  @EE Yesterday I posted about our area not having any issues with calls etc. As a disabled person with sleep issues/insomnia/painsomnia I rely on my TV thru the night very much. I'm now unable to do this as my TV package is now not working! Obv the issues have spread further...

  Best network 25 years running" @EE my plan is £25/month. This bill: £137. I called Jamaica. Didn't realise it was £4 PER MINUTE. £116 in out-of-plan charges with zero warning, no spending cap, no alert. Just a £137 bill hitting my Direct Debit on the 28th. How is this fair?

  @EE So I signed up for broadband and changed x4 of my sims but apparently your employee made a mistake now you won’t honour it 😡 Rubbish service and liars @Ofcom why is this acceptable behaviour if I made a mistake I would be told im stuck in contract early termination fees!

  @EE I have tried to call in good time of opening hours yet it says you’re closed. Having had several weeks of your tv channel’s freezing, not available or just not working as they should… I’ve had enough. Paying extortionate fees, please reply! #ofcom
