@ianpatterson99 @EE In their own statement they said that the charges were "to support investment into our UK based customer service and leading UK network". So are the charges due to regulation if so that statement is a lie. @EE know that they can get £28 out of everyone for a 2 week break

@EE Reintroducing roaming charges? That's not the way to treat your costumers, my contract is up for renewal in august and if you go ahead with this I will not be staying with EE as I use my phone abroad on a regular bases and will not be tied to a inclusive expensive contract

So, a week after taking out a new contract with @EE, they’ve now decided to start charging for roaming in EU countries except ROI Luckily our contract is signed for 2 years so it can’t be broken without a penalty…right?
-
Luke Young
(@lukeayoung) reported
@EE disappointing to see EE is going back on their word re; roaming charges, especially when your competitors are still allowing a capped service within the EU. Can you confirm that the Jan ‘22 date is when all customers will be migrated to this new policy? Many thanks!

@EE @peterlillie Radical idea... maybe let shareholders take less in their dividend payments and then use that to invest? There you go, problem solved. You're welcome.
