@EE I’m with EE and want to upgrade, but wow the price plans have gone crazy expensive, I can get the same phone and same plan on a different network for £30 less per month than what EE want to charge me for upgrading, guess I’m saying bye bye to EE.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

@EE why do you, as a supposed leader in the tech world, send out eSims by Snail Mail? I am still waiting for one. Surely there must be a more efficient way. And don’t suggest I go to a store. Your staff are rude and unhelpful.

@EE Tried that and service was poor, I have Zero WiFi in my garden (which i had with BT equipment) I can see all my neighbours WiFi signals but not my own despite having extenders at cost to you ! His answer its only for in the house !!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Just upgraded my deal with @ee. Part of that was a Honor X8a tablet. Set up done, including copying the stuff off my iPhone. Can't find any of it on the tablet. I've accessed @ee "Help", waded through 20 pages of problems and found nothing relevant. Waste of space!

@reb40 @EE Having the same problem with @EE at the moment. Even had a reply acknowledging my complaint but then they have done nothing again. Had multiple mobiles with them as well as broadband for years but just proof loyalty counts for nothing with some companies

We are in the middle of having the worst customer experience with BT/ee. @EE. @bt_uk This is a catalogue of disaster! We reported loss of broadband on 18th June. 2wks later, over10 phone calls, multiple engineers;they still are incapable of listening & fixing a simple problem
