@EE Wifi router. I have been sent a brand new router in case that was the issue and had a technician come out. It was fine and then recently has been so slow but when I check the status there is a known problem in my area.

@EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.

You know you've made it when your internet provider calls you a "priority customer" and sends you a SIM and a new phone as a stop gap until they can sort out your internet issues! @EE @bt_uk @Plusnet

@virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

Thanks for increasing my bill @EE, this contract has gone up about £20 in 18 months, absolutely ridiculous considering I can barely get signal in my own house and the app is hard to access. Definitely won’t be using you again.
-
Rachel Benbow
(@Raymbb) reported
@EE I took my contract out in September 2021, there certainly wasn’t a clause for a 16% increase with 3 weeks notice. Maybe a slight increase but 16% is absolute day light robbery. Maybe if your network actually worked efficiently then it would be less insulting.

@EE Been with ee since December and not had signal signal since January. They keep saying mast is down and crediting my bill every month. I have to use another payg sim. So just cancel my contract

@EE doing over their customers by a massive price increase when their profit margins have been huge. Them and other network providers really should look at more than maintaining those massive profit margins.
