I called them and was told they need 3 days to fix the blunder; pathetic

Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

Oratoba (@oratoba) reportedSo @EE are axing their micro-cell service soon. They suggested using wifi-calling instead. Wifi calling can be really temperamental sometimes - So right now, I have 1 bar cell signal and no ability to make calls. Slow clap there for EE.
