@EE - who do I email or talk to about a complaint / to have a call listened to as I'm 100% sure I purchased a 5G sim to go with my 5G phone and just been told it's on 4G and I need to pay extra to have a 5G sim?

@EE our Wi-fi was hopeless again yesterday, and again today. We have no upload speed - less than 1.0. Unable to use Zoom (which needs upload of 5.0) yet again. You advised me work in the area was complete but we are still having major problems.

@EE Any chance you are going to fix the ongoing error for topping up data etc. on PAYG sims? Has been like it for days and I can't top up my sons phone!!!! Addons purchase error has been showing since last week!
