@gompstomp78 @EE @skytv Also, BT customer service is very good, you will get through to someone quickly, as opposed to sky or virgin. EE also has great customer service.

@EE Online upgrades are not working .. a message came up this is embarrassing try again later. My daughters phone stopped working and I m just fed up with EE and the same happened last week when I tried the upgrade. There are no stores near me.

Is it just me or are we getting a crappier service for more money? @EE are impossible to get hold of and yet my bills have gone up, and they want me to upgrade? Not the way they been acting 3 days I’ve tried now

@EE is there a problem with signal in the DD6 area? I had 3-4 bars before the weekend at home and now struggling to get 1! Changed network because you were the only reliable one in the area 🙄

@OpenreachHelp I am already connected @EE told me BT were cancelling my upgrade, which will cut off my internet (EE's fault) and that they spoke to you and told you not to cancel it, but you told them you couldn't I just need my net left alone until Friday That's all

@bodgeit1 @EE Be interested to know how much you saved % wise (or agreed before the error)? They refuse to let me leave due to bad service and want to change me full price to cancel.
