@EE my earpiece on my mobile isn't working. I can't hear a thing when receiving incoming calls. I've been told I can take it back to store to get fixed and have a loan phone but yet 3 of my local stores don't have any. I can't go without a phone. Help me please....

@EE how do I cancel my contract. Due to an ongoing issue with coverage. I have spoken to your call centre let's not go into that. I live in Carshalton in Surrey. However its not getting resolved so I would like out thank you. It's been over a year now no end in sight.

Day of contrasting customer service experiences. @jlandpcustserv (3rd party) engineers drove off without ringing bell, @ee mess up a number change (but sort it out well), @AmazonUK confuses keyboards and toilet paper and is completely useless about it. And @AmexUK is excellent

So @EE Im an unhappy customer I pay circa £50 a month for a mediocre phone & contract I have 11 months left on my contract & feel Im being taken for granted Im very dissapointed & dissatisfied I would not recommend your company Do the right thing #MobilePhones #EE #poorservice

@EE even though your technical department admitted where i work is in a black spot, and had to put up with a year of not getting the service i pay for, still charged me £80 to cancel my contract only, even though been a customer for 13 years!! Im One un satisfied former customer!

Sitting at Leftfield waiting for Asylums and leeching off the EE WiFi. @ThreeUK's coverage I woeful. Can't phone anyone, can't text anyone. It's been bad before but this year is especially poor. If I get a ticket in October I might have to switch to @EE in time for 2023.

@EE Responding 24 hours after is not a sign that you “understand how important it is to be connected.” Two days of poor service in Peckham as also reported by over customers. Do a survey and you’ll see.
