    @EE been trying to sort out adding numbers to my new account for no less than 2 months now, with no success. Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

    Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

    @Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

    @EE serious question. How many outages do I have to experience before I can get early termination on my contract without penalty . Whilst I know this week has been hard the SA33 area a[pears to have at least 1 every week and don’t start me on how slow the service is on weekends.
