@EE why is your 4G in central London (Moorgate, Finsbury sq) area so slow and such low signal even outdoors. 4G speeds seem to be getting slower and slower in London.

@EE 😂 ffs, I’ve done the same journey for 11 years using your network & using the same trains as Southeastern are cheap and don’t replace them. It’s your reception that’s gone to 💩 over the past few weeks so please don’t insult my intelligence with this rubbish!

@drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

@EE You sent me this for free because my device doesn't support WiFi call and your 4G where I live is terrible in buildings. You sent this to me to sort the problem apologising for poor coverage and now you ask me to "buy" one. Wow after 3 years this is what change of heart called.

@EE @kwakdonut 4G is enough for this earth. No one gives a shit about 5G. phones and technology are not everything .. your gonna loose a lot of customers if you switch to 5G #5gkills

@EE I can’t give you a specific post code as this is happening during my commute to & from London every day. I’ve done the same train journey for years and places where the signal used to be ok are now rubbish. You must be aware of this

@EE what is happening with broadband. I'm trying to get some work done and it is going down every few minutes. Ehat an absolute disgrace of a service and you have the cheek to charge me more money than my previous contract. Disgusting
-
Daniel Brierton
(@DanielBrierton) reported
@Dremora @EE I think the days of subsidised phones are largely gone, and such deals should be more considered like credit agreements. Every network in Ireland costs more over the course of the plan for any iPhone 13 than just buying outright with a SIM only plan.

@EE The website won't load. I have been having this issue all weekend. Any ideas how I can fix it? It appears ok at first, but once I try to log in it just freezes. Thanks!

@south_eastone @EE PAYG companies had a reputation with asbo/burner/council house lot many years ago but they now offer better deals than the pay monthly if you can afford to buy the latest iPhone or use Apple's 0% credit terms No issue with being on a small PAYG type network saving me £200/year
-
do what you can, where you are
(@DebWalk19961736) reported
@zeinanao @EE @virginmedia is O KAY, but when they stop working tell them if you expect to be compensated. They'll be there providing no service for hours/days giving no compensation unless you mention it. They are good while they are working though. Can handle HEAVY use.

Hey @EE - I’ve endlessly told you that I DO NOT want your ****** answerphone service If my phone is off, there’s a reason No matter how many times I text ‘VM OFF’, as per your web/text instructions… …Still get answerphone notifications Please make it stop
-
SteveNE3
(@Ne3Steve) reported
@melindiscott @south_eastone @EE ....it's mine from Day 1 so if someone offers cheaper calls or if I am back in hospital and need more data, I can up or down as I like, chop and change and I am on a 7 and looked after it and so this could last me 5-6 years, in which case it will be the best idea ever

Is there a problem with @EE app as I can't login. Been trying for ages as need to transfer data. Been locked out website too as forgot my login
-
SteveNE3
(@Ne3Steve) reported
@south_eastone @EE I bought the new iPhone 13 yesterday, direct from Apple so yes. I am not paying a monthly fee to EE any more for inflated service. He got his iPhone 11 that way but he's now on Smarty by Three for £6 a month It can now just keep changing my network as deals get better
