I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. WiFi, cell towers all go down, no card works at shops, Becomes very ferrel very quickly. Why i went Starlink can power that off a power cube or generator and always keep cash..............

🇺🇦🏴Hàìghlèàgh Winslade BA BA MRes (@hiegleah) reported@EE Hello I tried it in the Mifi I bought which is tied to a particular network it don’t work I put it in my iPhone it works that will do because I don’t have any broadband fibre optic ATM and am using my iPhone to connect to the internet as my Sky sim lost connectivity.

Now they can't guarantee being able to phone for assistance during a power cut. Had to get new mobiles because 3G was turned off yet I work in parts of the country with no signal at all.
