EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • londonboyjohn John Hearson (@londonboyjohn) reported from Bradford, England

@ianjk23 @EE Drop it down to 4G and test mate, edge of 5G area csn be worse than 4G.

  • PcPcole44 Peter Cole (@PcPcole44) reported

@EE I don't think transparency or direct contact with customers is the issue. It's the level of increase at around 15% that is appalling.

  • FeralMother44 🫶🏼Sarah ‘Hope Is Everything’ Dalton🫶🏼 (@FeralMother44) reported

@Beth_Tastic @EE Really? Mine just went down by a pound but with better benefit’s for my PAYG monthly contract.

  • sjjenki Sarah Jenkinson (@sjjenki) reported

After being a loyal customer for over 20 years it’s seem wrong that @EE can’t give me a good deal on a mobile. Looks like I will be leaving and heading over to an different supplier.

  • Marina_Berry Marina Berry (@Marina_Berry) reported

@Davidro30935132 @JPWR_1984 @EE You do yes. But I would rather get out of it and pay the one off fee because this for me is more about the principle of being with a provider who think it’s ok to whack on almost £13 a month, just bad I think.

  • LadyCharlieA Charlie (@LadyCharlieA) reported

@EE If customers rely on you more than ever, then isn’t raising the prices the worst thing you could do? The most in need will be forced to go without. I know your profits and you do not need to be raising prices. How can you justify this @MarcAllera? @MartinSLewis

  • spike7307 Spike7307 (@spike7307) reported

@EE how the hell can you justify the huge price increases for existing customers!?! Absolutely criminal to treat people like this!

  • FleabagSilverm1 Hedwig Wendell-Crumb (@FleabagSilverm1) reported

@EE have raised both my broadband bill & my phone bill. They tell customers to contact them for support if needed. I contacted them to let them know I won't be able to afford medication if my bills increase. They offered me no support. They just told me to contact @Ofcom !

  • s_wood1972 Shane Wood (@s_wood1972) reported

@EE absolutely scandalous call ref. upgrade. Upfront fee of £600-700!!! App shows no upfront fee. UKs best network!!!! You're disgraceful, absolute rip-off merchants. See ya, custom definitely lost after that performance. #shameful

  • Beth_Tastic Beth 💙 (@Beth_Tastic) reported

@EE Except here’s the thing Caroline , I’m a vulnerable customer myself, which EE are aware of & here I am with over £10 a month increase so how is that protecting me as a customer exactly?
