@Camden_Paul @EE I had a similar issue with them a few months back with the kids phones, the broadband wasn’t working at home and the EE engineer couldn’t fix it so they were ‘gifted’ 20gb each until it was fixed. Luckily I checked as they’d billed me for each, over £200!!!

Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

@EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.

@EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

@EE I understand prices need to increase & it isn’t the amount that’s the issue. It just feels a bit distasteful doing it now. EE could have put inflation on top now and the rest when the world returns to some sort of normality. It won’t affect me but I can imagine many others will
