They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. All the mobile spectrum @EE is reported as buying. I couldn't get a webpage switching between 5G and CrossCountry's Wi-Fi for 30 mins. Mad.

Wasted 5+h on getting a faulty device within 5 days of receipt,to be returned. Shunted from pillar to post. EE seem to run down the clock and make statutory returns as difficult as possible. Shame
