@EE I am a longstanding EE customer.I made an order yesterday for a sim upgrade for my phone.Given order confirmed by email.This morning got message to call EE, provide a bit more information to complete the order. Rang number and was kept on hold for 30 minutes then gave up.

The past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isn’t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

@EE BT Sport app is working, only on day THREE of ringing up to get the issue resolved ! I am.staggered that due to ERRORS made by and acknowledged by one of your managers, I was expected to do all the running around, returning a phone because ONE ADVISOR UPGRADED the WRONG NUMBER !
