    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    We have @EE complete WiFi powered by @BTCare and it’s 100% failed. The home hub power plug cannot power the internet but the complete WiFi doesn’t kick in cause there is no fault on the line. So I’m paying for an extra service that doesn’t kick in when you need it

    @EE Worst customer service & signal I've ever dealt with, you can't even speak in a message, I am NOT ringing you, you claim to be a premium network, where's the proof, you're the most expensive but don't seem to be dealing what your real problems are, shocking!

    @EE hi just sat waiting for an arranged call from one your managers - Ashleigh for another 2 hours & only arranged today. No call again. This is an ongoing complaint that you have closed yourselves now 5 times without resolving. What is going on with your customer service please?
