@EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

@EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

@EE I won’t be staying with you once my phone contract ends. Last month I purchased a WiFi device on a plan I was told wasn’t a contract but could be stopped anytime. I decided to cancel within days as the WiFi quality was terrible. As I went in store to do so instead of online

I think it is time to leave @EE after many years of being a customer. They are clearly struggling and in my own situation things are just going from bad to worse, with random amounts now being taken out of my account and each attempt at intervention just creating a bigger problem
