  @EE Hi, I’d like to know how my 83 year old mum has been sold an 18 month broadband contract, from my bank account, when she only popped in for mobile help. Complaint raised, no response, but you’re already started billing me. Impressive, she only popped in last Saturday!

  @virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

  @EE To be honest I can never get any reception in the town where I live with EE. Meanwhile my wife and kids on another network can call, get messages and use the Internet. Maybe you have saved power by switching off a mast. It’s always been bad reception here.

  @EE @MarcAllera I'm getting terrible 5g performance on my iphone 13 in Glasgow,im a taxi driver and the only place I get 5g is in Glasgow city center,once I'm about a mile away from the city centre I only get 4g,total waste of my cash getting a 5g plan from ee
