    @EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

    @EE you have worst costumer service! You decide to deactivate my SIM card without warning, add to borrow a phone to talk with C S . I was told that a SIM card was on the way, THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO. @CTSI_UK

    Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

    When joining @EE is the worst business decision you’ve ever made... as a care manager for the elderly and disabled I hoped to be contactable 24/7, Unfortunately I’m not and I’ll be explaining why in detail... #clapforcarers #nhs

    @EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

    According to the @EE coverage checker I should have 'excellent' signal indoors and out yet I never get more than one bar of signal, so frustrating.

    @Ofcom I really need help with an issues that has been going on with @EE fir months now. I have been paying for a server e that is barely working in my area and not been offered any part of my bill money back even when I’ve asked. I have had to resort to moving networks....

    @EE don't know what are you doing. I am registered with EE for several years, and now i can't make phone calls, it tells me network not registered. And don't tell me to call 150. Because i can't. Time to change network

    @virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

    I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

    From my perspective this highlights how big companies like @EE need to work harder on their customer experience. They are prioritising processes over people rather than being customer-centric and finding a solution that leaves them happy.

    @EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

    @EE @SamKompfner Nothing except twitter works somehow, both on mobile and on 4gee broadband - wth? I just switched from o2 as their service was appealing but now I don’t know if I did the right move, especially it’s £20 more

    @EE @BigOtter1972 If you read the news, you’ll see that the ‘postcode’ you need to check out is UK. This is a widescale issue which, weirdly, EE are not acknowledging on social media.
