@EE , I ordered a new phone pixel 7 for my son in July. Offer included pixel earbuds. Haven't heard anything or been contacted with a code to redeem the free earbuds. Can you help? Website rubbish!!

@NeilHowell20 @DPDgroup_news @EE Same here. Ordered next day delivery from Screwfix. Been waiting a WEEK for it. Text from DPD Morley every day saying there's been an 'unexpected issue' and it'll be delivered 'tomorrow'. Tomorrow comes, same message. 7 days! Phoned Screwfix and told them to forget it. Refunded.

Wow! New nightmare. Tried to leave @EE for @O2 .... It's been 3 weeks and no SIM card still and O2 are already billing me. Called to cancel and they say they can't authenticate me as the last digits of my bank acc aren't correct? Funny as that's where you took my money from! Ugh
