@EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

If anyone has bought a phone fr @EE I would open it and check. Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

@EE I’m having the worst customer service with you lot ever. All I get is Covid this due to Covid that. It’s absolutely disgusting the way I’m been treated😡 I can’t even get anyone to talk to. 1 hour 15mins still holding and then get cut off

@EE Good evening,i upgraded my contract on sat eve, new phone was told via mail to ring 0800 0790531,due to some minor details b4 the new mob is despatched, 5-5hours later u cant get through as always busy.. Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

@AppleSupport Watch is on but screen is dead @EE are apparently replacing but how long will replacement last? From looking at the internet for a fix it seems the “black screen of death” is a common thing.

I honestly would never sign up with @Virgin for your broadband, @BT or @EE are significantly better. Worst customer service I've ever received, just had a call handler talking over us, patronising us and then having the cheek to ask if he could help with anything else.

@EE Let’s be honest, you pay RootMetrics to rig the results because when people actually test the network, @VodafoneUK is faster. I can never contact my brother who is in Cardiff because his signal is always dodgy.
