Mick Jones (@mick_jones75) reported from Darlington, England@EE Wow I mean it takes a special kind of customer service to request a DM conversation, pass it across 2 members of EE, have the conversation take an hour without getting even as far as establishing I am me, and for the second staff member to then ghost me for over 20 minutes.....

Sol Cinema-World's smallest mobile picture house (@theSolCinema) reported@EE Service in Swansea is diabolical this year. What is occurring EE?
-
Reg Morton (@RegJTMorton) reported@EE Your guys in the executive complaints dept stated today that it's a final decision and they can't challenge the repair shop. Your own staff took photos and videos confirming not damaged when I left it with you. Then the repair shop sent that laughable image. It's a known fault. Anyone reading this can Google Samsung fold 7 green lines screen. Instead of being reasonable you try to charge me £600 and claimed that this image is damage. It's ridiculous. Your letter informs me my only option is ombudsman. So that, other than an apology and a repair, is what I'll do. Along with everything possible to publicise this complete fraudulent farce, of which I've only just begun. Imagine losing a £2k per year customer for this man. Have a word with yourselves.
-
emma wing (@emstusimba) reported@EE keep having issues with text messages not going through/ sending. Very frustrating

Dave (@_DaveCross_) reportedDear @O2 - your CS chat function is as hopeless as my 4/5G reception…And having your rep close it without resolving my issue is a tad suboptimal. Coverage for Leics/Northants is abysmal Even without a crystal ball, I can see @EE in my future
