@EE I was informed I would be called at 6.30pm today by technical support today and even given a name. Call was recorded and I came home extra early from work, but yet again you have considerably failed to stick to your word and meet the needs of your customer!!!

@EE Yeah he has that why I know he won't be getting his money back, it was an add-on not actually a full contract, which should never have been carried on, but the man on the phone said it is his own fault and won't refund him, which is disgusting for a mistake you made as a company

@Ofcom you may want to check @EE new unlimited data plans and their misselling of them. They claim you can gift 100GB but they don’t tell you until after that if you use data, that reduces your giftable allowance. Clear misselling here and even the @ee customer services agree!

@EE your customer service is poor. Need to register an issue with broadband dropping out why can't I just chat with someone or log the issue. It's happened 3 times in last 2 hours router just loses the connection.

C’mon @EE this is getting silly. Phone shows 4G but London, York, Edinburgh frequently now there is just no signal. Tried phone and Ipad, same on both. Its almost like you’re trying to force people onto 5G. The last few weeks its been next to useless

@EE Thank you. Your team member was great. My mum was on the train home and couldn't call herself, and my stepdad's phone kept losing signal, so I had to on her behalf. I was afraid this was going to be a problem but he was very sympathetic and sorted it out.

@EE Back in east London (E16, Canning Town). 1. After Airplane on/off 0.66 Mbps down 2. After restart 6.88 Mbps down (slower than normal 3’s speeds!) 3. I’m running iOS 13.1 on the device. FYI - I had no issues when at work at SE1.

@EE Amazing, as I actually rate you as the worst.. 2.5 years with a fault you have never fixed or even attempted to sort. You have lied about it and fob me off with bullshit. My 4 mobiles, Broadband, TV and Landline are up for grabs soon. Please recommend a decent service provider 😡

@EE Yes we are aware of that! This is the issue we have it’s my iPad number but my iPad doesn’t recieve those kind of texts. It’s the same issue over and over again. The DPD app I did have but of course iPad number linked but was signed into my mobile number for Tescos. Stupid.

Paris-Eurotunnel: almost perfect 5G the whole way, Eurotunnel to St Pancras: just about intermittent 4G. Time to DO something about it? Might help the whole growth thing (and AI)… if the French can do it… @EE @10DowningStreet @bt_uk
