    @EE Yep, anyone who stumbles across my tweet having the same issue, uninstall the app then reinstall, something wrong with the update from EE where its not updating the installed app.

    @EE what's going on in the DL3 area? Had zero signal since 16:22 yesterday (06/09/22) the text said should be back up within 6hrs! No further communication and still without any signal or data.

    @AimeeLauren_x @EE Thinking exactly the same, £60 is a lot a month! Only problem,I love my rugby so want to keep BT sport app so looks like £25 a month on a 2 yr sim only deal

    @EE Wow I mean it takes a special kind of customer service to request a DM conversation, pass it across 2 members of EE, have the conversation take an hour without getting even as far as establishing I am me, and for the second staff member to then ghost me for over 20 minutes.....

    @EE I am having issues with my phone and 4G home router. Tried to call Cust Svcs on the long number and 150 and it won't connect, call just ends. I can call other numbers fine. Any suggestions how I can sort this? Appreciate your help

    @EE really poor policy on ID in store when collecting delivered item. Especially since I didn’t require the ID in the first place when I purchased the new phone and contract. Now I’m paying for a new contract but using my old phone. Not what I expect from EE.

    Feels like I only take to twitter recently to vent about @EE Thought I was onto a winner, ordered a S22 without issue. Now with no delivery in site, found my add on are all cancelled and can't be turned back on Best thing is I'm in Sweden at the end of the month with no roaming!

    So advice from @EE cancel the upgrade and try again, 2 1/2 hours of painstaking tooth pulling customer service calls for that! Well that's the upgrade cancelled, let's see what other networks have to offer..... not impressed at all!

    @EE @jon_mann Many contracts were taken at inflation levels nowhere near where they are today. You can't possibly suggest that people should have expected last year's 10% increase and this year's 15%, especially when there's no significant improvement in the service.

    @EE @MarcAllera Currently 6 hours into a chat with EE… all I want is for my son to be able to collect a new SIM from EE store… he’s 330 miles away from me and under 18… please can you help? Been told by a manager this can’t be done… yet you sent him a new iPhone 14 🤯

    @sohailsquared @kitcub @EE The Ukrainian network will likely extend just beyond Ukraine's borders (same as UK and ROI and vice versa). So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.

    @EE paid over £400 to upgrade early plus an additional £9+ for next day delivery only to recieve the wrong device and have to go through the returns process of 7-10 days. Not a happy customer at all.

    Accidentally ordered a 24 month sim only plan with @EE then Immediately ordered a 12 month instead. Do I have to ring up to cancel the 24m or does it remove one of them automatically?

    @EE Hi Rach, we have had poor/flaky signal strength for years. I've had to complain directly to EE several times and have been told the following more than once: "we are covered by only one mast & this mast is in bottom 10% for performance in UK".

    @EE Where I live is irrelavent lol. Where we were meant to meet up was SY10 0NE though, North end of lake Vyrnwy, though coverage around the lake seems to be universally poor (i briefly got signal at the dam itself later in the day, enough to tell my fam I wouldn't be home for tea!)

    @EE hi. there is a lot of support on the EE website for reporting spam texts and emails, but nothing I can find where I can quickly report a scam call. I know I can do it through offcom, but that takes a while. Is there a nice form somewhere online where I can do it through EE?

    @EE @rootmetrics Might want to work on coverage on Wales, having absolutely no signal nearly made a 2 hour drive useless when my friends got lost on the way to Rhiwargor waterfall...

    @CreativeRonan @EE @rootmetrics If you look at general speeds and connectivity they are better than other firms. My wife can’t even get signal outside our house on 3, she has to bunny hop off my data to use her phone and I’m on ee

    @EE thanks to super helpful customer service team this morning but you need to URGENTLY need to reinstate the ability to download an eSIM from your app: my phone reset itself spontaneously this morning & it’s a disaster not being able to immediately reinstate the eSIM.
