@EE as most places are open except for EE. It’s a bloody joke that your customers can’t speak to someone on the phone when you do a live chat they can’t help you so please explain if that is a way to run a business.

@EE I am a 20yr+ customer of EE since the days of Orange. Ive never missed a payment, always renewed contracts and have been a fiercely loyal customer. This is the 1st time I have asked for help from a company I trusted to be told 'There is nothing we can do for you'. #leavingEE

@EE Hi, I’d like to know how my 83 year old mum has been sold an 18 month broadband contract, from my bank account, when she only popped in for mobile help. Complaint raised, no response, but you’re already started billing me. Impressive, she only popped in last Saturday!

@EE Hi yes please, I have 1 bar of signal then drops out as soon as I get a call I have a 4G plan but only ever get 3G (nothing loads) I report all the time do all the steps get told there is no problem with the mast etc but no improvement. I don’t get any signal in my house at all.

@EE what is the point in having a 5G phone with unlimited data if I keep getting 'Problem near home' notices and am basically not even getting 3G quality. 8 problems in the last 3 weeks alone. Certainly not getting the service I'm paying for.
