@EE @chrismarsh90 Did you get this sorted? Mines the same. Used it for over a year. I phoned BT today, on the phone for an hour & neither their customer service or tech support dept can see I've got BT, or ever had BT sports?!

@EE I’m using my iPhone, I’m on website but it’s not letting me switch my number over with the pac number from previous network, who have confirmed pac number is correct, Iv tried doing a live chat but that doesn’t seem to be working either

@EE Don't entertain these fraudsters! Took up an offer of broadband, TV & phones. Told to leave absolutely everything up to them to cancel with Sky. Sky now charging us £130 a month for internet till Nov because contract not cancelled! #ripoff

@EE Tried that, no help at all - computer says no. It a pity this is how you treat a customer of 29 years with multiple phones on the account. All I want to do is upgrade. Perhaps O2 would like my business.

Impossible to get through to @EE this morning. Calls dropped, calls refused, text link not working, given up after being on hold for 20 minutes. Shame as I wanted to upgrade. Gonna buy elsewhere and just continue with my sim-only deal.

@EE What’s up with the signal in Central London at the moment, currently relying on my partners hotspot to use internet access. Since @WirelessFest my signal has not been working. Airplane mode on and off, turned phone off and on.

@EE your wifi hotspots that you claim as a benefit for us EE customers, is an absolute useless pain which hinders the customer experience. Is a dangerous feature that you should eliminate.
