    @EE been trying to sort out adding numbers to my new account for no less than 2 months now, with no success. Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

    @EE Haven't issue with my upgrade being delivered. DPD say you didn't put the house humber, you guys are saying I need to wait for it to come back to your depot, then I need to reorder. Not sure why the onus is one me, and how am I supposed to know when it is back?

    Hey @EE why is it so difficult to get in touch with anyone! I moved from O2 to you guys years ago because I wasn't happy with their customer service, but my recent upgrade experience with you has been really poor! Just another faceless corporation, ripping off the little guy 😔

    @MarkusGerstel @EE Ugh. I had mobile broadband with them in about 2014. It was terrible and they double-counted data - I was paying for 20 GB but only getting 10 GB. Cancelled it, unplugged it, etc. Months later they called for non-payment - account was not cancelled after all. 1/2
