    @EE #5G #network Same unreliable useless EE 5G service. I am in London West End and calls keep dropping, internet slow. Phone showing 3G signal. 4G was better. EE network service is going backwards. 👎🏻

    @hindleyoung @EE @MarcAllera As somebody who used to work for them, that makes me really sad. Unfortunately we got bought by BT, who promised not to screw us up, and then, erm, did. That’s why I left. Marc is a good guy though, so I hope he will fix things for you.

    @EE I’m messaging you on behalf of my mum who is paying way too much for her internet. Its slow, always buffing and disconnects at times. She is not happy with what she is receiving for the price she has to pay. Is there something you can do about this as an unsatisfied customer?

    @EE #5G #network EE has terrible 5G in London West End. Using my phone today in Covent Garden and it constantly drops calls. Internet is very slow. Had 4G and it was so much better. EE has deteriorated. Problems with EE 5G since I upgraded months ago.

    @EE I have been a customer for the last 20 years, I like to remain one but I feel to protect our democracy it’s important not to support those that aim to destroy it. That can be achieved by not advertising with them so please #DontFundGBNews

    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    @EE Hi Stacey - sorry for the late reply - I’m already in contract with O2 unfortunately - and I know EE have great coverage - I was with BT mobile for a while, EE wouldn’t accept my sim only application so I joined O2 (worst choice I’ve ever made!)

    @WrightLights1 @EE There will also be smaller companies that use EE network. ID Mobile for example use 3. So if you Google which companies use EE network you might get a better deal but still be actually using EE.

    @MarcAllera @EE I've been on the phone for more than 2 hours and nobody can sort my insurance claim. I've explained my problem to 7 different people and still no solution. Customer service totally unacceptable.
