Ollie (@ollieb997) reported@EE is it true that you can not provide internet for several days through no fault of the customer but the customer isn’t allowed to not provide payment? Is it also true that you don’t provide any compensation for loss of earnings due to you not providing internet?
-

Shane Hayward-Giles (@SHaywardGiles) reportedRenewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me £26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!
-
Stuart Smith (@Galaxy42_) reported@EE Yes, I have just made a complaint in regards to this. You are very clearly trying to funnel any contact that may result in a loss of finance to EE, towards your call centre where people who suffer with anxiety can be bullied and pressured into products/services they don't want.

Wolf From B(R)um ◣ ◢ 🏴 (@WolfInBrum_1877) reported@TheList_Man @England @EE And you screwed it all up. Not even Twitter Reply Bots are smart enough to get **** right
-
Sharne Hawkins (@sharnehawkins) reported@EE I left my airtime contract with you at the start of the year but I'm still paying my device. Due to issues with my bank account I missed my direct debit last month. I can't see anywhere on the app or website to pay it?
-
Dave (@UK_DC_One) reported@Ofcom A good start Need to make it so everyone can exit a contract if either service being paid for is not up to standard, or after 6 months if not happy can switch at no cost, or added to a contract based on information provided by an agent (@EE did this to me back in December, and now im locked into a phone contract that is not what I was told I was supposed to be paying). It's time these companies are punished for ripping off the British people
