@EE I was informed I would be called at 6.30pm today by technical support today and even given a name. Call was recorded and I came home extra early from work, but yet again you have considerably failed to stick to your word and meet the needs of your customer!!!

@EE I have been through this process 15 times. It is as bright green as it ever can be. Glowing green like your logo. We have had technical support teams and change bandwidth and do all sorts of remote testing and it has never worked..

@EE went to ur Croydon shop to get an new iPhone. After 1.5 hours of going through the process (as a poor trainee was having difficulty) we were told we couldn’t get one.The manager Daniela didn’t give an apology&was extremely rude. Thanks for wasting our Sunday. Shocking service

@EE are you aware that reception in Bromley is awful. Constant call drops and and intermittent data service. It’s normally pretty bad, but today it’s unusable.

Hi @EE - just wanted to let you know about their truly awful experience I have had with DPD. I will be receiving my phone a week after it was due to arrive. Their customer service team have lied to me on 3 consecutive days about its delivery.

@EE Come on...you can't defend this.... The performance is poor and certainly not what a 4g user would expect. You should've providing more bandwidth to share in known busy places... If I was out in the countryside or in the lake District I a could understand but not as KX station

@EE I bought the phone off @EE and pay £180approx a month to @EE so think I’m well within my right to get you to fix this and give me a loan phone! @Apple require appointments etc which is not ideal

@EE Hi sarahjane, yes I have and the deal wasn’t as good. I appreciate what you say about service etc, but that’s how I feel about loyalty, otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed with Ee for over 20 years! I don’t use half the benefits you mention so maybe it’s time to look elsewhere

@EE I've been asked to fix one of my relatives computers, its coming in with reports its not starting up at all, I suspect a failing hardware but in order for me to fix it, I need to know what make and model it is so I can take action accordingly

@EE @VidarTattoo Can you explain why it doesn’t belong to an existing conversation from EE. It is anonymous and looks entirely suspicious. Couldn’t EE afford a more appropriate messaging service. So scammers were rather more exposed. If we can’t tell it’s EE that’s great for rooks!
