@EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

@EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

@EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

If anyone has bought a phone fr @EE I would open it and check. Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

@EE hi, I received my upgrade Tuesday but would like to change the handset (am quite happy with the contract) I emailed on the 3rd but haven’t heard back, bit worried as I know you only get 14 days to change. Is it just easier to cancel everything and start again?

I feel pretty shortchanged that I chose my new @EE network mobile contract based on their excellent 4g and 5g coverage at my house, and yet when everything is started, I have barely a signal inside or outside, and cant make any calls from inside the house. 🤬
