    @EE don't know what are you doing. I am registered with EE for several years, and now i can't make phone calls, it tells me network not registered. And don't tell me to call 150. Because i can't. Time to change network

    @EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

    I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

    Highly disappointed with @EE’s #broadband #support. About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Another engineer and I’m out!

    According to the @EE coverage checker I should have 'excellent' signal indoors and out yet I never get more than one bar of signal, so frustrating.

    @EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

    @EE you have worst costumer service! You decide to deactivate my SIM card without warning, add to borrow a phone to talk with C S . I was told that a SIM card was on the way, THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO. @CTSI_UK

    @EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

    Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

    @EE I have EE WIFI MINI Mobile Broadband and it has stopped working. Can You Help me ? I am Housebound and Disabled ,Rely on my Internet 100% and Can Not Use a Phone ,so I can ONLY Make Contact vie email /Online etc... I am using my Sim card in my Old Osprey Dongle.

    Clearly @kevinbacon is laughing in the @ee advert for getting us to sign up to a network that’s service is touch and go at best. TopTip: don’t have ur cell and broadband with the same provider when they have issues ur buggered!

    @EE They won’t speak to me as I’m not the account holder. So the only way to keep my number and stay on EE is to buy a pay as you go sim and phone? That seems a bit ridiculous. It’s looking easier just to go to another network which i don’t really want to do but might have to
