Dan Flynn (@DanWantsTech) reported from Twickenham, England
@EE I bought a Smart 5G Hub from your George Street, Richmond store and they suggested I should get 100-200mb on 5G as I live on the same street. I know mobile signal speed can vary, but I'm only getting 15-25mb on 5G during the day when I need it to work from home. Can you help?
-
Veena Patel (@VeenaPa42103967) reported from Croydon, England
@EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.
-
Jenny Sanders (@gothtink696) reported from Croydon, England
@EE can you please explain why when you try and load the page for upgrades there is always a problem saying it can't be found. I'm due for an upgrade and at the moment I can't see what deal I may want
-
Kerry Harrison (@kerrylou94) reported from Southall, England
@CaraLisette @EE Speak of the devil, I got the yearly increase from my HA. +£130 from April. Rent is capped at 7% by the government but they seem to have clawed the rest in "service charge". Of course, we have no service.

ELN 🇧🇷🇯🇵🇮🇱🇬🇧 (@israel63) reported from Poplar, England
@EE What stress is listing with EE customers service
-
Neil Higley (@NeilHigley) reported from Royal Kensington and Chelsea, England
@O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?
-
Ryan (@r_condy) reported from Camden Town, England
@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.
-
Rob Cockerton (@bertie_cee) reported from London, England
@MarcAllera absolutely exhausted with trying to end my contract with @EE I pay £105 a month which increases by £12 in april! Countless drop calls! Poor coverage yet my work colleagues on Tesco mobile laugh at me! I want to reduce my monthly bill but told I cannot
-
Cllr Paul Kohler🔶SW19 (@PaulKohlerSW19) reported from Merton, England
Given cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet

Rizwan Ahmed (@RizKundi) reported from Blackheath, England
@EE I am at Silvertown London E16 and your internet service is terrible since this weekend
-
Paul Durrant (@Leafs1201) reported from Bushey Heath, England
@EE I’m with EE and want to upgrade, but wow the price plans have gone crazy expensive, I can get the same phone and same plan on a different network for £30 less per month than what EE want to charge me for upgrading, guess I’m saying bye bye to EE.
-
IanEastLondon (@ianeastlondon) reported from City of London, England
I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

Ravi Dheer (@RaviDheer) reported from Camberwell, England
@EE this is getting a joke now. I am not even getting signal in my home. I live in Zone 2 in London. I would get more reception in a field in Mexico.
-
Tony Wiseman (@tonywiseman1976) reported from Camberwell, England
@EE You might be losing a customer this year…
-
Faisal M (@Faysal_noor) reported from London, England
@EE very poor signals (reception) coverage since last 10 days around Redbridge Station (IG1) area. Can you please rectify this as it’s causing so much issue and unable to make calls and use internet most of the time. Thank you
-
Steve N (@stevejax2003) reported from Eltham, England
@EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer
-
radz (@rtkosha) reported from Stratford, England

Are your phone lines down @EE I’ve been trying to call all day to give my notice on my contract phone and it keeps cutting me off 🤯
-
CookieDawg (@dawg_cookie) reported
@EE how can you write "we are not aware of any outages" hundreds of times and still not be aware of any outages. So frustrating to read as a customer. Both mobile and broadband have been almost non existent since Sunday.
-
Lee Stewart (@ls_1983) reported
@EE After 23 hours I would hope so, surely also a redundant question when you state you’ve fixed an issue already.
-
Jamie Taylor (@jamie_2127) reported
@EE “UK’s best network”! The broadband service you provide me with would suggest the opposite.
-
Weel! (@BigBobBubbka) reported
@LadyGemmaMassey @EE It’s their secret ploy. If you can’t phone them, you can’t cancel. More money for them!
-
CookieDawg (@dawg_cookie) reported
@EE @MeganLDN There are thousands of tweets of people saying they have had issues the last few days. It is so frustrating to read "we aren't aware of any outages" hundreds of times. You are going to loose lots of customers and look bloody stupid doing it.
-
Charlyann 💙 (@CharlyannBurton) reported
Anyone else got issues with @EE wifi? 😤😤
-
Tam (@tamo_321) reported
@EE I had no access to any internet yesterday from around 4pm, until this morning unless I was connected to wifi? I know you guys said there was no issue your end but there certainly was. You’re meant to be THE BEST! Hence me joining you
-
Denise 🦄💖🍰 (@Izziewizzy) reported
If #EE are the UK’s best network and can shave a man up the top of a remote mountain (tv advert), how is it that I get absolutely no signal whatsoever when I visit friends in North Norfolk -one of flattest parts of the UK…?!? 🤔 @EE
-
CookieDawg (@dawg_cookie) reported
@EE something is wrong your end, probably DNS servers. Playing dumb and blaming the social media sites being down, is incredibly frustrating to read as a paying customer for both Broadband and mobile data. Terrible strategy I'll find someone new thanks 👋
