    @EE Wifi router. I have been sent a brand new router in case that was the issue and had a technician come out. It was fine and then recently has been so slow but when I check the status there is a known problem in my area.

    @EE don't know what are you doing. I am registered with EE for several years, and now i can't make phone calls, it tells me network not registered. And don't tell me to call 150. Because i can't. Time to change network

    @EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

    @EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

    Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

    Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

    I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

    Absolutely DISGUSTED by @EE My husband has been a customer of yours for 20 years & today we found out you have issued a £1500 bill for his work data sim for 60gb which neither he (nor the company) knew didn't have a spend cap alert . Guess we'll eat only bread for a few months...

    @EE Well, I'm interested in knowing if a new customer can access the contract phone or you have to be on the network for a while. But it appears it doesn't matter since the phone comes with a sim yeah? And you can simply keep your number.. Right?

    @EE can anyone help at all...I'm trying to log into my account and it won't let me. Doesn't recognise my password. I've reset but it's not sending anything through. I need a receipt for my recent upgrade so that I can get my free Fitbit and I don't have one. Nothing was emailed?
