@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

@EE guys stay as far as possible from EE before you know it they will find a way to rip you off I should have gone for Vodaphone they provide the best customer service and no hidden charges. Trust me now they say I was send statements I am so disappointed 😎

@EE It's a massive dead zone. I'm wondering when it's going to be repaired and what's happening The post code KT80HP can be used as a reference. This whole area is down and there's been no communication about it from EE. I switched from 3 for better service. And so far it's horrid.

@EE you’ve sold 4G WiFi without the ability 2 top up or administer the account. Ur phone reps can’t help. The top up page on desktop site has an error and the mobile site sends me into a ‘set up your device’ loop. Can someone contact me ASAP I work from home!

@Steven_duff @EE @virginmedia Glasgow is in Scotland dude, just find it really poor that at home i get 1mb -5mb download speeds, and when in Glasgow i get 139mb d/load.... crazy we pay the same amount for a much much lesser service

@O2 the signal on the Isle of Wight has deteriotated over the last 3 months.Shows 4G but no data or signal in many places . I’ve been with you for several years but this is unacceptable for the monthly fee you charge. Many people have the same issue Is it time to switch to @EE?
