Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

I'm now unable to do this as my TV package is now not working! Obv the issues have spread further...

The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ve called 3 times now and no delivery date given yet. I never saw a 28 day waiting period when I ordered but it’s there now

JC (@jaykona3670) reported@EE still useless. I’d advise anyone who is considering joining EE don’t bother. Very poor customer service, no way to talk to technical support instead end up with a useless BOT via text or video guides.
