As far as I am aware there is no priority for 5G or degradation of 4G service. @MarcAllera made this very clear at the launch. Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.

You can’t deal with the people who deal with email complaints IN THE SAME COMPANY because it’s a different team. Never mind I’ll make sure I recommend a different provider next time his or my contracts are up.
