    @EE Absolutely Disgusted! Been without internet for 2 weeks! Was told someone would come today 8 -1& no one attended. I have had my mobile contract with you since 2008 so definitely will be leaving in November! Terrible customer service! #eebroadband #terriblecustomerservice #ee

    . @EE Iโ€™ve been requesting a call back from your business support for over a month but getting nothing. Call in, I get an answer phone saying try later. Currently paying over the odds because contract is up and you have no interest in helping me. Call me, please.

    @EE as most places are open except for EE. Itโ€™s a bloody joke that your customers canโ€™t speak to someone on the phone when you do a live chat they canโ€™t help you so please explain if that is a way to run a business.

    Disgusted @EE I have been a customer since 2008 & decided to get broadband. Have been left without internet for 2weeks Told I had an appointment 8-1 today & no one turned up so leaving & changing my mobile contract! Useless customer service! #ee #avoidee #terriblecustomerservice

    @mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately I'm having the same issues with O2, signal drops out in an area where I should get minimum 4g, they constantly double bill me, one for a number I've never had

    @LeilaniDowding @EE The old PSTN network is being phased out (copper wires, low voltage old school telephones) as I recall. The phones you're thinking of won't be around much longer. Unless someone tells me otherwise.

    @EE You sent me a text message advising me to text 150 saying CANCEL CALL BACK. But that number doesn't accept any text messages, I tried about 20 times. I don't think it can be a legitimate number.

    @EE really fed up now of of paying a lot of money for a phone, when I only ever had 2 bars or signal or less? I need this to improve massively? Been a customer for easily 20 years and Iโ€™m seriously considering changing providers.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE I live in the countryside and my phone signal is crap. But you can still ring 999 without a signal as it searches all networks possible to make a connection.
