@EE I have a iPhone 14 pro max on order I couldn’t order via app or online to use student or blue card I’ve been loyal for 14 years same number. But being called mate & not adding the discount to say cancel and order again the phones backlogged for over a month can somebody help

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

@EE i can add an extra to my account for free, but how hard do you make it to set it up!! Ive ticked BT sport as my add on in my account. But nothing text wise has appeared. This is not a customer friendly experience.

@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

@EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

Shoddy customer service from @virginmedia compared to amazing customer service from @EE. Called EE today, immediately crediting my broadband bill after an error. Virgin media complaint still outstanding after two months.

@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

@mouthwaite @EE Only way you get a same day replacement is withing 14 days is if the phone is faulty by no fault of the customer. If your due an upgrade more then likely your out of contract and it isn't worth repairing your phone, better to upgrade.
