@EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

@richardhowle @ThreeUK @EE I did the same a few months ago and it's great, the speeds are far better than I can get on a fixed-line service. I did find I had to split it into 2 wifi networks 2.4 & 5 as some things would only connect to a 2.4 network like Alexa and Nest smoke alarms but it was easy to setup

@EE Yes and your executive team told me i would need to send my phone off and leave me with no phone for 14 days or get a Samsung warranty team out which I have to arrange Why do I pay you £51 a month. Appaled with the service if I'm honest.

@EE I’ll bet I’m not the only former T-Mobile customer in the UK that’s really annoyed that I’m now receiving paper bills when I had previously had opted out. And I cannot stop them online, only by phoning you. Not at all helpful.
