@EE what is going on? Can't connect to the App, my 5G is just about getting 3Mbs. The service is supposed to be the best coverage in the country. I live in London and I feel like I have dial up speeds. Sort it out. I'm sick of this, it's constantly happening. No I won't DM you

Given cost of living crisis should @EE adopt @VodafoneUK’s approach on phone/airtime deals by setting up 2 contracts: 1. An open ended one for the phone service 2. A handset repayment plan, not subject to CPI increases, which automatically ends once paid off? Please retweet

  • bertie_cee Rob Cockerton (@bertie_cee) reported from London, England

@MarcAllera absolutely exhausted with trying to end my contract with @EE I pay £105 a month which increases by £12 in april! Countless drop calls! Poor coverage yet my work colleagues on Tesco mobile laugh at me! I want to reduce my monthly bill but told I cannot

  • DanWantsTech Dan Flynn (@DanWantsTech) reported from Twickenham, England

@EE I bought a Smart 5G Hub from your George Street, Richmond store and they suggested I should get 100-200mb on 5G as I live on the same street. I know mobile signal speed can vary, but I'm only getting 15-25mb on 5G during the day when I need it to work from home. Can you help?

  • tonywiseman1976 Tony Wiseman (@tonywiseman1976) reported from Camberwell, England

  • doberguy53 Matthew 🇬🇧 (@doberguy53) reported from Paddington, England

@ee EE 5G is useless. I wish I could turn it off and use their 4G network. It's slow and intermittent anywhere in the country.

  • RaviDheer Ravi Dheer (@RaviDheer) reported from Camberwell, England

@EE this is getting a joke now. I am not even getting signal in my home. I live in Zone 2 in London. I would get more reception in a field in Mexico.

  • tykeharvey T y k e (@tykeharvey) reported from Worcester Park, England

@ee 5G is worse than there 4G it never blood loads anything

  • ThemoonIHATEYOU Paul Dunne (@ThemoonIHATEYOU) reported from London, England

@EE for the last few days my broadband keeps cutting out, very frustrating....is there a problem or is it the equipment you've provided?

  • Leafs1201 Paul Durrant (@Leafs1201) reported from Bushey Heath, England

@EE I’m with EE and want to upgrade, but wow the price plans have gone crazy expensive, I can get the same phone and same plan on a different network for £30 less per month than what EE want to charge me for upgrading, guess I’m saying bye bye to EE.

  • richardfoster1 Richard Foster (@richardfoster1) reported from London, England

@bt_uk just switched over to BT broadband (with @EE ) but no internet. Equipment worked fine on precious EE connection… help!

  • r_condy Ryan (@r_condy) reported from Camden Town, England

@EE can you please explain why when you try and load the page for upgrades there is always a problem saying it can't be found. I'm due for an upgrade and at the moment I can't see what deal I may want

  • kerrylou94 Kerry Harrison (@kerrylou94) reported from Southall, England

@CaraLisette @EE Speak of the devil, I got the yearly increase from my HA. +£130 from April. Rent is capped at 7% by the government but they seem to have clawed the rest in "service charge". Of course, we have no service.

  • ianeastlondon IanEastLondon (@ianeastlondon) reported from City of London, England

I’ve just had the pleasure of talking to @EE customer services. The person I spoke to kept insisting that the government set inflation and that EE have no choice about increasing their prices. Apparently the government makes them. Duh.

  • NeilHigley Neil Higley (@NeilHigley) reported from Royal Kensington and Chelsea, England

@O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

@rich_atkins @Faymondo73 @EE I would have thought it is at very least having a look through the t&cs. There’s an obligation to protect the customer. I remember years ago when orange made a rise which broke the terms, essentially every employee cancelled their contracts haha

  • Gracey1970 Craig Gracey (@Gracey1970) reported

Looks like I’ll be ending my 25 yr business relationship with the delightful @EE who have just emailed me confirming they want to increase by bills by 14.4%. The company used to have a brilliant customer service policy now they’re a horrid corporation. I’ll be voting with my feet

@DanMJCrisp @Faymondo73 @EE Hello mate! Me too, its been a long time...I'd imagine the clause was written when CPI or whatever was in tiny % hence the CPI+3% thing. To now stare down the barrel of a 13/14% hike is shocking, must leave a right to cancel at that, shirley.
