@EE been trying to sort out adding numbers to my new account for no less than 2 months now, with no success. Absolute unprofessional and rude customer service advisors who said they would transfer me to supervisor and then hung up! Sorry if I’m annoyed but I am paying you!

@EE are you having issues with connecting people with their WiFi. I work for the NHS and I am working from home. My WiFi has connected to my laptop fine this morning now it states there is no internet however it’s working for my partner and my phone. Please advise.

I'm confused about my last @EE bill as it says it's been paid but yet when I check my bank account the money hasn't come out and when I click to pay it says pay £0. Direct debit has been cancelled so not really my problem if it's not been paid, I did contact them & got no reply.
