@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

@EE i can add an extra to my account for free, but how hard do you make it to set it up!! Ive ticked BT sport as my add on in my account. But nothing text wise has appeared. This is not a customer friendly experience.

@EE Hi. One of my plans has no data allowance after most recent billing date. Rep on 150 said that because the user was roaming when the allowances refreshed, no data will be given until the next bill date a month from now. Yet I'm expected to pay. Seems crazy, how do I fix it?

@EE Regular customer, 4 devices with U, daughters new phone ordered for Xmas but mistakenly u sent us a powerbank + NO phone. Spoke to 3 advisors = 3 different response 1 Not our problem 2 Will get back to u in 3 days 3 Can't begin to sort this till Jan 3rd Really Poor Service 😫

£720 short this Crimbo due to incorrect billing by @EE. Said they would refund it in 72hrs. That was 10 days ago. They didn't process it! Today, they said another 8 days. Bills to pay early Jan, but nothing they can do to help, apparently. #complaint #nothappy @BTGroup @Casemiro
