    @virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

    @EE @CollieGoLightly That doesn't work @EE I finally was able to start a message at 3.20pm and was told someone would reply- didn't get anything back and then you shut at 8pm. So something isn't working in your system atm!

    The past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isn’t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

    @EE Really customer service on EE, when you say you no service can’t receive or ma any calls. No bars showing on your phone! You have frustrated customer. She says she been online and on the phone all day! What would be your next question? 🤔 So you can’t call any number ?🙀

    @EE i’ve been trying to get help with unlocking my phone and I’m not getting anywhere. So now i have a phone that I can’t use any other Sim card on it because it’s locked although i have finished paying off the contract and i did DM @EE and they ignoring me 🤬😡

    Just a heads up i ain't paying my bill for a service I ain't receiving @EE mid September the issue will be fixed. Then mid September you are getting my payment and even then i want that wiped off!!!!

    @EE hi, I have broken my iPad- it was sat on accidentally at a funny angle. Screen is totally smashed and back is bent and has a small crack. I don't have insurance but it is still under warranty I think..... are you able to fix it?? Or am I screwed??

    @EE I am a longstanding EE customer.I made an order yesterday for a sim upgrade for my phone.Given order confirmed by email.This morning got message to call EE, provide a bit more information to complete the order. Rang number and was kept on hold for 30 minutes then gave up.

    @EE I pay my bill on time EVERYTIME but I’ve had nothing but problems since I moved house in May! Now my router is stuck on red & I’ve tried EVERYTHING 😭 think it’s time I looked at changing broadband & phone once contract is up!!

    I know it won't happen @ee but please bring back the old mobile app. This one new sucks. It's so much harder to share data and that's if it works without the constant errors we're facing. It's also glacially slow!

    @EE Turns out transferring an EE number on an eSIM to an EE physical PAYG SIM is not possible. I mean, technology-wise pretty sure it is (after working in the industry) but EE can't/won't do it. Anyway, I'm in UAE and I'm f*cked without my phone. So trying to figure out a solution...
