    @EE Why am I still receiving letters threatening someone who doesn’t exist at my address with debt collectors? I have contacted EE five times about this and today your customer service advisor couldn’t explain and then cut me off. Appalling customer service!

    If anyone has bought a phone fr @EE I would open it and check. Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

    @EE Spoke with a very rude agent of yours on the phone today regarding an account and billing enquiry, she showed no empathy to my situation and genuinely made the issue worse. This is not the EE that I am used to dealing with. Very upset.
