    @EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    @EE are you having signal issues the last few weeks? Have gone from 4 to 1 bar on phone… not good, sometimes internet doesn’t even work despite it saying 4G

    @hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

    @mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

    Anyone else having problems with the way @EE seem to measure monthly data use? EE are telling me I’m using significantly more -on average-and over a prolonged period- than I ever did on old @O2 contract (since switching: to save £1pcm) Nothing else has changed Over to you @EE

    @EE huge mistake sticking with EE when my phone contract was due a renewal. CONSTANT issues with 'problem near home'.... 'your operator has turned off SIM1'. You led me to believe previous issues I had were due to the age of my phone. Apparently #ItsNotMeItsYou 😡😡😡

    @EE why are you still billing me? I switched to Vodafone for home broadband on 10 Jun so my EE service should have been cancelled when it was switched over to Vodafone… I would love to call 150 but waiting for over 35 mins to ask this question is a waste of my time!

    @EE Thanks Olivia. The trouble is my meds make me drowsy. Very drowsy. Talking to customers while sounding like I've just sank my 15th point isn't a good look. Looking for fixed shifts, just want to make sure @EE can offer it. Don't want to waste HR time. Cheers.

    @EE This was measured inside of our home. The signal and the speed is really bad. Overloaded mast and lack of investment. At my work, the story is the same. Your and O2 are both in the bag. Useless.
