    @virginmedia No as I’m unable to get through 1. Because my signal is horrendous and 2. Because your lines are constantly closed. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

    @EE really poor service I placed an order on last Friday 18th everything was fine all in stock etc got advised it would be delivered today so waited in all day nothing has turned up so I ring and get told it’s out of stock yet it wasn’t when I ordered on Friday and payed 😡

    @__MICHAELPORTER @EE It’s the fact that even after confirmation page they say they order never existed. It’s not surprising as their website is awful for suck a big company

    @EE Why offer pre order option for it not to be deleivered on launch day! Very poor customer experience and a wasted days holiday taken. Not acceptable

    @EE Would be more than happy to rejoin EE even without my NHS discount if someone would actually call me back. Don’t think I can take another week of important missed calls from @virginmedia - yes I know they use the EE network but not the enhanced 4G+ side 🙄

    @EE my home broadband isn’t working again and guess what your call centre is closed again! This is a really bad service!

    @EE so 8 weeks after reporting issues nothing is sorted with broadband your call centre staff run the same diagnostics over and over again and do nothing! £75 a month for what!!

    @EE just been on hold to get through to @BarclaysUKHelp for 2hrs and 30mins Hope I dont get charged for that in these horrible times. Especially when I was on the phone to help me out of a bad situation

    @EE I have no service on my phone for 3 days! I had 2 contracts with yourselves and cancelled one which was a portable wifi device for the car and you have cancelled the wrong contract!

    @EE There is an option to cast and when I do it either says I need to get a bt account or there’s sound but no picture, I previously had an Android phone and never had a problem casting

    @EE your broadband with no landline does this mean you can put the router anywhere ? Like I have my cables upstairs so I can use it down stairs without cables

    @EE What’s the point? I get the same response every time. And have done for months yet I’m stuck paying a ridiculously high contract for a **** service. “Reset this and reset that” which never works

    And you will know the day your internet is down because BT no longer provides it. But EE is not up or you have a way to connect. You would spent a minimum of 10 hours of the phone with the crap costumer service @EE has, and you will still not have solved it.

    I recommend never using @EE to absolutely everyone. Liars and con artists that do not have customers best interests in mind.. Will say one thing and do another. Need a new home internet provider that don't scam their customers any suggestions??
