@EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

@EE @ohsebsebseb EE help admitted to me couple weeks ago that there is known problem with Pixel 6/Pro which can get stuck on 5G with no data & no auto-switch from 5G to 4G. I'm still waiting as to when will be fixed, or a replacement mobile (Samsung!) as paying for 5G contract that doesn't work!

@EE I spoke to 150 and they couldn’t solve the problem, I had to go to an EE store with photo ID. I know phone failures like I had are rare, but could @EE warn people that this might be a problem if they choose to have an eSIM?

I have to say that the worst thing I have ever done is leave @EE and go to @ThreeUK I am now stuck in a contract until 2024 with a phone that the coverage is non-existent 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 roll on 2024!!!!
