@EE I spoke with someone yesterday regarding broadband issue. It is still not working. TV still says no internet connection. WiFi staying it’s full signal but not working. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting advise and I’m not in arrears. It’s been nearly two days like this! Help!

Hi @EE since we have changed our phone line from @bt_uk its been the worst mistake we receive on average 8 #scam calls a day obviously your call filters are totally crap note to myself: dont use @EE totally rubbish security

Consumer law says that the place you got the phone (for me this is the EE store) need to sort this at no cost, as it is a 2 year warranty, but when I asked in the @EE store, they said I needed to bring it in, and it gets sent away for 2-3 WEEKS to get independently reviewed (wtf)

@bt_uk I’d like Wi-fi in just one room BT, such a joke of a service for £90 a month! Don’t waste you money. Currently using all my @EE data up which is 25GB a month as I can’t use Wi-fi in just one room of my house!

@EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

@EE Bought bt sport on Saturday night as an add on yet it claims I do not have an account. ID003 code comes up. Rang you on Sunday and was told it happens if you previously had bt sport directly. Said they would raise with Bt. Still not working however

I have 2 @EE sims in my phone, one currently picking up 4 bars of LTE (4G) and the other is scraping 2 bars of 2G (H), anyone who wants to join EE, I really don't recommend it until they sort their network out!

My old phone is no longer covered by a LIFETIME WARRANTY because I've upgraded? The day BEFORE I get my new phone? That's not how "lifetime" works @EE. I'm beginning to wish I'd have left for a other network.

Thankfully the UK is starting to deploy the 700 MHz spectrum, but for 5G usage. The reasoning behind it is to provide good 5G coverage as quickly as possible, but 4G 700 MHz may have been a better option, especially with @EE's Emergency Service Network.

@EE I’m currently in Greece. For some reason, I can only roam on one network, whereas my partner who is also on EE with a similar contract can roam on any network. As a result I am getting no service while she gets 4G. Can you check if there’s a problem with my account/sim?

Was an @EE customer for over 10 years. Eventually ended my dealings with them in May and I’ve just discovered that they never cancelled the contract and I’ve been paying ever since. Seems an error at their end doesn’t = a refund 😥

@AlexanderChrisS @EE No? It’s her standalone plan that gives her Apple Music, it keeps saying the Apple ID is locked, which it isn’t there’s nothing wrong with it and the EE Forums are full of people having this problem and it’s 100% an EE issue not Apple - dreadful customer service
