Mick Jones (@mick_jones75) reported from Darlington, EnglandSo advice from @EE cancel the upgrade and try again, 2 1/2 hours of painstaking tooth pulling customer service calls for that! Well that's the upgrade cancelled, let's see what other networks have to offer..... not impressed at all!
-
#hellomynameis Paul (@pauljonesking) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England@EE so 8 weeks after reporting issues nothing is sorted with broadband your call centre staff run the same diagnostics over and over again and do nothing! £75 a month for what!!
-
Marc Johnson (@marc3374) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England@EE It was sent after contacting customer service via the My EE app. I initially spoke to a lady in Ireland then to one of her colleagues in Wales. The deal I wanted was very close but EE were unable to match other providers which is disappointing after being a loyal customer.

Leanne Carter (@_Leanne_Carter) reported from Preston-on-Tees, England@EE @MarcAllera Currently 6 hours into a chat with EE… all I want is for my son to be able to collect a new SIM from EE store… he’s 330 miles away from me and under 18… please can you help? Been told by a manager this can’t be done… yet you sent him a new iPhone 14 🤯

Mark Thornton (@big__dave_) reported from Darlington, England@EE Good morning. My phone keeps cutting out on calls. It's as though signal cuts off. Is there any transmitter issues with the weather or could it simply be my phone. Galaxy S8+. It's my business phone so I need to resolve this as I'm struggling to talk to people. Rgds Mark.
-
Lee Stainthorpe (@leechef69) reported from Darlington, England@EE I was a chef on the quayside, now a little further south and inland. The issue is with my home broadband. Have done the usual switch off & back on. Reset etc. Still run big, for want of a word, at a snails pace, at best. Any help will be appreciated.
-
Marc Johnson (@marc3374) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England@EE Just trying to fill out a customer survey online after contacting customer service regarding an upgrade as I'm at the end of my contract. Didn't get a satisfactory deal so reluctantly leaving. Went to send the survey, got an error message and now it has disappeared.

John Adams (@Johnad25) reported from Durham, England@EE My wife had just spoken to your @EE retention team who agreed that we’ve been treated worse than any case they’ve seen... but unbelievably we are to expect another two calls from the retention team who can offer no help. Why bother, it’s just really rubbing the salt in.
-

Bob Simpson (@bsimopaz) reported from Darlington, England@EE Hi, it’s where I live. The broadband is weak and signal in general is poor. My partner has o2 and it seems to be better with her. I have enjoyed my time with EE though. Thanks for your reply. 👍

#hellomynameis Paul (@pauljonesking) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England@EE my home broadband isn’t working again and guess what your call centre is closed again! This is a really bad service!
-
David Bailey (@Bailz84) reported from Durham, England@EE why is it that me and my wife have had our phones on EE for over a year and in that time we have not made a single call from our home without the signal being awful or the call being cut off? I'll be moving networks if we can't get a signal boost
-
Mark R (@MarkR1892) reported from Peterlee, England@EE @jon_mann Many contracts were taken at inflation levels nowhere near where they are today. You can't possibly suggest that people should have expected last year's 10% increase and this year's 15%, especially when there's no significant improvement in the service.
-
Chris Russ (@chrisfruss) reported from Spennymoor, EnglandMyPlace update: There is a problem near Home which is taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. Contracts up in September and after 20 years it’ll be goodbye @EE .
-
Tom Fahy (@TomFahyNo1) reported from Darlington, England@Proof_of_Skate @EE The phone is an upgrade, the contract is a agreed continuation of service.

-
SithMetal71 (@sithmetal71) reported@EE its the same with your website. Seriously needs a rethink. Also the price has shot up from £44 to £48. Since EE got involved with BT nothing but problems.
-
PushbackUK (@PimPGA) reportedHey @EE, this is now the 4th time in 2 weeks that my internet connection went out. I use my own router so I am assuming that you're doing something to make it fail. I pay for internet, not for your router, so stop pulling this ****.
-
MCFC Ant (@MCFC2012) reportedSomething weird is going on. @EE says there is nothing wrong with WiFi and Router, but every day at least 5 times a day we have no WiFi at home. My dad is on Virgin Broadband and he has the same issues. Anyone on here having WiFi blackouts?
-
Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@EE In the few instances where the texts arrive, it only leads to the service status check, which provides no detailed feedback other than a consistently changing deadline for the broadband problem fix. It’ll only make sense to have someone reach out with an alternative means to access the Internet. (P.S.: There’s no public EE Wi-Fi available here.)
-
Alex (@Ahead18251112) reported@EE having tv/broadband issues in Plymouth! Is there an outage?
-
Carole Hawkins (@hawkins_carole) reported@EE What the heck are you playing at now - a text message to be sent every time one wants to see emails and you state send text to the email address you can't get into without the passcode - what idiot in your company dreamed this mess up.
-
