Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. You can’t deal with the people who deal with email complaints IN THE SAME COMPANY because it’s a different team. Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.
