Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. It's the daft that 5G has remained NR NSA since mid 2019 whilst several other areas have been benefitting from NR SA for months.
