@EE I have broadband AND a mobile contract with you. The broadband is bollocks and never works so I always use my mobile data, then that never works too?!

My @Apple iPhone 11 taken out with @EE on a 24 month contract has just failed on me at the 18months mark. The screen doesn’t respond to touch. Neither company wants to help and it’s going to cost me £205 to rectify. They don’t even know why it’s packed in. Pathetic

@EE I bought a second hand iPhone6 and had to buy an EE SIM card for £5 to unlock the phone. I never used the SIM and after 180 days EE wiped the SIM clean, stealing my £5! What idiot thought that was a good idea, because I will NEVER EVER use EE in future! *****!

@EE Hi I have received a voicemail asking me to call EE back on 150 to speak about an existing delivery issue… but all I get are automated options. How can I call you and speak to a person to follow this up?

@EE - I'm wondering why you text me when my bill is available (both mobile and broadband)? My communication preference is set to email and I really dislike intrusive texts being sent for routine notifications. Anything you can do to help?
