Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
John (@Johnboy270783) reportedHey @EE, what's happening with the constant terrible signal in Burton-upon-Trent? I'm not the only person to mention it. If it carries on I'll be cancelling my contract.
-
Derek (@DerekAllan61) reported@Martinscott1967 @EE Piss poor customer service PLUS the phone in question is still on the website for order, utterly incompetent
-
Gaz (@TisSaff) reported@ee Wow, due an upgrade (customer for 25+ years). Samsung S26, same plan, same duration. With @iD_Mobile_UK it's £19 upfront and £29.99 a month. With yourselves its £20 up front £72.81 a month (first month is £92.81).... What the actual hell ?! Think you lost a loyal customer!
-
Dean Gill (@DeanGill4L) reported@EE - been waiting 7 days now for a call off a supervisor, been promised twice I’d have a call in the next 4 hours. Is this how you treat customers ?
-
Not another one (@NicDenso) reported@MichelleBeckett I had a similar problem with @EE, they stuck to their terms and conditions like glue, I only had one request and that was they inform a senior person of the situation, I didn't even want them to concede, just be aware of the issue, they point blank refused. I've had 5 contracts with them for about 6 years now. As each one ends I'm going elsewhere on principle now.
-
Jamie T (@jamie_2127) reported@ClarkRenney @EE The problem is @EE. Over inflated prices for **** coverage and abysmal service.
-
D (@Davidaag1991) reported@iowrunningmum @EE But when this sort of thing happened to me when I worked there, if they said X, and there was a call on the date they said and what they said was credible (I.e. not saying you were offered free BB for life), I’d believe the customer.
-
Gary (@GaryGaryweir11) reported@EE I spoke to somebody and it's my fault you never gave me an option to get a pass with free data and calls!!!!!!!!
-
John (@Johnboy270783) reported@EE Well, we've got a big problem here then, haven't we.
