@EE It’s due October. I can upgrade early but the cost is ridiculous. It’s cheaper as a new customer and I have been with you guys for yonks so it’s a bit naughty

@joolsmc @EE I had this from them yesterday, it's been going on for a good few days now. Network update: Our engineers are still fixing the problem at PA34 5PU. It should be back to normal within 2 days.

@EE @lukesterryx Your log in is still down, it’s been 6 days… do you not want any business?

@EE morning. I'm having issues with ee perks and logging into it. I've tried resetting my password but it just says it can't be done. I need to sort this ASAP as I want to pre order the pixel 6 Pro but want to make sure I can get my discount. Thanks.

@EE is there a way to contact the head of customer service in Darlo? The guy I spoke to yesterday and today, to get a new pixel 🙌 was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I'd like to pop a little email to management to let them know, is this possible?

Gotta love @EE network been down for days the last three months straight. Due to essential maintenance work in my area. Why am I paying 50 pound a month for this. Where's the discounts for the constant downtime every month ? Sort it out , it's ****

@joolsmc @EE Latest update suggests it is back up and working, and I now have a signal again ;-) Network update: The maintenance in PA34 5PU is now complete, we recommend you restart your device. If you have already done this and are still having problems, please call us on 150.

@EE Hi Mark, it's OK - I have opted out via text using the number at the bottom now. Getting seriously annoyed with these delays - a one month lead time with no delivery date is pathetic service. You gave me an expected one of 11-16 October which was missed with no warning.

@ee I’ve switched over to ee in the past few weeks and was told it was much better than my previous network and I’d get excellent signal in my area but if I’m lucky I’m getting 1 bar in my village and my 4g is simply not working properly can you tell me why?

@EE "it might not cause any issues" how about if I respond by saying "I might not be able to call for assistance should I require assistance"; would you think that reasonable?

@EE why do you continue to write to me and call me using my ex husbands name 6 months after it was transferred in to my name? My complaint was closed.
