Iv never had any issues. 2 years ago I took out two contracts A monthly phone contract and a sim only contract. The first couple months were smooth like a babies bottom. Live in London E6 and whole area has shocking service. All day in Cambridge yesterday and only one bar. I have 3 phones on EE contracts and all the same.
