@EE So.... @EE say they’re working on the prob. (Pretty much what they told me 10 yrs ago) I told them that it was BS. Not heard a peep from them — over 24hrs later! Appalling phone service matched w/ appalling customer service. Well, I suppose they’re consistent... @ThanetCouncil

@EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

@EE your service and worth a ****. 6 years to long that I’ve been on this ****** network. How can you possible live in London and this age of technology and you constantly struggle to get a decent reception to your phone. I pay to much for my contract so ******* sort it out 🤬

@EE Hi Olivia, how does network usage increase by 10% in a year? Do EE have any stats to back that up? I know you just work the social media, so my question also applies to you - will they increase your salary? Or are they just thieving for 'profits'. 10% is just a ridiculous amount.

Hey @studentbeans I’m still waiting on a response as to why my discount didn’t work on @EE contract. They told me to email you for help and you’d be able to verify it with them but your email response told me to do it online.
