@EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

@EE Yesterday I posted about our area not having any issues with calls etc. As a disabled person with sleep issues/insomnia/painsomnia I rely on my TV thru the night very much. I'm now unable to do this as my TV package is now not working! Obv the issues have spread further...

@EE I have a iPhone 14 pro max on order I couldn’t order via app or online to use student or blue card I’ve been loyal for 14 years same number. But being called mate & not adding the discount to say cancel and order again the phones backlogged for over a month can somebody help

@EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

@ChatMarketingUK @EE I’ve been waiting two weeks for mine and the last time I called up EE, just as they were about to explain the line disconnected and they didn’t call back. I’ve called 3 times now and no delivery date given yet. I never saw a 28 day waiting period when I ordered but it’s there now

@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

@drasnah @EE @Ken_129 You don't get them unless you sign up 9,184 times for them. Even then they tend to send you the opposite of what's happening. Today I got an "update l" to say there was no issue in my area, it must be my phone." All services gone for an hour at that stage
