    @EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

    @I_like @EE Indeed - it was was a horrible experience. I felt like I had to justify to the caller why I’d left negative feedback. The first I said was I didn’t want to have the call. 😐

    @EE if I move to your network in November, would my 4G data be subjects to blocks from certain streaming servers? Only I’m sure @VodafoneUK who I’m currently with have blocked my access to steaming servers with which I do my live radio shows

    It just took me ages to finally get a line at my local doctors @VodafoneUK only for the damn call to fail. Along with constant 4G problems and odd texts not sending or being received, is there anything good about your rubbish network? I shan’t be sorry to go to @EE in November

    @I_S_H_Y_ @EE EE have been piss poor for months, every month for the last 2 years, I've received maintenance sms messages, but no improvement in their services or coverage!

    @AnaVK Haha, that would annoy me doing that. This is why I’ve made sure I’m with a decent network and I’m moving to @EE in November cuz I keep having issues with @VodafoneUK

    Hey @EE my dad has had the same number for years but as of this morning it just says “you’ve dialed an incorrect number...” any ideas? I can call and text everyone else and his partner says she can call him no problems...HELP 👀

    @ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

    @O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

    Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE @OpenreachHelp Order placed 6 April ahead of house move on 15 April. Install promised 22 April. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr “updates” that deliver nothing. No broadband, no TV, no smart devices pt1.

    @EE Already spoken to you, apparently it's a rare issue because @WeAreOpenreach made changes with their cables. Your support basically recommended I look elsewhere for a provider as there wasn't much he could do

    @EE I’ve checked the app & I can’t find a ‘live chat’ option; it just diverts me via various irrelevant subjects to either ‘in-store’ help (useless; I’m housebound) or “ask the community”. Don’t you take responsibility as a company for your own lack of security? #BadCustomerService

    @virginmedia Great to hear a you problem in my area cant be fixed until at LEAST tomorrow afternoon. No TV, no WiFi and not even a land line phone. Thank the @EE gods for my mobile data🙏🏻 Not so good for my 80 year old parents now🙄

    @EE Hi EE I'm having issues logging into the app ..I've deleted it and installed it several times and it keeps coming up with error messages "were having trouble with Wright now" ...I can log into my account via your main website.

    @EE Your service is abominable and your diagnostic bots a waste of space. When I get a human who walks me through for the zillionth time rebooting, turning off, I go into another part of the house lose the signal and you close the call.
