@EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

@EE #5G #network EE has terrible 5G in London West End. Using my phone today in Covent Garden and it constantly drops calls. Internet is very slow. Had 4G and it was so much better. EE has deteriorated. Problems with EE 5G since I upgraded months ago.

@hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

@EE I won’t be staying with you once my phone contract ends. Last month I purchased a WiFi device on a plan I was told wasn’t a contract but could be stopped anytime. I decided to cancel within days as the WiFi quality was terrible. As I went in store to do so instead of online

I think it is time to leave @EE after many years of being a customer. They are clearly struggling and in my own situation things are just going from bad to worse, with random amounts now being taken out of my account and each attempt at intervention just creating a bigger problem
