  @EE Awful experiences trying to downgrade an EE/BT Broadband/TV bundle by phone. They try to get u to sign up to extras u don’t want, saying that that’s the only bundles available; whilst advertising on line cheaper deals. When confronted they lowered price. But NO! Take care 🤮

  outstanding work from @WeAreOpenreach when installing neighbours fibre they cut our broadband, just cut the cable, Even though it clearly goes into a different house, and @bt_uk / @EE said, best we can do to get it back is Tuesday. The levels of customer service are at a new low

  @EE your customer service imo now falls below even virgin media, 28th day of a complaint today so there is a dispute on the account, I'm currently on hold to some foreign country collections team, if the complaint is not escalated to exec team now I want a deadlock letter and
