  @EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

  @mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

  @EE I switched from 3 to EE sim only. EE made a complete mess of the deal. EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. They caused me a lot of trouble. I called them and was told they need 3 days to fix the blunder; pathetic

  @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners

  @EE Thanks but I can't call from my mobile as there's no signal and my landline package (which I resent having to pay for but have to have because of the lack of signal) doesn't include calls to 07nnn numbers.
