@EE Yes, I am. However, due to a very poor service and support for Broadband since switching to @EE, I would like to cancel out of this contract, without early termination charges, as I did not originally intend to breach the contract. It’s the poor service forcing me out.

@EE Give it to care workers as well. I am not a care worker, but use on my phone, and to be frank it is an excellent service wouldn't go anywhere else. (Been with you so long you were orange when my wife and I joined)

I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

From my perspective this highlights how big companies like @EE need to work harder on their customer experience. They are prioritising processes over people rather than being customer-centric and finding a solution that leaves them happy.

@EE Hi, my tweet didn't get a reply. My broadband isn't offering a stable connection, with the corollary effect that I can't work from home effectively. I would like a bill reduction this month as I shouldn't pay full price for a second rate service.

@EE both my wife and I are on your network, phones setup correctly (roaming and any service provider enabled) and we just visited Turkey and couldn't use the link you sent to get data (via data or WiFi). Very disappointing and this really hindered/damaged our holiday! 👎👎👎

This is a long rant about @EE the service is diabolical, literally tried to change the sim card from DD to PAYG ! No options on the app to do so without having to speak to someone via 150, so much hassle, tried to then cancel the direct debit via the same route! To no avail,
