    @vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

    @EE Ok, I’ll humour you and give it a go, though I am fairly positive that it’s a network infrastructure issue on your part - I.e not enough bandwidth but am happy to be proven wrong

    @EE I do have network envy because your signal doesn’t work at all. Ee has garbage service, and all customer service says is turn your phone off and on again. THE worst provider I’ve had the misfortune of using.

    @richardmadden @EE The answer to your question is, sadly, "no". The people taking your call don't have the slightest interest if you take your business elsewhere. That's my experience with any of the network providers, electricity companies etc etc.
