Internet is very slow. Had 4G and it was so much better. EE has deteriorated. Problems with EE 5G since I upgraded months ago.

EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. They caused me a lot of trouble. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.
