EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Mark Connolly (@macon1375) reportedAbsolutely shocking from @O2 today. Years of loyalty and 2 hours haggling still give me worse deals than a new customer….. who wants my business @ee @VodafoneUK
-
Dave (@_DaveCross_) reportedDear @O2 - your CS chat function is as hopeless as my 4/5G reception…And having your rep close it without resolving my issue is a tad suboptimal. Coverage for Leics/Northants is abysmal Even without a crystal ball, I can see @EE in my future
-
Victor Knight (@freakknight) reported@EE already in the EU, forgot to activate roaming and have tried by message and online. So far not working (getting signal but no data) already try to reset phone and change cellphone networks. And in PAYG and was using it in the UK just yesterday. Please an assist? Thanks
-
Reza Mohammady (@RezaMohammady_M) reported@EE Why are you not answering now ? Or this is just a bot to keep people busy? I want to know why I will be charged for the device I have already paid, including interest cause you have put that on a contract which you sent me a letter too late to cancel ?
-
Sam J (@samj2501) reported@EE @EE 40 minutes into a live chat trying to get this sent out still. Whoever decides your customer services scripts and strategy needs sacking immediately. Can’t wait for my contracts to run down to move elsewhere because you’re THE MOST frustrating company to try and deal with
-
sunshine2015 (@iconicdriver) reportedAfter 30 years with @EE t mobile and mercury decided to jump ship as the best deal they could offer was double the price of another provider. Guess it dont pay to be a loyal customer any more
-
Tobes (@theGrimey) reported@EE this is categorically unacceptable for your subcontractor @WeAreOpenreach to sabotage a customer like this - and neither is the apologetic shrug of the shoulders I got from your guides (nor the redundancy of your internal complaints procedure).
-
Don kk (@comm_triplev) reported@EE is the worst mobile network service provider in the UK. So fraudulent with incompetent customer service agents
-
Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported@EE 6 days left on my contract with a complaint with exec team, I've just rang up and been told its unfortunate @O2 have massively undercut you by £12 a month unfortunately I'm better moving to o2 what ****** customer service after 9 years, @Offcom need to look at you
-
Thomas O'Duffy (@ThomasODuffy) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.
