    I know I’ve said this before but I can’t say it enough. Every single interaction I have with @EE customer service is exemplary. I don’t know how they recruit or train but whatever their secret is, I wish every company would take a lead out of their book. 10/10 every time.

    @EE So disappointed in upgrade offers. No longer term customer loyalty with several phones. Previous prices quoted not noted on system and now prices nowhere near offers elsewhere from other providers. Time to move all accounts 🤨

    @EE great work guys. Advertise an offer that closes at midnight tonight, then start a pre-planned maintenance outage at 2200. That’s quite a few sales scuppered I’ll wager.

    Oh my 1st the internet goes on a nightly same time every day go extremely slow thanks @virginmedia and now @EE is only 3G can’t complain too much cod internet is not in my name and I’m with EE as a virtual customer 🥺

    @UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

    @JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

    @EE is there a way I can get in touch with customer services if I don’t know the account phone number. I havnt pod my bill because I’d like to cancel the contract that is no longer use shut impossible to speak to someone

    @Ashley3136 @EE Hi Ashley, it’s really disgusting of ee to increase their bills most decent phone providers have decided to stop the annual CpI increase but EE have decided to implement it normally it’s about 1% but this year their increasing it by the cpi plus 3.9% really bad!     Dear @EE, is it meant to take 24hrs to transfer data from one phone to another when there's only apps left on my old phone?! Been sat at 64.3% transferred since 10am this morning. This is my second attempt at trying to get my apps across, but it's so slow using the WiFi.

    @kasssun @EE It’s March 9th today. Your contract ends 20th April. They are simply saying you can only action the cancel working 30 days of the contract end date otherwise you’d pay £12 cancellation fee.

    @EE Not having trouble with the services, it is none existent, yet one of the most urbanised parts of the area. I've had to order Broadband so I can actually get a signal (pay for 100GB a month mobile that's unusable in this area).
