  @EE That worked. However the contact person had not update on the problem or the expected timeline expected to have that fixed. Apparently, @WeAreOpenreach is yet to fix whatever problem there is in my neighbourhood and EE doesn’t seem to have any alternative solution for those affected. We’re stuck in a limbo.

  🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

  @EE Why is your operator refusing to take back and refund my phone which I had bought for £900! And one of the seal is damaged! I am not a customer of EE and I never will be after this treatment but I've just received this phone 2day sealed in a box only 1 seal damaged
