Unless I'm on WiFi I currently have no internet or data on @EE ... Is there an issue been happening most of day.... Which is a pain when I'm not at home!!

  • carboncoach
Dave Hampton 🌍🌳 (@carboncoach) reported from Kensington, England

Dear @EE It’s only a few months since I switched to you, but seems I’m gobbling data faster than ever when I was with @O2 Is your metric working? Maybe you’ll say your network is faster? if so I’ll gladly switch back: to my lower data allowance with O2: that I never used up!

  • JKBartsHeart
Jonathan Kelly (@JKBartsHeart) reported from Kensington, England

@calluna23 @EE @Ofcom Didn’t even click it, never know what it’s designed to do

  • RojasLahoz
Charli R (@RojasLahoz) reported from Brentford, England

@EE @bt_uk Good afternoon. I’m moving abroad next month. May I cancel my contracts in your shop at Kensington High Street? Kind regards.

  • pheauteau
Gavin Wrigley (@pheauteau) reported from Hammersmith, England

@EE 5G. Download speeds looking good. So why are upload speeds comparatively slow? I’m getting faster uploads on 4G!

  • MariamMichtawi
Mariam Michtawi (@MariamMichtawi) reported from Brentford, England

@EE I did twice but still the same. It seems many are facing the same problem!

  • chrisahamer
Christopher A. Hamer (@chrisahamer) reported from Paddington, England

@EE Ok, I’ll humour you and give it a go, though I am fairly positive that it’s a network infrastructure issue on your part - I.e not enough bandwidth but am happy to be proven wrong

  • kearneykd
Kieran (@kearneykd) reported from Brentford, England

The irony of @EE sponsoring Wembley Stadium when their network becomes unusable whenever there's an event on @EEComplaints @EEnetworkprobs

  • RevBott
Gary Bott (@RevBott) reported from Kensington, England

  • Mohamed87268245
Mohamed Mahdi (@Mohamed87268245) reported from Brentford, England

@EE I switched from 3 to EE sim only. EE made a complete mess of the deal. EE changed my mobile phone number without my knowledge, without my consent, without my permission. They caused me a lot of trouble. I called them and was told they need 3 days to fix the blunder; pathetic

  • icaruskarin
Joshua Van Der Sluys (@icaruskarin) reported from Brentford, England

Was going to go Sim only, but damn the #Pixel3a is delicious, but I have to wait for it if only @EE could do a Pixel 2 for less than £50pm. Arrrgh 😭😭

  • TheBig_Bakes
The Big Bakes (@TheBig_Bakes) reported from Wandsworth, England

@EE as a business that uses your services your reintroduction of Roaming charges is incredibly disappointing. EE is clearly not here to support business. We will be cancelling our contracts and moving to a provider who upholds fair charges. Look forward to the generic reply.

  • OwensBenjamin
Benjamin Owens (@OwensBenjamin) reported from Hammersmith, England

@VodafoneUK so after 40 mins your team hang up without answering! @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia @TalkTalk @EE any chance guys fancy a new broadband customer cause struggling to even leave Vodafone before we move!

topcat500 (@theresacoote) reported from Brentford, England

@EE is there a problem with your network in the ha9 area everyone in the household are having signal trouble we’ve all only got 1 bar sometimes pushing to 2 bars

  • vinesack
Joe Wadsack (@vinesack) reported from Wandsworth, England

I have been with Orange and EE for 21 years, spent what must be 25k and have just been sold down the river. They expect me to pay another 1000+ pounds in monthly contracts on a phone I had stolen. They have shown no proof I didn’t buy insurance. Anyone else been shafted by @EE?

  • kearneykd
Kieran (@kearneykd) reported from Brentford, England

@EE As a local resident it means my @EE service is awful, which I'm reminded of every time I walk past the stadium and see EE plastered all over it. It took 20 minutes for my first tweet to send. Absolutely terrible. Kieran (not Keiran)

  • eugeniearrow
eugenie arrowsmith (@eugeniearrow) reported from Hammersmith, England

@EE just so appalled at the poor communication. Why is it okay to walk in and upgrade a phone but not to walk in a pick up a SIM. #eehypocrites #poorcustomerservice #eeuseless #eeinconsiderate #eephonefury #eerubbish

  • eugenio_sp
Eugenio Sánchez (@eugenio_sp) reported from Paddington, England

@EE Yes. Seems like a general problem in my area. Hope it can be fixed soon. Thanks

  • Sarah_FireHorse
    S (@Sarah_FireHorse) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE So the answer seems to be an emergency generator. Or you can plug starlink into a car adapter - that’s another emergency option, run it off your car battery.

  • ian_wardell
    Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported

@EE As I've said, I've already tried around 20 times, and I've already said this 150 simply doesn't work, hence cannot be a legitimate number. How many more times must I try?? If one has to have a mobile contract with EE than this would explain it.

  • robjohn75
    Robin John (@robjohn75) reported

@EE @LeilaniDowding Ah, such an interesting marketing ploy, we now have to buy a backup battery for (orchestrated) power cuts. Who profits from this forced technological transition.🤔 Problem, reaction, solution yet again, follow the money.

  • mindthegap2018
    MindTheGap (@mindthegap2018) reported

@EE can I have some help

  • tenerifepete
    Peter (@tenerifepete) reported

@maisiethetortie @LeilaniDowding @EE That's the trouble, I have to have a phone line where I live because the mobile signal is shite

  • hunterredfieldd
    Hunter (@hunterredfieldd) reported

@EE @LeilaniDowding This is why everybody should buy a mesh network device. These companies couldn’t care less about you losing your service, they only care about getting their monthly payment.

  • HParf
    Helen (@HParf) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE BT have switched my land-line off (against my wishes, I might add). They said I should "keep my mobile charged". But leaving a mobile on permanent charge will knacker the battery. Of course, they're still charging the same, even though they're now providing an inferior service.

  • ian_wardell
    Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported

@EE EE supplies my broadband, not my mobile service.

  • Warrennnf
    wrrnnfs (@Warrennnf) reported

I would rather slice myself in half than use bt/ee internet. Shits a scam and im getting 1mbps speeds lmaoo **** you @EE

  • ChoralSymphony
    Ludwig Van B's (@ChoralSymphony) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE already happened in Wolverhampton with my parents. All comms in now reliant on the internet, mobiles. Dad's on the emergency roster for energy, cos of oxygen machines, but it's soooo cack-handed. The govt is always blindsided by tech and the lobbyists money. They are all morons
