    @O2 Any plans on enabling sms over wifi calling? I used to be with @EE and I could call and sms with wifi calling but seems your network only supports calls?

    @tescomobile I'll be shopping around when I leave @EE in June, though I'm happy with the service, the rises are steep. Fancied another Pixel but you don't do that at the moment.

    @EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

    @EE Very disappointed with your female members of staff today Feltham store. Rude & confrontational demanding that I respect her when she wasn't listening to my issue. You need to update your website to say that store collections need valid photo ID. You're loosing 4 contracts.

    @EE It will never be sorted. Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. She has no such signal issues. Thanks anyway.

    Becomes ill or has a fall. So she has to risk going out in a pandemic and potentially contracting a virus that would likely kill her if she caught it because they "can't help her" and won't let us help. I'd you want a phone I'd definitely recommend avoiding @EE

    @EE it has been more than 20 days that the reception is almost nonexistent in our area! (1 bar only!) and we are constantly being told that the company is aware of the problem and it will be solved soon! So, this is the award-winning service that you promise?!?!

    @EE wonders how I can have a £60pm contract but can’t use it to call from home!!! And then be told to the resolution is to use WiFi !!!!! Why should I use WiFi when I have a 4g contract with you I pay for to be able to use my phone!!!!!!!!!!

    Fantastic service from @EE tonight upgrading my phone. No hassle and so easy to do. 200gb data, Apple Music for the duration of my contract. All for £17.50 a month :-)

    Apparently UK mobile network @EE (a) don't monitor their social media account, and (b) don't maintain the RFC-mandated security mailboxes. Eventually found a 4-digit phone number to contact, but they don't make it easy.
