    Can I just say a massive thank you to @Ecclesiastical and @EE. After someone I was trying to help stole my mobile phone from the desk in the Vicarage study, EE sorted the blocking and blacklisting in minutes as well as proof of purchase and I already have a phone on its way!

    @EE **** service I came asking about this today and tour customer service near bank was appalling. “Only available on contract, £60 not less” that’s the response I got. Disgraceful
