Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

I was on hold for 30 mins no answer .

Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Camden Town, England@EE Morning team. Moved residence and my indoor signal is 1 bar and out doors 2. Usage is virtually impossible most of the time. Wifi calling helps but how can I find out if there’s any plans for a increase in area coverage?

Why ask a customer to ring in when u know the lines are soo busy?

Half of St Albans has been without decent service since before Easter and your team can’t tell us when it’s going to be fixed
