@EE I’ve recently upgraded to an iPhone 13 from an iPhone 8 and my 4g is awful, never had a problem with my old phone. Bit weird seeing as EE say they have the best 4g network available. Even with 4g video just buffers. Any ideas please?

@MarcAllera @TutelaTech @EE You still haven’t fixed the issue where users are staying stuck on 4G when 5G is available (seems to be related to Wi-Fi calling). Just search EE 5G on Twitter and you will see so many users effected including myself for over a week. EE Support hasn’t been helpful at all.
