Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.
