@EE I’m with EE and want to upgrade, but wow the price plans have gone crazy expensive, I can get the same phone and same plan on a different network for £30 less per month than what EE want to charge me for upgrading, guess I’m saying bye bye to EE.

Anyone else having problems with the way @EE seem to measure monthly data use? EE are telling me I’m using significantly more -on average-and over a prolonged period- than I ever did on old @O2 contract (since switching: to save £1pcm) Nothing else has changed Over to you @EE

@MarcAllera @Qualcomm_EU @EE That’s all great Marc but if it takes your team weeks to fix a broken mast then it’s all a bit of waste of time, isn’t it? Half of St Albans has been without decent service since before Easter and your team can’t tell us when it’s going to be fixed

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

What the hell is going on with the iOS @EE app, constantly tells me it’s the wrong password when I’ve been using it successfully for months, the reset password email never comes through to me either

@EE How can I contact EE other than by phone? For a week phone calls have been dropping after a random amount of time (secs to mins), I cant make proper calls, website has said theres a problem in the area for over a week but no details about what or when it will be fixed

@EE disgusting customer service. Offer of new phone revoked despite trying to call and email to confirm. Was told I had to call back within 7 days even though I wasn’t told this. Advised manager would call me back 3 times… nothing. Customer of 30 years & this is how I’m treated.

@EE Broadband. 2 months of on off service, 2 calls, still no fix. Only been happening since my bill was dropped in price (which I appreciated at the time). Now waiting on an engineer to come this wkend
