  @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

  @ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

  @DerekAllan61 @EE My phone broke and couldn't switch on so phoned and got a new one and when it got delivered the delivery driver said I needed a code, guess where they sent the code 🤦 explained to them that my phone is broken and they said it can only be delivered with the code texted to me 😭

  @EE Loyal customer for years. Invited to upgrade last month so did. Was assured I did not need to do anything to keep my business as it was. Made a visit to Spain and when I got back I have been charged for roaming despite being assured it would not happen. No refund allowed.

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!
