    @EE I had a watch and sim only, upgrade to p30 pro and the nightmare started . I am Peru and Ecuador and you don’t cover them and buying a phone is pointless (don’t understand why your customer service team advise that )

    @vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

    @EE That’s non sense 6 months and then charge almost 10 pounds , I have another 5 months left and I am forced to paid roaming fees. It is a stupid polic then I am recommending anyone not to join @EE

    @EE Hi, can you please explain why I have just paid my first bill and am wondering why according to BT and we website if you are a BT broadband customer you get 10 % off your monthly bill. This has not happened to me despite the shop entering all the details.

    @_Robert06_ @EE Mate I’ve had this issues since I upgraded in 2021, since they they’ve been trying to help me, to a point where I was stuck in Germany with no data or network. It was an absolute nightmare. Can’t lie the advisor I had on that day in Germany she helped me see it all thru.
