    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume itโ€™s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    @EE EE have completely messed up my bill again I just canโ€™t believe itโ€™s dressing me out , ยฃ129 for 1 month when I have unlimited minutes unlimited txts and unlimited Data I rang customer service sheโ€™s confused aswel so I donโ€™t know what to do

    @EE Very disappointed with your female members of staff today Feltham store. Rude & confrontational demanding that I respect her when she wasn't listening to my issue. You need to update your website to say that store collections need valid photo ID. You're loosing 4 contracts.

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    @EE I tried that through automated chat but all they said was the signal strength in my area was ok but tried to explain its every area i go to its really poor but the person didnt seem to understand what i was suggesting

    @EE I rang on the 6th and told you when the issue for me first started - itโ€™s not just today I canโ€™t connect. I pay a lot every month for the โ€œplusโ€ service for the abroad element and itโ€™s not worked for almost two weeks

    @_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.

    @scriobh @EE I would recommend you get someone in to check your aerial. Usually a signal fault or faulty tv amp.
