I’m connected to a 4G service in central London but the service is slower than the old GPRS. Interesting to see that @EE recently one best network in Birmingham. Experience on the ground is utter shite if anyone bothered to step outside EE HQ and take a look.

@EE I had a watch and sim only, upgrade to p30 pro and the nightmare started . I am Peru and Ecuador and you don’t cover them and buying a phone is pointless (don’t understand why your customer service team advise that )

@EE Reach the 12th month in April I think. Plan on going into a store to re-negotiate another year but as @virginmedia use your network and if they offer the same services then really comes down to paying less for receiving the same :) no hard feelings 😘

@EE Finally out of the store! Tablets/system.. they had to switch to the main computer but that was slow too.. think it was credit check was slow or problematic because it wasn’t working on the tablet 2/3 times.

@EE I've spoken to about 12 people from EE so far! Asked for a PAC code got a PUK code. Had to go back only to be told i can't have a PAC code for 24 hours and they will ring my EE phone (That never works as EE is always down) to give it to me. lol You can't make this stuff up.

Just upgraded with @EE today and just found out that instead of 10gb I could have 40gb data for the same price and free delivery when Tina on customer services charged me!!! What the heck. That's another phone call I will have to make tomorrow. Call me @EE I need resolution.

@EE hello! 👋🏻 My phone has seemingly started waiting 12 hrs or so to give me voicemail notifications (well, I got a couple after I restarted which both times was ~12 hrs after a missed call). Is this an issue with the phone itself, or network? What can I try to fix it? 🙏🏻

@EE Help a girl out! Our engineer didn’t turn up yesterday and we have no explanation or information about why. We both work for the NHS and my partner has to work from home caring for patients remotely. This has a wider impact than just us 😞
