EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.
-
Ana Escudeiro (@escudeiro_ana) reported from Lambeth, England@EE you have worst costumer service! You decide to deactivate my SIM card without warning, add to borrow a phone to talk with C S . I was told that a SIM card was on the way, THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO. @CTSI_UK

-
Neil Higley (@NeilHigley) reported from Royal Kensington and Chelsea, England@O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?
-
john durant (@johndurant63) reported from Brentford, England@EE need help with upgrade phone not delivered
-
Mohamed Mahdi (@Mohamed87268245) reported from Brentford, England@EE I switched to EE sim only, but EE made a complete mess out of a simple transaction. EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my permission, without my consent. EE causes me a lot of trouble
-
Dave Ahern (@CorkGourmetGuy) reported from Merton, EnglandThe last time I called @EE to try and sort out being overcharged for my mobile bill, I spent 1hr and 10mins on the phone to 5 different people in 4 different teams in 2 different countries and they eventually cut me off, without sorting the problem and never called back.
-
Doug (@dougmortonagain) reported from Ealing, England@EE I was, but the signal seems to be back now. Thanks anyway!
-
Joe Miller (@joemiller862) reported from Spelthorne District, England@MartinSLewis This is @EE just deciding for me that, after being a customer for 15 years, as soon as my current contract is up I shall be leaving. I’d have had no intention to do so otherwise liking everything else but this is shameful and enough to say goodbye. Terrible move
-
shams (@SaaShamsu) reported from Wandsworth, England@Dinky63387209 @EE If you miss a payment they will charge you instantly but if you miss a job due to their bad network they don't care 🫤🫤🫤 you are lost when you are disconnected

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
George Nick Gorzynski (@g30r93g) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE coverage means nothing if signal strength is so abysmal the network becomes unusable
-
dave mayfield (@scunnyplumbist) reported@wsmsteve @EE Me too.had BT not a problem.went to EE broadband it’s no where near as good
-
Councillor Luke Bennett (@CouncillorLuke) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Correct. I had a better reception from my first (Cellnet) mobile in 1995 (in Devon)! Gone are the days of being able to rely on a decent signal! Despite that, ugly / tall mobile phone masts are everywhere (with zero effort to camouflage them or place them 'sensitively').
-
Adam Brown (@adamgbrown) reported@EE Hi, I need help but unfortunately can't DM you. You have dispatched a router which needs to be stopped. Our property is in legal dispute, spent hours on the app trying to resolve this, but you sent it anyway.
-
Beedle The Bard (@BeedleB) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Just like me where I live, and ike here I bet you have no problem getting a text message through.
-
Darrell fletcher (@Fletchmeister81) reportedIf you live in Rhyl and are thinking of moving to @EE because of there coverage map saying you get 5g+ dont its not even working yet apparently 99% of Rhyl should get it, you only get 4g and its crap
-
Tom Tugendhat (@TomTugendhat) reportedI’m in Dulwich. One of the more expensive areas of London, supposedly a global city, and I’m getting worse mobile phone reception that I did in Kabul a decade ago. I pay for two contracts: @O2 and @EE and neither is reliable so I can’t work. Mobile phones are useless in vast areas of Britain and have got worse. You can never work on a train, unlike in France. But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings. This government is prioritising virtue signalling vanity projects when we need infrastructure urgently.
-
Arthur Assendune 🇪🇺💙🇺🇦 (@ArthurAssendune) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes Tom, but the objective is to maximize profit NOT provide you with a functioning service. Golden rules of Capitalism: 1. Charge the maximum you can get away with. 2. Deliver the least you can get away with.
-
Free Speech Highway (@Fr2962Free) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree with Tom on very little! However this is spot on! In parts of inner London EE signals are atrocious and despite checks that the area has a strong signal. They must do better or give customers some form of mobile signal booster.
-
Ukobach (@JasonOw55271825) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I’m not saying immigration is the problem However it is relatively easy for a mobile cell to be overwhelmed by users - how many HMO’s have sprung up there - it’s a genuine problem and the networks usually address it with micro or pico cells
