    @EE Giffgaff has unlimited everything for £35 and even that is very expensive and crazy for the price in the current day’s we are living networks need to help their customers

    @virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

    @ExperianExperts @Experian_UK @EE It is not EE’s decision, if you’re unable to provide me with a credit report claiming you can’t “identify who I am”, while NEVER asking for additional details or evidence. I’ve been trying for 8 months now to get this sorted.

    Hello @EE 👋 Just wondered, as a current customer on a soon to be expired Swappable Benefits plan with you, if I were to put my SIM card into a 5G enabled phone, would I gain access to 5G signal or would I still only have 4G access? (Hope this makes sense)

    @EE 1. Your Hastings branch is an absolute disgrace . My friend went to this store 2 days ago to put £100 deposit down on a contract phone . She had the phone just 1 day and the battery died 3 times. She never signed a contract and was never asked to . Not even an e signature .

    @EE instead of wasting money shaving some bloke on a mountain, can you make sure I can get a signal whilst at Elland road football stadium from about an hour before kick off for 3 hrs? That’s 19 games a season basically 60 hrs where my phone is useless but I still pay for it.
