Muhammed Butt (@MAsgharButt2) reported from Brentford, England
@EE Yes it is HA9 area. I can understand issues and problems now and then. But this is not funny any more. I can only use my data at home using the wifi.
-
Ben Wood (@benwood) reported from Paddington, England
@drogersuk @Qualcomm_EU @Spotify @Qualcomm @oneplus @EE Nope. As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. It's also why I have tried it in three cities (Birmingham, Cardiff and London). @EE
-
ALRII (@A_L_REID) reported from Islington, England
@EE Am I living in Mogadishu or Islington why do I have to stick my arm out the window for signal
-
shezza_bezza (@vodaka_orange) reported from Paddington, England

-
Timothy Potter (@tpotter2890) reported from Kensington, England
Another awful day of disrupted broadband service from @EE in central London. I suspect the excuse today will be the weather.
-
Maya Stone (@elusivemoment) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England
@EE even though you said you checked and there is apparently nothing wrong in my area yet again today I had a call drop midway as my signal dropped off completely mid-call.
-
Muhammed Butt (@MAsgharButt2) reported from Brentford, England
@EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

shezza_bezza (@vodaka_orange) reported from Paddington, England
@EE & @BBCiPlayer both your service is seriously bad lately. Please sort it. I’m a paying customer.
-
natasha browne (@TashaBrowne) reported from Hillingdon, England
@paul2v @HillingdonNHSFT @EE I’ve no idea.....I never see anything on twitter until hours later...but I’m not bothered about it
-
Daniel Moon (@dmoonuk) reported from Camden Town, England
@VodafoneUK your internet around kings x station in #London is shockingly slow. To the point had to result in using my @EE work phone.
-
Gina Hall (@Futsal_London2) reported from Enfield Lock, England
@EE your customer service is great when entering a new contract but when I opted to exercise my rights under the 14 day cooling off law I experienced defensive, rude and inconsiderate staff - and you didn’t know you have a shop in enfield....
-
Mark M (@DrunkRes) reported from Camden Town, England
@mrcjmartin And according to @ee no. Single sim only which doesn’t help if one wants to run a work Sim and personal sim on the same phone. 🤯
-
Karen (@Karen_1979) reported from Wandsworth, England
Why do I always have signal problems with @EE takes me ages to get on the internet and don't get me started with phone calls it's not really worth me making one.
-
Borja Bilbao (@Borja_Bilbao) reported from Hounslow, England
@EE Just looking for a network provider that works. Seems obvious but sometimes it isn't... I'm checking options in the next few days.
-
Kieran (@kearneykd) reported from Brentford, England
@EE As a local resident it means my @EE service is awful, which I'm reminded of every time I walk past the stadium and see EE plastered all over it. It took 20 minutes for my first tweet to send. Absolutely terrible. Kieran (not Keiran)
-
ALRII (@A_L_REID) reported from Islington, England
@EE This is not a one off issue it is CONSTANT
-
David Nunn (@mrdavidnunn) reported from London, England
@EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.
-
Fraser Hardy (@FraserHardy_uk) reported from City of London, England
@EE why is your 4G in central London (Moorgate, Finsbury sq) area so slow and such low signal even outdoors. 4G speeds seem to be getting slower and slower in London.
-
Kieran (@kearneykd) reported from Brentford, England
The irony of @EE sponsoring Wembley Stadium when their network becomes unusable whenever there's an event on @EEComplaints @EEnetworkprobs

@EE I’ve been on a support call already yesterday, and was told 20,000 people are experiencing this? Again, please direct me to a status page so I don’t have to keep having to have the same conversation telling me to wait 24 hours (again)
-
Ben Chappel-Harney (@Ben_Harney) reported
@EE I’m in the US and my minutes, calls and data isn’t working. I’m paying for the full works smart benefits package and my roaming benefit is activated, but it’s not working. Can you please help? Thanks.
-
Lisa Rowan- Harney (@HarneyRowan) reported
@EE Can you advise how to end my contract early due to appalling signal. I'm using WiFi calls and I am fed up complaining and nothing happening. Check my call log, you will see that I repeatedly have to re dial someone I have called up to 5 times in a conversation
-
applemaniacyt (@applemaniacyt) reported
@SaundersTech @EE They need to fix this!
-
Prof Paul Bernal (@PaulbernalUK) reported
@EE I didn’t call to resolve the issue. I went into the shop and talked in person to someone who, after some investigation, discovered what had happened. And still didn’t really resolve it, but suggested the colleague I’d spoken to the last time had been wrong/lying.
-
Prof Paul Bernal (@PaulbernalUK) reported
@EE The final ‘resolution’ was that they couldn’t contact me anyway, despite that being *the whole point*, but that I would have to manually check the status via the website/app. Which was *precisely* what I didn’t want, and *precisely* what I had been asking about from the start.

hantonie (@Devidepodo) reported

-

@EE Hi. So during this cost of living crisis you are cutting off a service that's depended on (and is free) and your "solution" is to buy a new phone?
