    @EE I've been waiting 6days to get my old PAYG number transferred to a new SIM only monthly contract with you. The advisors I've spoken to have lied to me stating it will be done within 24 hrs. If this issue isn't sorted today I'm cancelling the contract. Really disappointed.

    @harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

    Shocking few days of service from @EE this past week. But fantastic customer service earlier on hooked up another wifi connection on the broadband which has speeded everythingback up. Normal life can now resume.

    @EE is there a problem with myee login as I’ve tried several times and keeps asking me to add product ? I’ve had my account for several years and don’t understand and 150 is utterly useless keep going through the process and then being told no one available and cutting me off !
