Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

Mick Jones (@mick_jones75) reported from Darlington, EnglandSo advice from @EE cancel the upgrade and try again, 2 1/2 hours of painstaking tooth pulling customer service calls for that! Well that's the upgrade cancelled, let's see what other networks have to offer..... not impressed at all!

Have done the usual switch off & back on. Reset etc. Still run big, for want of a word, at a snails pace, at best. Any help will be appreciated.

Same convo with 5 rude people, multiple hanging up on me, online set up “not valid” apparently… and I’m still being charged double from the quote on the website that no operator says exists 🙄. Jumped ship to respectful @EE

Now with no delivery in site, found my add on are all cancelled and can't be turned back on Best thing is I'm in Sweden at the end of the month with no roaming!
