    @EE I’ve been trying to deactivate my answer phone but it won’t let me do it I’m going to Ukraine and will be charged £1.80 a minute if someone leaves message can someone pls help me deactivate it this is not cool! I was on hold for 30 mins no answer .

    In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

    @EE I’m fully aware now that there is an online checker.... just annoyed that it’s took over 1year for an advisor to tell me this. Prior, the only info I ever got was the lies of “there are masts down” what good is a phone to me if I have to stand in the road to make a call?

    @EE and @MarcAllera so another day goes by and #EE still hasn't resolved the problem. I am still waiting for my call that was promised by 15:00 last Thursday. Great way to treat a customer that has been with Orange/EE for 20 years!
