But being called mate & not adding the discount to say cancel and order again the phones backlogged for over a month can somebody help

I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

I'm now unable to do this as my TV package is now not working! Obv the issues have spread further...
