  @virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

  @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.

  @EE | already did that. They changed it. It immediately changed back. It has happened several times before. There should be an option in the app to manage it myself. I'm an idiot for talking to a bot. But I'd be an idiot to talk to you too because the same thing always happens.
