    @EE why is your 4G in central London (Moorgate, Finsbury sq) area so slow and such low signal even outdoors. 4G speeds seem to be getting slower and slower in London.

    @drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE

    @Real_Sarah_W @Apple @EE Me too. I won’t fall for the Pre ordering trick again. Pre order used to mean you got it pretty much straight away. Now it’s quoted as being after the 19th October. No point in complaining. Customer service doesn’t count. Only money.

    @AlfieBack__ @EE What’s the failings? They physically can’t help having the phones, the dates given out were due to them thinking they would have them, Apple are struggling to make them and EE are now saying they will send them when they have them because Apple can’t give a date
