I know I’ve said this before but I can’t say it enough. Every single interaction I have with @EE customer service is exemplary. I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.

@UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

@JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

@robinwilson16 @EE Mine was ordered on pre order day. I was advised it would be delivered on launch day the 19th. No where to be seen. And still stuck on pending on the tracker. I’m expected to pay the pre-order price for a device I haven’t got. Whilst people who have taken out their plan after pre-order are receiving their devices at cheaper prices. To top it all. @EE say if I cancel. I will be pushed to the back of the line.

@EE My issue is simple. People I know have ordered after me but yet have their devices. Also EE Seems to be providing devices for new customers before existing customers. Then they is the whole pre-order price for a device I haven’t received. All other networks seem to be altering peoples price plans accordingly so why is t @EE?

Absolutely bloody livid now! So I ordered my device on pre-order day. Was told it would be delivered on 19th September 2025. It didn’t turn up, the online tracker says still awaiting confirmation. Now @EE Customer services say that I am looking at 17th of October 2025. 35 days after the order date. Oh but I’m still expected to pay the pre-order price and not the current price they are now advertising the device at. @EE have well and truly had my pants down here.
