@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

Shoddy customer service from @virginmedia compared to amazing customer service from @EE. Called EE today, immediately crediting my broadband bill after an error. Virgin media complaint still outstanding after two months.

@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

Can honestly say @EE are the worse company for customer service. Ruined Christmas and all they will do is give 30 quid refund after years of being a customer and not even looked after.Sold a contract under false pretences and also told agift would arrive guaranteed. #LieAfterLie

15 December, I signed up for @EE international add-on minutes to use during my travel abroad. It is 29 December and I DO NOT/NEVER had phone access while abroad. After weeks, days, & hours @EE can’t fix the issues and @EE charges me against my add-ons for phone tech support.
