  @EE Back in east London (E16, Canning Town). 1. After Airplane on/off 0.66 Mbps down 2. After restart 6.88 Mbps down (slower than normal 3’s speeds!) 3. I’m running iOS 13.1 on the device. FYI - I had no issues when at work at SE1.

  @EE I've been waiting 6days to get my old PAYG number transferred to a new SIM only monthly contract with you. The advisors I've spoken to have lied to me stating it will be done within 24 hrs. If this issue isn't sorted today I'm cancelling the contract. Really disappointed.

  @harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

  @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!
