  @briavelsjon @EE That is literally what I did. I logged it with the the app and I tweeted it here. There was no signal in somewhere I'll likely go back too. Is it a dead spot? If I don't say anything, nothing will change. I really could log onto indoor WiFi where there was no signal? Whose?

  @EE your service and worth a ****. 6 years to long that I’ve been on this ****** network. How can you possible live in London and this age of technology and you constantly struggle to get a decent reception to your phone. I pay to much for my contract so ******* sort it out 🤬

  I can’t wait to leave @VodafoneUK in November. I’m sick of the regular issues I’m experiencing. If it’s not 4G data issue which is most of the time, it’s now sending text messages. @EE would never have such regular issues, neither should any network

  @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

  In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

  @EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

  @DerekAllan61 @EE I use Tesco the piggyback off O2 network. Never had any issues aff them and if you have a clubcard ye get a discount on monthly and fone rental, they do it as 2 separate contracts so can change the usage package you use when needed

  @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners

  @DerekAllan61 @EE Hi Derek try Mozillion they piggyback on EE just don’t have 5G Stand alone (5G+) but isn’t the end of the world, I ordered a iPhone through them and the service has been top notch 👍🏻
