    @VodafoneUK No point, Iโ€™m always having issue with the 4G, specially uploads. Nah, think Iโ€™ll just plod along and hurry to @EE in November when my contract is up..and I wonโ€™t look back either. Iโ€™ve been with you since 2018 and had Jon stop issues since last year. Poor show

    Never waste you time and money with @EE, worse broadband non service ever. I renewed my contract and got cut off as a result. In thirty years of marketing teaching Iโ€™ve never heard of the idea of punishing loyalists

    @EE what is going on? Can't connect to the App, my 5G is just about getting 3Mbs. The service is supposed to be the best coverage in the country. I live in London and I feel like I have dial up speeds. Sort it out. I'm sick of this, it's constantly happening. No I won't DM you

    @EE Hallo EE Customer Support. I'm coming up to renewal on my sim-only plan. I use phones that don't support 5G. However, all your plans quote xGB "5G Data". What does this mean for 4G customers?

    Honestly regret going with @ee - after all of the sim issues this week when they ineptly cancelled my phone it turns out they also didnโ€™t put me on to a 5G plan despite promising on the phone that they had. Why are mobile phone companies so useless

    @EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.

    @EE to anyone contemplating entering into a contract for provision of a mobile service in #York (particularly YO30 area) where @EE is the provider or anyone who uses the same infrastructure - donโ€™t is my advice.
