@JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

@UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

@EE Just tried ringing@EE can't get through. Absolutely brilliant. Paying nearly £80 a month for having a poor signal nearly most of the time. Not happy

@EE great work guys. Advertise an offer that closes at midnight tonight, then start a pre-planned maintenance outage at 2200. That’s quite a few sales scuppered I’ll wager.

@EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

@EE Had issues with my data since the early hours of this morning but can somehow still text. I’ve had 5G but nothing was loading then kept getting an E symbol. Can only tweet now to ask as I’m using public Wi-Fi

I know I’ve said this before but I can’t say it enough. Every single interaction I have with @EE customer service is exemplary. I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.

@EE would be the one to avoid!! @Ofcom these companies RIPoff people in broad daylight. The contract is designed for both service and cost of the phone yet once out they carry on charging the same. @EE going downhill. I can't stress more as even in pandemic I paid the full bill.

@EE my home broadband router isn’t working and even when it is the speed is absolutely SHOCKING! I’m paying for “fast” broadband and it’s far from it. I’ll be going elsewhere unless this is sorted. Followed ALL troubleshooting and still not working.

So my @EE signal just went and I can’t make or receive call like wtf!!! Don’t expect any money for any bill when you’ve been doing nonsense since this year has started. It might be time to leave these guys and take my £5k number with me.
