I have been with Orange and EE for 21 years, spent what must be 25k and have just been sold down the river. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

It is *impossible* to speak to an @EE Team Leader or Manager; I’ve been trying for days to resolve an issue, had callbacks promised that never materialise. Sick to the back teeth. On hold now to get my PAC code to return to @VodafoneUK.

Orders an iPhone 14 pro max upgrade from @EE on the phone after a beyond woeful retail store experience. Told it would be delivered today. Now told it’s not and no idea when. That’s a day off wasted. Thanks EE for reminding me of woeful service.

What's a better network than @EE ? Everytime I get network unstable, calls cut off, pausing when I watch or listen. It's been over 20years but I'm tired at this point. Phone can't function without being connected to WiFi

Just a heads up to anyone thinking of going into contract with @EE on TV & Broadband. I was miss sold on their call of which they now have no recording of. Leaving me with the only option to cancel free of charge, rather than just including Netflix that was offered 👍🏻 steer clear
