@EE @chrismarsh90 Did you get this sorted? Mines the same. Used it for over a year. I phoned BT today, on the phone for an hour & neither their customer service or tech support dept can see I've got BT, or ever had BT sports?!

@EE How I wish I had went @EE with my Mrs and son and hadn’t stuck with @VodafoneUK Been in Wales and then Morecambe for 2 consecutive weeks and their 4g signal much better. Just about to go to Mull and finding they have better signal here too And you charge less

Never had an issue with @EE till today. & absolute shocking customer service!! Told I was paying a part payment from my previous contract only for the direct debit to show 2 FULL contract payments. Customer service rep then hung up on me. Shocking.

3 months after moving in I finally have internet!!! 3 months for @EE to not sort it and 24 hours for @VodafoneUK to offer a solution.

@VodafoneUK I just want to cancel, this was a wifi dongle which isn’t 5G at all keeps dropping signal & I went against my better judgment and not added extra wifi to my current plan with @EE who never let you down!

@julianjelfs This is why I'm staying with my @EE fibre connection. I would love a faster connection but value their reliability and customer support more.
