@EE just had the absolute displeasure of speaking to EE Mobile CS. Explained the network problem at my new place and added the agony we have had with EE BB. Must say consistent service by both the CS teams, zero Fs given by them 👌🏼 Can’t wait to finish my obligatory contract.

Hello @EE 👋 Just wondered, as a current customer on a soon to be expired Swappable Benefits plan with you, if I were to put my SIM card into a 5G enabled phone, would I gain access to 5G signal or would I still only have 4G access? (Hope this makes sense)

@JudyMansfield @EE No network is better than another unfortunately Judy ... I'm with EE and rarely get a good signal here in London in my own home. They also keep upping their prices, so make sure they give you a good deal.

@EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

@EE Broadband the CS and product service for us has gone from 5star to zero 😐 Been with EE mobile for 4 years, recommended my Mrs and recently switched to Ee BB. What a shame. Disappointed. It’s done & dusted. Adios, EE BB. WC, @BT Broadband

Went to @O2 #TCR to swap my monthly contract onto a prepaid card. I was told it has to be done over the phone and they can’t issue a new SIM in store. Went to @EE and asked if I could transfer my number to them. The seem enthusiastic

So after 3 of @EE #broadband "quality" assurance team break their appointments with no apologies with one lying about trying to phone late, the fourth says reason for poor service is my @Sonos equipment. So I have to live without sounds for 24hrs. #ee #badcustomerservice

@EE is the EE network having widespread problems? My signal is total garbage almost all of the time at the moment. Calls drop, data often doesn't work well, roaming has been terrible too. I have a Samsung S20 that's only 18 months old so I doubt it's my phone.

@EE the issue is not with me, it is @ee unreasonably short notice of network coverage being 'turned off' for 4 days. will my telephone be able to call a wheelchair/mobility-scooter recovery company should I have a failure or injury whilst out and about in community?
