    @EE Hi Jo, I didn't no. Am currently on a SIM only with yous, phone was bought as a PAYG. If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

    @EE I've just been cut off from my second customer service call of the day (after 21 and 14 mins respectively) I'm requesting an e-sim. New dual sim phone arrived today but apparently I need an e-sim. Please help as even with data calling I don't get good coverage at home.Thanks

    @Ofcom I really need help with an issues that has been going on with @EE fir months now. I have been paying for a server e that is barely working in my area and not been offered any part of my bill money back even when I’ve asked. I have had to resort to moving networks....

    @EE Hi JD, I didn’t do this as I believed the contract amount would automatically change. It was never made clear to me that I was responsible for requesting a sim only contract.

    @virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

    @EE Help! My SIM is no longer provisioned so I'm completely cut off. This after the wrong phone was delivered to me. And several lengthy calls to customer service with no joy. I've been with Orange and now EE since 2002.

    @EE I've spoken to you about the international roaming, which is a bad & unreliable service. My primary issue is with the way you automatically roll-over data. It's not a great service. It's exploitative. I'm not going to DM you. What little bad press this generates you deserve.

    There're a lot of ****** things about @EE but by far the shittiest is that they carry over data top-ups every month. You top up for an emergency? Congrats, you're paying for the next two if you forget to opt-out. Also, your international roaming never works. You're super shite.

    @OpenreachHelp @EE Daily I speak to @EE & it’s treated as a new call, no one seems to grasp it’s an ongoing issue for over a week or able to liaise with you in terms of what the issue is. Disgusting service

    @EE No i don’t have BT sport at present -I was looking at signing up for the season pass - it would be for my husband to watch so wanted to know if he would need my phone to watch it on or if I could log in on other devices. Thanks for your help
