@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

@EE My friend didn’t take a new contract he looked online at 3rd party he phoned up and asked could you match it and you did hence my comment it’s a shame you treat customers differently. I did the same and was told no.

Shoddy customer service from @virginmedia compared to amazing customer service from @EE. Called EE today, immediately crediting my broadband bill after an error. Virgin media complaint still outstanding after two months.

@EE 17 days since ordered the iPhone 11 pro was 1 day dispatch that turned to 7 but no emails or contact of any delay have had two returns envelopes sent if I had traded in I would of been without a phone for nearly 3 weeks 😩 not the best service when I’ve been with you for 10y+

@EE are you having issues with connecting people with their WiFi. I work for the NHS and I am working from home. My WiFi has connected to my laptop fine this morning now it states there is no internet however it’s working for my partner and my phone. Please advise.

@EE is there an outage that you aren't communicating about? I'm able to make calls but not use data I have 95g of my 100g plan left to use so know I haven't run out 150 service calls being ended due to call volumes. No communication from a communications company Disappointing

@SkyHelpTeam I've tried to run a line test it gets stuck I can't call due to phone not working on WiFi and very and signal on @EE right now there's obviously a major issue across all tech right now why can't you all just admit it
