    Disgusted @EE I have been a customer since 2008 & decided to get broadband. Have been left without internet for 2weeks Told I had an appointment 8-1 today & no one turned up so leaving & changing my mobile contract! Useless customer service! #ee #avoidee #terriblecustomerservice

    @EE It will never be sorted. Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. She has no such signal issues. Thanks anyway.

    @EE Iโ€™ve tried twice in two daysโ€™ running to perform the simple task of dropping off a phone at the Richmond store so that it can be sent off for repair. Your system is down for the second day running - this just isnโ€™t good enough!

    @EE Hi just an update, I spoke with one of your Newcastle based colleagues around 11am this morning and she said she would send me a code in an email so I could access the MyEE service in order to top up data on my iPad, Iโ€™ve still not received this code either via text or email 1/2

    @NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time Iโ€™ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if Iโ€™m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

    @EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

    @EE I tried more than once, never managed to get a person without your automation ending the call and now raised a complaint as well. Not good enough, a vulnerable consumer would be highly distressed by this apauling service

    @MichelleBeckett I had a similar problem with @EE, they stuck to their terms and conditions like glue, I only had one request and that was they inform a senior person of the situation, I didn't even want them to concede, just be aware of the issue, they point blank refused. I've had 5 contracts with them for about 6 years now. As each one ends I'm going elsewhere on principle now.

    DO NOT EVER BECOME A CUSTOMER OF @virginmedia THEIR NETWORK IS UNSTABLE AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. THEY WEASEL OUT OF DELIVERING A SERVICE BY SAYING THEY ONLY GUARANTEE ONE PART OF IT AND CHARGING THE EXIT FEE. THE ยฃ28M @Ofcom FINE WAS 100% DESERVED. LOOKING AT MOVING TO @EE

    @EE @davehill62 Good luck getting through to a member of the team. I became a customer a month ago and still having set up issues. Constantly referred to the AI bot when I call which is useless. How do I get in touch with a person @EE ? This is super frustrating.
