  @EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

  @EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

  @virginmedia have the worst customer service I know of... @EE & @SkyHelpTeam are SO much better. I messaged Virgin at 10:30 on Thursday, as a very longstanding customer & waited over an hour for them on the phone before giving up. At 5:30pm Friday, they still have not replied!

  Due to @EE complete and utter failings I am unable to stream till Friday. This means I have to cancel the TF2 stream that people booked time away from work to be a part of. I am incredibly sorry for this and I hope to be back soon

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!
