    @EE just been on hold to get through to @BarclaysUKHelp for 2hrs and 30mins Hope I dont get charged for that in these horrible times. Especially when I was on the phone to help me out of a bad situation

    @EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

    @EE I’m using my iPhone, I’m on website but it’s not letting me switch my number over with the pac number from previous network, who have confirmed pac number is correct, Iv tried doing a live chat but that doesn’t seem to be working either

    How can @EE make sorting out a voicemail PIN so difficult to the point of making a customer of many years start looking for an alternative supplier - out of necessity not choice - all I need to do is access my voicemail messages. Do u monitor Twitter? #EE #poorsupport

    @EE @ofcom is a charge of £3.90 a minute for an international mobile to mobile phone call to the US justifiable? I have been a customer of EE and its previous incarnations since 1998 and have been charged £109 for just 2 calls this month! Outrageous.
