    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    If anyone has bought a phone fr @EE I would open it and check. Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    Very disappointed with @EE . Have not had any signal at my flat and place of work for nearly a year now . Apparently it’s part of the contract I signed. #fraud

    @EE well done for calling me back on date and time agreed and offering options. Let’s hope the signal will get better after works concluded. I will wait for another month or two and then make a decision about my broadband.

    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    Oh what joy paying for the pleasure and expense of having a EE 5 g mobile phone then look at the signal on the screen and it says 3G eeer something thing is wrong here @EE

    @EE Absolutely shocking service from @EE phone dropping out during calls ,slow connection, and maximum 2 bar connection in a major city. All tests done and a faulty phone is the problem. 10 months into a 24 month contract any you just wash your hands with a phone under warranty !

    @EE Apparently it’s iCloud storage I used to pay for extra but when I up graded to customer care guy said I shouldn’t need extra as this has enough room and I don’t know how to save my photos onto a USB ~ in case I loose all my pics
