@EE I've spoken to about 12 people from EE so far! Asked for a PAC code got a PUK code. Had to go back only to be told i can't have a PAC code for 24 hours and they will ring my EE phone (That never works as EE is always down) to give it to me. lol You can't make this stuff up.

@EE Reach the 12th month in April I think. Plan on going into a store to re-negotiate another year but as @virginmedia use your network and if they offer the same services then really comes down to paying less for receiving the same :) no hard feelings 😘

@EE The worst experience ever in my life in the UK with network provider ! Having sick member of family back home in Bulgaria and not able to call because I am seen as new customer that hasn’t proved his ability to pay two bills yet! What a disgrace! Wrong marketing! No to EE!

@EE Finally out of the store! Tablets/system.. they had to switch to the main computer but that was slow too.. think it was credit check was slow or problematic because it wasn’t working on the tablet 2/3 times.

@EE I’m working from home and trying to live teach but my connection is really bad! It keeps cutting out and I’m sitting right next to the router! If I leave the room then it doesn’t work at all - I don’t think this is good enough!

@EE day 4 of not having signal to send texts or make calls, now your coverage checker won’t work & the live chat doesn’t even let me get through to an agent it asks me to call which I can’t do!!! I’m furious about this and it’s is really hampering my ability to work from home.

@EE Thank you. Yes, I've already got a new number so no longer need EE one. Problem is, my EE SIM card is showing up with "SIM not provisioned" when I put it in my phone. I ordered a replacement SIM and have the same issue. Is this because I've not used the SIM in some time?

Hi @EE, I have just got my new pay as you go Sim Card with the selected pack of £15 for 30GB data, unlimited texts and calls, do I just go to top-up to activate that and select £15? Just want to be sure as it's different on my other network. Thanks.
