@EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

@EE very disappointed, received a call to invite me into store as a loyal customer to upgrade, store not prepared had no idea why I was there, said I couldn’t upgrade for one reason or another, then I could then the bombshell of prices, can’t see me staying at end of contract

Wish I hadn't renewed with @EE every time I call for help I get told something different! I submitted a complaint for being given incorrect advice and the complaints response was a joke.

Went for a phone upgrade and was told that the new phone would be an upgrade over my current one, turns out its a lot slower. Told I would get 5g data, got 4g data. The store said they couldn't do anything to fix this because of the contract. Very disappointed with @EE

@EE They advised I switch my phone off then restart it... same advice for past 10 years. The most text messages I receive per month ate from you telling me there is a problem with my home location signal.. around 6-10 per month. Been going on for years now.. just fix it please

@EE I’ve been with @O2 for donkeys years, and I’m yet to get a signal at any even that holds more than about 300 people!! Drives me insane when I can’t go live at events because I “have no signal”!!!

@EE Basicaly im due a Annual MOT. My battery is currently only at 85% capacity and ive only had the phone a year. Is this something theyd fix at a MOT check? Or would i have to pay?

@EE why am I unable to send a response to a Vodafone survey via text messaging? It simply will not send irrespective of my location and signal strength. All other texts have been sent.
