WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

Have to "claim" the headphones that come with my phone... annoying... you send phones to the shops...send the headphones. Then activate an Esim via a clearly understaffed and useless call centre in Mumbai!

    (@majormagna) reported@EE Sadly nothing I've done seems to have brought back my previous download speed. As I said, this happened after a several-hour-long outage, first time it fixed itself, but after the second the bandwidth has remained at ~7.5Mbps instead of the usual 14.
