    @EE Hi Matt, I have been with EE for longer than 17 years. Iv never had any issues. 2 years ago I took out two contracts A monthly phone contract and a sim only contract. The first couple months were smooth like a babies bottom. Until I started having issues with my my 4G

    @EE how do I cancel my contract. Due to an ongoing issue with coverage. I have spoken to your call centre let's not go into that. I live in Carshalton in Surrey. However its not getting resolved so I would like out thank you. It's been over a year now no end in sight.

    Day of contrasting customer service experiences. @jlandpcustserv (3rd party) engineers drove off without ringing bell, @ee mess up a number change (but sort it out well), @AmazonUK confuses keyboards and toilet paper and is completely useless about it. And @AmexUK is excellent

    @EE I have been charged for spotify on my bill but I cancelled the subscription last year. Spotify advised me how to cancel it. Please can you refund the 9.99 and cancel the service from your end too

    @EE I called up and they said there was problems with my area. They will solve it it’s been 24 months now and there had been times where they have compensated me. However majority of the time I have been given false promises and been lead on

    @SeanQui95970135 @grshorwich @EE From London to Edinburgh and countless customers in between. Many reliant on the network to perform critical jobs, from nursing to tech support. If they have no service. Do you just want them to feel, a little put out? It’s income during a crisis.

    @carl_h_photo @grshorwich @EE They won't have an ETA because likely the issue can be so complex, root cause may have took ages to identify. Don't disagree it's horrendous for people that rely on these services but It's in their interest to sort this ASAP.
