    @EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

    @EE We’re a charity. A long-time customer. You made a mistake in April - it’s ok, things happen. But it’s June & you’re still holding over £300 of our charitable monies. And now the broadband is down, too. Surely someone can help us get back to what’s important here? @MarcAllera

    @mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

    @EE your service and worth a ****. 6 years to long that I’ve been on this ****** network. How can you possible live in London and this age of technology and you constantly struggle to get a decent reception to your phone. I pay to much for my contract so ******* sort it out 🤬

    @EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

    @EE amazing work, wn2 have been offline for 7 days no communication. On the website its 16h to fix but this was saying this on day 1. What's going on people working from home are relying on this service, and your dragging your feet... come on expect better from a leading company

    @EE The call has just been answered, I asked to cancel the account, and I've now been transferred to "upgrades" - I DON'T want an upgrade, I want to cancel. Now on hold yet again - pretty much reinforces me wanting to cancel.

    @EE @XboxGamePass Not me 15 days and still no code for gamepass. Called 150 none of them even know what xbox gamepass is and online support on the website spoke to 11 different people. Currently on the phone to 150 for over 45 mins and they don't have a clue. seriously EE

    @LawfulStudent Which network provides the best coverage? I know I had fairly decent coverage from @EE up there. They offer Mifi devices with decent useage plans that may see you through until it's reconnected. Not ideal but it'll handle the likes of teams etc.
