  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

@VodafoneUK No point, I’m always having issue with the 4G, specially uploads. Nah, think I’ll just plod along and hurry to @EE in November when my contract is up..and I won’t look back either. I’ve been with you since 2018 and had Jon stop issues since last year. Poor show

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

It just took me ages to finally get a line at my local doctors @VodafoneUK only for the damn call to fail. Along with constant 4G problems and odd texts not sending or being received, is there anything good about your rubbish network? I shan’t be sorry to go to @EE in November

  • maryyasmine Mary 🍒 BTC BMW 🐱 #ArrestWilliamsRacing (@maryyasmine) reported from Kensington, England

@EE You should fix your app instead because it’s literally a disgrace (it’s not like your services are free either)

  • prasulm PM 🇺🇦 (@prasulm) reported from Brentford, England

@VodafoneUK terrible reception. Down for two days Thankfully I could patch of the powerful @EE network.

  • spasypaddy Daniel (@spasypaddy) reported from Barnet, England

Why do I have full signal but no reception in the street outside my house @EE

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Gary aka Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

Once again I’m having uploading issues with @VodafoneUK 4G data service. I’m sick of this, I’ll be pleased to go with @EE in November who I know are far more reliable than Vodafone ever could be. THREE times so far my upload has restarted using my mobile hotspot

  • Rossy_smith Rossy Smith (@Rossy_smith) reported from Paddington, England

@VodafoneUK contract up today with 3 phones. Spoke to 3 customer services advisors last week all were meant to call me back. None did, looks like I’ll be joining @EE or Sky. 17 years of custom lost.

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

For crying out loud @VodafoneUK , why can’t your 4G be reliable 24 hours a day, yet again I’m having issues uploading an hour’s recording to Mixcloud. And yes I’ve rebooted my phone. I’m SICK of this. Now the upload has restarted. Can’t wait to go to @EE in November

  • carboncoach Dave Hampton 🌍🌳 (@carboncoach) reported from Kensington, England

Dear @EE It’s only a few months since I switched to you, but seems I’m gobbling data faster than ever when I was with @O2 Is your metric working? Maybe you’ll say your network is faster? if so I’ll gladly switch back: to my lower data allowance with O2: that I never used up!

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Gary aka Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

@AnaVK Haha, that would annoy me doing that. This is why I’ve made sure I’m with a decent network and I’m moving to @EE in November cuz I keep having issues with @VodafoneUK

  • Mazipita Gov Soludo's PA (He/Him) 🇳🇬 🇬🇧 (@Mazipita) reported from Borehamwood, England

@EE kitikpa la cha unu anya. How can you owe me £50 after I returned an upgraded phone within the 14 day cooling off period only to be billed £99. The idiot I spoke to on 150 said nothing can be done cos that my bill. Imagine the audacity? Arant nonsense.. Afọ SA gbue unu dia.

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Gary aka Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

I can’t wait to leave @VodafoneUK in November. I’m sick of the regular issues I’m experiencing. If it’s not 4G data issue which is most of the time, it’s now sending text messages. @EE would never have such regular issues, neither should any network

  • Paula_Griffin65 Paula Griffin 🏳️‍⚧️ 💙💖🤍💖💙 (@Paula_Griffin65) reported from London, England

@EE In a few short sentences. I am not getting a decent signal. It drops from 5G through 4G to 3G then E and loses connection when I’m on the phone. There is no mobile data when I’m on the phone. I’m currently piggybacking Wi-Fi ATM

  • MusicMoofie ✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England

@EE if I move to your network in November, would my 4G data be subjects to blocks from certain streaming servers? Only I’m sure @VodafoneUK who I’m currently with have blocked my access to steaming servers with which I do my live radio shows

  • AndrewJLeslie 𝓐𝓷𝓭𝔂 𝓛𝓮𝓼𝓵𝓲𝓮 (@AndrewJLeslie) reported from City of London, England

@EE Hallo EE Customer Support. I'm coming up to renewal on my sim-only plan. I use phones that don't support 5G. However, all your plans quote xGB "5G Data". What does this mean for 4G customers?

  • stuart_foy foy (@stuart_foy) reported from Barnet, England

@EE my London Underground WiFi connection stopped connecting as of yesterday. I've tried forgetting and re-adding the EEWiFi-Auto network multiple times. Any idea what's up?

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • alanand88876900 alan anderson (@alanand88876900) reported

@EE want to give 30 days notice to cancel contract

  • jamesmacwhite James White (@jamesmacwhite) reported

@CarlTSpeak @EE It can be a gamble with 4G/5G. If you've got good 5G coverage it will absolutely smash FTTC, but if the signals bad it hurts. That is exceptionally bad though, do wonder if there's an issue with the towers, given the poor performance or just really bad coverage.

  • mark_moo Mark (@mark_moo) reported

@EE It just goes back to the select network page (I think) - will take a pic shortly.

  • mr_marc_rogers Marc Rogers (@mr_marc_rogers) reported

@EE can you explain to me why I have to reset my modem every two days currently to reestablish my home Wi-fi?! The quality of the service provided is woeful and you need to fix the coverage provided in the EN4 postcode as the phone coverage is just as poor.

  • Yinkster Yinkster (@Yinkster) reported

@EE Hi, please can you tell me, does your network allow use of the “Merge calls” facility on phones?

  • graceoliv3r Grace (@graceoliv3r) reported

@EE hello! I’ve got an iPhone XR which I’ve reset back to factory settings. I now would like to unlock the network. Is there anything that I can do to unlock it now? Thanks!

  • andy_bull34 Andy Bull (@andy_bull34) reported

@EE morning. I pay for a data plan for my I watch but it isn’t on my watch? Any help on how I can get my Data plan working on my watch?

  • jamesmacwhite James White (@jamesmacwhite) reported

@CarlTSpeak @EE Ooof, certainly not usable! You're going to have to get an external antenna high up on your house to get that signal boosted just so you actually sustain a solid connection to the nearest cell tower, but at that point even for a backup, is it worth it? EE will do it for £100.

  • kevinwenman Kevin Wenman (@kevinwenman) reported

@EE hey guys, I have a ee by sport add on but cannot access it, please help!

  • Uk84London LondonUK (@Uk84London) reported

@EE @HSpencer2000 Interesting this was also helpful to me. I am an EE customer; so If i add the PS5 to the plan, than call in after a few days and cancel the agreement - am I than able to pay the upfront cost? As this would be preferable ?
