    @EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

    @EE I have been a customer for the last 20 years, I like to remain one but I feel to protect our democracy it’s important not to support those that aim to destroy it. That can be achieved by not advertising with them so please #DontFundGBNews

    @VodafoneUK So - in short - Vodafone UK doesn’t support Family Setup on Apple Watch. Any plans to do so in the future or do I need to take my plan to @EE instead?

    @mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

    @EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    @EE I’m messaging you on behalf of my mum who is paying way too much for her internet. Its slow, always buffing and disconnects at times. She is not happy with what she is receiving for the price she has to pay. Is there something you can do about this as an unsatisfied customer?

    Thanks to the customer support team at @EE who are prioritising the issue with my (shielding) father's internet connection. He depends on internet so much at the moment - including food shopping - and the response so far* has been really positive. *it's not fixed yet

    I was a loyal customer to @EE for 5 years then covid hits ***** my work up making me jobless fell behind on bills paid them all off and got up to date upgrade date due not allowed to upgrade then told to fully pay off my phone and tablet it’s £90 then to be told today it’s £249

    @henryiddon @EE Just spoke to them via WiFi calling there is planned maintenance in a few areas in Blackpool and an outage, been told should all be completed by 5pm 🤷🏼

    @EE I've just tried to upgrade early to the s21 ultra but the app crashed and told me the store isn't available after submitting payment details. I've had no confirmation email but the money is has left in my account. Can't seem to get through on the phones either. Can you help?

    @bt_uk @EE Our broadband is awful. At least 4 nights a week it drops, and today it’s dropped already 4 times. Not great when kids need it for home learning.
