8 @EE I did when it first started. I explained i had not requested to cancel my service. The request had been made at 2am. They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.

    @CaraLisette @EE Speak of the devil, I got the yearly increase from my HA. +£130 from April. Rent is capped at 7% by the government but they seem to have clawed the rest in "service charge". Of course, we have no service.

    @EE called your uk team for an upgrade. The customer service provider said his putting me on hold for 2mins. 1hr 10mins on hold to then be disconnected. Is this the definition of EE service. I want to make a complaint and would appreciate a call back ASAP! Waste of time!!!

    @EE pfft poor customer service will rip you off when you upgrade they dont give you any good offers they just add extras on and try and charge you more. also you could buy it up front and get a sim plan with way more data for a lot less so even this starting offer is a rip off 👎👎👎

    @EE Yes, sorry. The problems haven't continued since the day i posted that tweet. But I did check online and managed to confirm it wasn't our personal connection. A definite problem on your end as more reports than normal were made at that time.

    @grime_vintage @O2 @EE Guess it depends comparing previous experiences to current.16 years with EE under its various names and no problems, 2 months with O2 and signal and data speed issues. Not hard to make a comparison that O2 is poor really is it ?

    @JordanHarris94 @corynormaaan @EE Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Worst customer service and WiFi.... Unfortunately stuck with them for 2 more months. At least then I can get better quality and better value for money, and you know, actual signal. Going anywhere else!
