  • bsimopaz Bob Simpson (@bsimopaz) reported from Darlington, England

@EE Hi, it’s where I live. The broadband is weak and signal in general is poor. My partner has o2 and it seems to be better with her. I have enjoyed my time with EE though. Thanks for your reply. 👍

  • ajma13111992 Ashley Marshall (@ajma13111992) reported from Middlesbrough, England

@EE I have no service on my phone for 3 days! I had 2 contracts with yourselves and cancelled one which was a portable wifi device for the car and you have cancelled the wrong contract!

  • RyderBike Chris Ryder (@RyderBike) reported from Hartlepool, England

@EE But how come if I put my SIM card in an Android device I have no problem casting to my tv?

  • rachsclarke rachel clarke (@rachsclarke) reported from Middlesbrough, England

@EE Would be more than happy to rejoin EE even without my NHS discount if someone would actually call me back. Don’t think I can take another week of important missed calls from @virginmedia - yes I know they use the EE network but not the enhanced 4G+ side 🙄

  • LukeHockborn Luke Hockborn (@LukeHockborn) reported from Billingham, England

Thought @EE customer service was bad 2 years ago when I was trying to upgrade, went to @O2 and Christ they’re even worse 💩

  • RyderBike Chris Ryder (@RyderBike) reported from Hartlepool, England

@EE There is an option to cast and when I do it either says I need to get a bt account or there’s sound but no picture, I previously had an Android phone and never had a problem casting

  • TitchTV Dave (@TitchTV) reported from Guisborough, England

@PorscheSauce @EE I’ve been with 3 for 10 years. Never been any agro at all. Two contracts. Even when I lived in The Dales coverage was good.

  • MilkyJoe1974 Ian 🇪🇺 (@MilkyJoe1974) reported from Peterlee, England

@__MICHAELPORTER @EE It’s the fact that even after confirmation page they say they order never existed. It’s not surprising as their website is awful for suck a big company

  • pauljonesking #hellomynameis Paul (@pauljonesking) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@EE They have no idea that the problem!

  • TomFahyNo1 Tom Fahy (@TomFahyNo1) reported from Darlington, England

@Proof_of_Skate @EE The phone is an upgrade, the contract is a agreed continuation of service.

  • rachsclarke rachel clarke (@rachsclarke) reported from Middlesbrough, England

@virginmedia No as I’m unable to get through 1. Because my signal is horrendous and 2. Because your lines are constantly closed. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

  • RosieBrent DelienaEU (@RosieBrent) reported from Darlington, England

If you're an @EE pay monthly customer you can get 6 months of @BritBox_UK for free. Text BRITBOX to 150 for details or ENTERTAINMENT for other offers.

Huge issue with my @EE signal, one tweet and EE were quick on the mark to help! Don't think I'd ever switch 😍

  • marc3374 Marc Johnson (@marc3374) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England

@EE Just trying to fill out a customer survey online after contacting customer service regarding an upgrade as I'm at the end of my contract. Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

  • marc3374 Marc Johnson (@marc3374) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England

@EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

  • pauljonesking #hellomynameis Paul (@pauljonesking) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@EE so 8 weeks after reporting issues nothing is sorted with broadband your call centre staff run the same diagnostics over and over again and do nothing! £75 a month for what!!

@EE Hiya chris, this tweet was regarding internet connectivity yesterday while virgin media was down, was wondering if EE was up and would be a better switch.

  • grasseasons el (@grasseasons) reported

@genwilliams @EE I left EE for giffgiff in Jan (which uses O2’s network I think) - was £10 a month instead of £20-something and haven’t noticed anything different except I can’t use the TfL wi-fi anymore

  • heenamodi Heena Modi Ⓥ 🌱 (@heenamodi) reported

@bt_uk It gets worse. The line has been fitted but we have no router. The person who set it up from @EE in Doxford is telling me to call BT. BT are telling me they need account info & to call her. They gave me another number but nobody can locate her or help! What a waste of time!

  • bev_baynham Cllr Beverley Baynham (@bev_baynham) reported from Capel Seion, Wales

@EE @aerial99 Not true! Been a customer for 20yrs just rang to discuss and said it’s just the same as online. So I’m off

  • LetDogsBeDogs Let Dogs Be Dogs (@LetDogsBeDogs) reported

@Albertspanner @EE All three had damage rather than routine stuff 💀 their luck sounds like mine

  • monkchips Disco N Tinuity (@monkchips) reported

@annwitbrock @EE No. The 5G router doesn't need any kind of fixed line. It's amazing really just one box that serves as both a receiver for a 5G cellular network and a wifi router. No need for any cables or land line connection at all.

  • wildman6363 Kim Robert (@wildman6363) reported

@j450nwills @EE I am so sorry about what happened to you but I know a guy who can help. Superb_cr4ks on Instagram is the best in relation to any cyber issues
