@EE Wifi router. I have been sent a brand new router in case that was the issue and had a technician come out. It was fine and then recently has been so slow but when I check the status there is a known problem in my area.

@EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

@virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

@Ofcom I really need help with an issues that has been going on with @EE fir months now. I have been paying for a server e that is barely working in my area and not been offered any part of my bill money back even when I’ve asked. I have had to resort to moving networks....

@EE when roaming-charges in Europe were suspended it was such a feeling of added freedom and connectedness. I had a good service all over Europe for years and paid a reasonable amount for it . What a shame that you couldn’t rise above it and not follow the quick buck this time .
