@EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

For the second time I get conned by @ee Ipswich store. Upgrade a phone & they sell me a phone without enough storage for my apps. When the data switch from my phone doesn’t work in the shop they blame the poor WiFi & it will work when I get home. It doesn’t & back to shop I go

@BTP I tried to contact you via your 61016 short txt number yesterday. The message would not send and I have been in contact with my provider, @EE. They have stated there is a known issue which means messages will not be sent from some customers. Thought you should know.
