@O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

@StephenEPotts @EE We have unlimited data atm. Was 500G previously but we never went over it even with lots of YouTube and Netflix streaming (we don’t have cable).

7.30pm now & no call back from @EE. EE is probably better than some, but their service has deteriorated in every sense. So little seems to work properly now. Dread phoning any call centre. Covid is used as an excuse for delays, but systems were increasingly dysfunctional before.
