    @EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

    @EE just been on hold to get through to @BarclaysUKHelp for 2hrs and 30mins Hope I dont get charged for that in these horrible times. Especially when I was on the phone to help me out of a bad situation

    @EE @chrismarsh90 Did you get this sorted? Mines the same. Used it for over a year. I phoned BT today, on the phone for an hour & neither their customer service or tech support dept can see I've got BT, or ever had BT sports?!

    @EE huge help needed. I had my phone stolen so I got my sim blocked. Managed to get a replacement phone and sim. How do I get my old number back

    @EE I’m using my iPhone, I’m on website but it’s not letting me switch my number over with the pac number from previous network, who have confirmed pac number is correct, Iv tried doing a live chat but that doesn’t seem to be working either

    @AndersonKennya @EE Same issue here. It looks like data counters are not working in their app as well as on the MyEE web page. Send a free text 'BAL' to 150 to get your remaining data balance, that works.

    @EE quite disappointed in your customer service today when I tried to get my iPhone replaced that was stolen and the. You tell my my insurance doesn’t cover theft !!! This wasn’t made clear when I purchased it !!

    @EE @AppleSupport Just upgraded to IPhone 14Pro. In process IOS16 deleted physical sim and set that up as an e-Sim. Issue @EE provides a physical sim and e-sim service. Or did! Now my business number is out of action

    @EE So 1 month on and the problem with my local mast still isn't fixed. I have absolutely no signal at all in either my partners or my own house. WiFi calling isn't really a solution when out and about. Hope this is fixed very very soon!

    @EE What were you thinking with that hideous new advert with the snake? Suspect there are an awful lot of people out there who will just turn the TV off every time that advert starts.

    @LeamingtonSBC Hopefully @EE can fix my phone, then a @atagheating boiler repair. Same cause, 24kw combination boiler, 4 rads left at 80% output. Result,broken expansion vessel.
