    @EE Thank you. Your team member was great. My mum was on the train home and couldn't call herself, and my stepdad's phone kept losing signal, so I had to on her behalf. I was afraid this was going to be a problem but he was very sympathetic and sorted it out.

    I’m very disappointed in the service we have received by @EE for the last 2 weeks, regarding one of the stores, and customer service on the phone..... I don’t understand why EE has gone down hill they are the best network or should I say not the best network anymore 😡

    @EE I do not appreciate that EE passing the buck to BT when it is clearly your mask at the location is malfunctioning when both EE and BT customers are facing the same issue.

    @EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

    @Ofcom you may want to check @EE new unlimited data plans and their misselling of them. They claim you can gift 100GB but they don’t tell you until after that if you use data, that reduces your giftable allowance. Clear misselling here and even the @ee customer services agree!

    Great work @EE you send me a text to tell me my phone is ready to collect, I take time out of my work day to pick it up and the store tell me it’s not there. Considering the network issues I’ve had for he last 4 months, I really don’t know why I’ve signed up for another 24 months

    @O2 I’ve done this about 15 times. It’s multiple postcodes. It’s not specific to one location. You can’t fix it. What would be ideal is if you could release us from our contract so we can go back to @EE or @VodafoneUK who have provided us with much better coverage in the past.

    @O2 Yep same problem we’ve had from start. Seems crazy that you can sell a contract for a 4G (even 5G) phone, then issue one that doesn’t provide those services but still expect to have the (unfulfilled) contract honoured. For context had to buy a PAYG @EE handset to work on move

    @EE Its the waiting that is the issue so i thought id check the 2020 model and its £20 more per month to take that than the new model with cost

    @EE Secondhand LG ks360 plus it never unlocked my phone no ee or T-Mobile sim worked even though it was sold from Cex as “ee” only prompted a pin unlock when inserting a Vodafone sim. Think I blocked it in the end and gave up.

    @EE Hiya. Nearest store in wales is in Llandudno. Website says upgrade only if the phone is not working. Is this still the case and do you have to make an appointment?
