@EE I’ve been trying to deactivate my answer phone but it won’t let me do it I’m going to Ukraine and will be charged £1.80 a minute if someone leaves message can someone pls help me deactivate it this is not cool! I was on hold for 30 mins no answer .

@EE @CollieGoLightly That doesn't work @EE I finally was able to start a message at 3.20pm and was told someone would reply- didn't get anything back and then you shut at 8pm. So something isn't working in your system atm!

@EE I am a longstanding EE customer.I made an order yesterday for a sim upgrade for my phone.Given order confirmed by email.This morning got message to call EE, provide a bit more information to complete the order. Rang number and was kept on hold for 30 minutes then gave up.

@EE i’ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and I’m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I can’t use any other Sim card on it because it’s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me 🤬😡

The past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isn’t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

Absolute fiasco between bt broadband and @ee over our internet or lack of! Open reach engineer told us we will get little or no service. @ee sold us bt package that does not work and neither are taking responsibility! 😡meanwhile we are £30 a month down!

@EE If anyone is thinking of getting a new phone in the January deals that involves getting it unlocked don’t bother! The Unlock Team have been deemed ‘not business critical’ and this apparently means they don’t have to answer any requests for help even when they’ve been escalated!

@EE All Three network phones are unlocked. I just took iPhone 12 pro max on Vodafone and the phone is unlocked. Like I said. It’s not the money it’s those little windup stuff that we call it ripp offs.I have one bar signal where I live but you always charged me £96 - £130. Nomore
