@EE #5G #network EE has terrible 5G in London West End. Using my phone today in Covent Garden and it constantly drops calls. Internet is very slow. Had 4G and it was so much better. EE has deteriorated. Problems with EE 5G since I upgraded months ago.

@EE i can add an extra to my account for free, but how hard do you make it to set it up!! Ive ticked BT sport as my add on in my account. But nothing text wise has appeared. This is not a customer friendly experience.

@EE #5G #network Same unreliable useless EE 5G service. I am in London West End and calls keep dropping, internet slow. Phone showing 3G signal. 4G was better. EE network service is going backwards. 👎🏻

@MarcAllera @Qualcomm_EU @EE That’s all great Marc but if it takes your team weeks to fix a broken mast then it’s all a bit of waste of time, isn’t it? Half of St Albans has been without decent service since before Easter and your team can’t tell us when it’s going to be fixed

@EE what’s wrong with not being able to make calls and the app says it’s all ok but when call 150 from landline they state ‘if you can’t make or receive calls their working on it’ surely it should flag as a network fault

Mum's in her 80s and @EE are upsetting her, there is no helpful help, they just want her money. I'll get to the bottom of this episode and expose you! Rant over for now!
