    @EE why does it take a customer to go onto twitter to finally call a customer, why can’t they just call the customer when he has been promised that some would call you no loyalty to customer anymore

    .@EE's network in London really is questionable. I've had to rely more on WiFi here than anywhere in Sydney and that's from a country that brought you the NBN

    @EE One of the worst companies I have dealt with and owned by BT too Loyalty to them appears to mean not one jot But loyalty is a 2 way door so I'll let my dreadful contract run out & walk away All they do is take take take #shockingcustomercare @MartinSLewis @BriTisHTeleCOmz

    @EE EE have completely messed up my bill again I just can’t believe it’s dressing me out , £129 for 1 month when I have unlimited minutes unlimited txts and unlimited Data I rang customer service she’s confused aswel so I don’t know what to do

    @EE That’s a shame, I had Virgin and Sky at the same time before though so I thought I’d check. I think it’s just a rolling contract although it’s the worst, so maybe I’ll cancel soon.

    So @EE Im an unhappy customer I pay circa £50 a month for a mediocre phone & contract I have 11 months left on my contract & feel Im being taken for granted Im very dissapointed & dissatisfied I would not recommend your company Do the right thing #MobilePhones #EE #poorservice

    @EE you need to give PRIORITY to the people who have registered interest in the ps5 re release and received nothing. It’s so unfair that I have had nothing twice now and just been told “that’s odd are you sure you did it” yes I am sure. Poor service not a happy customer😡

    @Jenjax31 @EE @dieselwaster If your money has been taken and you’ve had no emails or contact to state otherwise, I really wouldn’t worry if I were you. Should be with you by the 15th.. those who had problems with their orders were notified within a couple of days. x

    @NickR72564350 @EE They not handled this good at all, it's happened to alot of EE customers. I dont feel PS or the EE & other stores hav handle this low stock issue wel at all. They are part to blame for the higher priced consoles on Ebay. 😡😡 should never of been released so few consoles.
