    @EE Why am I still receiving letters threatening someone who doesn’t exist at my address with debt collectors? I have contacted EE five times about this and today your customer service advisor couldn’t explain and then cut me off. Appalling customer service!

    If anyone has bought a phone fr @EE I would open it and check. Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

So I suggested getting in touch with them so he did and couldn't get any decent help because some were fines (unpaid water bills things like that) he is now having to get a loan with 35%apr over 4years so he is only paying £350 out not £600 2/3

    @EE if my Apple Watch is up for an upgrade (standard upgrade) as of 29/12/20 but I don’t wish to upgrade will I continue to be charged for the monthly plan? If so how do I cancel it? Thanks
